Abstract

The rapid digitalization of education demands inclusive pedagogical strategies, especially within Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), to ensure equitable learning opportunities. This study focuses on post-secondary students and aims to identify the competencies required by educators in implementing inclusive digital pedagogy. It also serves as a foundational reference for future in-depth research. The study examines the strength of consensus among expert groups from Indonesia and Malaysia regarding inclusive digital pedagogy using the Fuzzy Delphi Technique (FDT). A purposive sampling technique was employed to select 30 experts from Indonesia and Malaysia. The selection criteria included academic qualifications, professional experience in TVET and digital pedagogy, and prior involvement in educational research or policy-making, in identifying and prioritizing key components, including infrastructure and training, digital skills development, accessibility, student-centered approaches, employer engagement, and personalized learning. Data analysis utilizing triangular fuzzy numbers revealed a strong consensus, highlighting the foundational role of infrastructure and innovative pedagogical practices aligned with industry needs. The findings contribute a comprehensive framework for enhancing digital inclusivity in Southeast Asian TVET contexts and demonstrate the effectiveness of FDT in consensus-based educational research. Future research is recommended to empirically validate the proposed framework in real classroom settings and to investigate its adaptability across different cultural environments in the ASEAN region.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance at the Head Office of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. And to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Head Office of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. The research method used is a quantitative research method with an associative approach applied to analyze the relationship between two or more variables. Quantitative research in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents, and then the data is processed using the SPSS application. And then numbers are used to represent quantitative data. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of samples based on previously known population characteristics using certain criteria, the number of samples in this study was 101 people. Then the data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed 1. In the Training variable individually or partially, it has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Head Office of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan.

Abstract

The MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition) industry encourages the growth of event organizer (EO) business as a professional service provider in the design, management, and implementation of events. The city of Pekanbaru as the capital of Riau Province shows a positive development of this industry, marked by the increasing number of EOs that offer a variety of services according to market needs. The use of social media as a marketing channel also affects consumer perception and trust, where Instagram visual content and online reviews on google reviews are important considerations in decision-making. This study aims to determine the influence of content marketing and brand image on the purchase decision of Pekanbaru Event Organizer services. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 43 respondents who are Pekanbaru Event Organizer clients from 2022 to 2024. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that partially, content marketing had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions with a significance value of 0.037 Meanwhile, brand image did not have a significant effect partially, with a significance value of 0.093. However, simultaneously, both variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a Fcal value of 7.304 and a significance of 0.002. A determination coefficient value (R²) of 0.231 indicates that content marketing and brand image together are able to explain 23.1% of the variation in service purchase decisions in the company, while the remaining 76.9% is explained by other variables not studied in this study.

Abstract

Pesta Ni Halak Hita is a cultural music concert organized by Hyga Production on May 31, 2025, at TD Pardede Hall, Medan, aiming to reintroduce Batak Toba culture to the public, particularly younger generations. Amid the growing trend of modern music concerts in Medan, this event offered a distinct concept by showcasing traditional Batak values and featuring Batak artists performing songs in the local language. This study aims to examine the influence of promotion and pricing on consumers' ticket purchasing decisions for the concert. A quantitative descriptive approach was used, with data collected from 97 respondents and analyzed through multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. The results show that both promotion and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The t-test results indicate significance values < 0.001 with t-counts greater than the t-table, while the F-test shows an F-count of 15.024 > F-table of 3.09. The Adjusted R-Square value of 0.566 indicates that 56.6% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by promotion and price variables, while the remaining 43.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings highlight the importance of effective promotional strategies and appropriate pricing in increasing consumer buying interest, especially for cultural-based concert events.

Abstract

Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) Salimah di Desa Bantan menghadapi tantangansignifikan yang menghambat kualitas pembelajaran. Permasalahan utama yangteridentifikasi adalah (1) ketiadaan fasilitas sanitasi yang layak dan akses air bersih, (2)ruang belajar yang tidak kondusif, dan (3) minimnya sarana edukatif serta bahan ajarliterasi religius yang inovatif. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) inibertujuan untuk merevitalisasi dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di TPA Salimahmelalui pemberdayaan berbasis tiga pilar: sanitasi, sarana edukatif, dan literasi religius.Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) melaluiempat tahapan: (1) Analisis kebutuhan dan koordinasi, (2) Rehabilitasi fisik (toilet, ruangbelajar), (3) Edukasi (PHBS), penyusunan modul, dan pelatihan tutor, serta (4) Serah terimasarana dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan penyelesaian 100% masalah sanitasidengan terbangunnya toilet baru yang higienis dan tandon air. Ruang belajar menjadi lebihnyaman, dan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) telah diterapkan oleh anak. Selain itu,telah dihasilkan Modul Literasi Qurani Anak yang inovatif, peningkatan kompetensipedagogik tutor, serta ketersediaan buku-buku literasi dan rak buku. Program ini berhasilmentransformasi lingkungan TPA Salimah menjadi lebih sehat, nyaman, dan kaya secaraedukatif, yang secara langsung mendukung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran anak.
