Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer loyalty on repurchase intention, as well as the role of boycott participation as a mediating variable. This research was conducted on Unilever customers in the Jabodetabek area by distributing questionnaires and using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method involving 215 respondents. The results showed that customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, while boycott participation was found to have no significant effect on consumers' decision to repurchase the products they have used. Validity and reliability tests state that the questionnaire instruments used in each variable have a good level of validity and reliability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh Profitabilitas Terhadap Harga Saham Pada PT. Ultra Jaya Milk Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan keuangan PT. Ultra Jaya Milk Tbk. Sejak terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 1990 sampai dengan 2025 yaitu selama 35 tahun.  Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT. Ultra Jaya Milk Tbk. Selama 10 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2023. Dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis dengan menggunakan program komputer SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa (a) Return On Asset (ROA) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada PT. Ultra Jaya Milk Tbk. (b) Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada PT. Ultra Jaya Milk Tbk; © Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada PT. Ultra Jaya Milk Tbk dan (d) Secara simultan, ROA, ROE, dan NPM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada PT. Ultra Jaya Milk Tbk.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the categorical and descriptive meanings of the prosecutor's statements and recordings from the victim. The analysis of words used in the narrative such as nouns, verbs, and adjectives is detected semantically, which explains the narrative more directed, distinguishing previous analysis pragmatically, which is the meaning of the statement according to the speaker, identifying the meaning of words that explain the meaning of the statement, and finding evidence of mental violence from the meaning of words from the victim that are described in the semantic meaning according to KBBI. The background of the bullying incident is the existence of a hierarchy or caste system among medical faculty students, where junior anesthesia residents at UNDIP are exploited and intimidated, as experienced by Dr. Aulia Risma Lestari, who was found dead in her boarding room. This case was investigated on August 15, 2024, due to a series of systematic bullying, psychological pressure, and hidden extortion carried out by seniors and structural officials of the program. Forensic Linguistics scientifically analyzes language and law in the messages and narrative statements of the victim which will be used to investigate the meaning of words. The theories used are categorical and descriptive meanings with a semantic approach by providing dictionary definitions of words at the first level and illustrative meanings of the words. The method uses a descriptive analytical design to identify words from expressions and classify them into nouns, verbs, and adjectives from primary data sources such as voice recordings of bullying victims and police statements and secondary data from books, journals, and current news.  Data collection and analyzing the suitability of research method categories and finding findings after reading the narrative, which is identifying sentences with word sources separated from context, and these terms are presented based on categories such as nouns, verbs, and adjectives.

Abstract

This research is a case study research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of literacy movement in lower grades at SD Negeri 3 Pekuncen. In addition, this study also aims to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of school literacy movement at SD Negeri 3 Pekuncen. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the version of Miles and Huberman (1994), namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The primary data sources obtained by researchers from field observations and direct interviews with the principal and teachers of grades 1 to 4 of SD Negeri 3 Pekuncen. While the secondary data obtained by researchers are supporting documents in the form of RPP or learning implementation plans.The results of the study showed that the implementation of the literacy movement of reading and writing in the lower grades at SD Negeri 3 Pekuncen was carried out through habituation activities. This habituation activity was carried out 15 minutes before starting teaching and learning activities in the form of reading books for 15 minutes. However, in the research conducted by the researcher, there were several errors in the implementation of the literacy movement that had been running previously, this can be seen from the lower grades who could not read but were required to read 15 minutes before the implementation of teaching and learning activities. These are several factors that influence the implementation of the school literacy movement at SD Negeri 3 Pekuncen. These factors are supporting factors and inhibiting factors.

Abstract

MTs SA Al-Hidayah is on of schools with islamic boarding that apllied the language environment. One class of extracurriculer learning is insha’class. Insha’ is a kind of writing learning in Arabic Skills. This MTs was established in 2011 which was founded by AIBEP through the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. For eight years for eight years the school has grown rapidly. since five years ago the environment of Arabic and English was applied. one of them is the Arabic writing skills class. that is to train students to have writing skills from the basic level, at least to the middle level. This is to motivate students to enthusiastically read Arabic texts so they can hone their writing skills. The author conducted qualitative research because he saw the ability of students in MTs SA Al-Hidayah who could be classified as active Arabic-speaking students, both toeori (language rules) and practice (reading, oral and written communication). Insha teachers in extracurricular activities use several learning methods to improve students' writing motivation and ability. one of them is a cooperative leaning type STAD learning model. in this learning model the teacher is required to be more active in the evaluation of learning, while in the learning process students have more activity than the teacher. The advantages of this method is the enthusiasm of students in learning, and spontaneously they do small discussions before writing or answering questions. so, they will have a lot of learning experience and knowledge sharing with each other.

Abstract

The empowerment of Zero Waste Maritime Village Caring for the Marine Environment Based on Creative Economy was organized by the PPK Ormawa HMG Team, Lambung Mangkurat University, through socialization and education methods, training, and mentoring to the people of Wirittasi Village. With this program, the community can realize the potential of waste in Wirittasi Village. The activity results show that the district already has knowledge and skills in managing waste in Wirittasi Village through waste sorting activities and the 3R Movement. If continued, this program will improve the economic opinion of the community through waste management activities by the community. To maintain the program's sustainability, it is necessary to implement further programs, and the participation of village and local governments as facilitators for this community empowerment activity is needed.

Abstract

Aiming to find out how active the speech writing ability of class VII students at SMPN 2 Tambelangan semester 1 is, this research uses quantitative research. The variables of this research are the use of the SQ4R learning method as the independent variable and concluding the content of the text of the speech in class VII SMPN 2 Tambelangan after the learning process takes place as the dependent variable. The learning results concluded that the content of the pinato text in the experimental class had increased greatly. The normality test results obtained a value of p= 0.841 for the experimental class and p= 0.573 for the control class. Provided that if the p value > α= 0.05 then the data comes from normally distributed data. Data from SPSS analysis shows a p value= 0.841 > α= 0.05 in the experimental class and a p value= 0.573 > α= 0.05 in the control class. This shows that the use of the SQ4R learning method is effective in learning Indonesian in particular on the basic reading competency of students at SMPN 2 Tambelangan Birem Tambelangan SPSS data analysis.

Abstract

Students' use of language still contains errors, including aspects of pronunciation (speech), diction (word choice), and sentence structure. One of the occurrences of language errors is that during discussion learning situations, students interact with non-standard language. Based on the description above, it is necessary to conduct research with the title Analysis of Language Errors in Pronunciation and Diction in Indonesian Language Learning Interactions in Class VII Al-Ismailiyah Middle School Students. The aim of this research is to describe the forms of pronunciation and diction errors in the Indonesian language learning process for Class VII students at Al-Ismailiyah Middle School. This research is qualitative research. There are three activities in data analysis, namely: 1. Data reduction 2. Data presentation 3. Drawing conclusions 4. Data collection. The results of the research showed that there were forty-five pronunciation errors in the Indonesian language learning process for class VII Al-Ismailiyah Middle School, which were caused by changes in phonemes. There were twenty errors in diction or word choice in the Indonesian language learning process for class VII Al-Ismailiyah Middle School which were caused by inappropriate word choice. Pronunciation errors are influenced by the use of regional dialects, namely regional languages ​​in communication, some of which originate from West Kalimantan where Malays live. Diction errors are also influenced by regional dialects that are often used, so that students become accustomed to them and prefer to use regional languages ​​that they have mastered first
