Abstract

Pendahuluan. Konflik merupakan salah satu masalah penting di lingkungan kerja perawat. Manajemen konflik yang baik sangat diperlukan agar konflik yang terjadi menimbulkan dampak fungsional sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Kemampuan Pengelolaan Manajemen Konflik Kepala Ruangan dengan Kepuasan Kerja Perawat di RS X. Metode. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan Cross sectional. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh perawat di RS X Lamongan yaitu sebanyak 30 perawat. Peneliti menggunakan teknik Total Sampling untuk memilih sampel yang digunakan penelitian, sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 30 perawat. Variabel independent adalah manajemen konflik dan variabel dependen adalah kepuasan kerja perawat. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearman Rank. Hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar (66,7%) perawat menilai kemampuan manajemen konflik kepala ruangan cukup dan sebagian besar (63,3%) perawat memiliki kepuasan kerja yang cukup puas. Uji Spearman Rank didapatkan p-value = 0,001 berarti p < 0.05 yang menunjukkan terdapat Hubungan Kemampuan Pengelolaan Manajemen Konflik Kepala Ruangan dengan Kepuasan Kerja Perawat di RS X. Nilai nilai r=0,618 dapat diartikan bahwa dua variabel memiliki hubungan yang sedang. Kesimpulan. Kepala ruangan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan manajemen konfliknya agar kepuasan kerja perawat dapat meningkat. Pengelolaan konflik yang baik diharapkan dapat memperbaiki kondisi kerja di lingkungan ruang rawat inap. Kondisi kerja tersebut dapat berdampak pada terciptanya kepuasan kerja perawat

Abstract

Praktik keperawatan metode daring merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh suatu lembaga pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dibidang keperawatan dengan cara mengarahkan mahasiswanya untuk langsung mempraktekkan kemampuan dan pengetahuannya yang didapat dibangku perkuliahan untuk diaplikasikan lansung terhadap pasien tetapi dilakukan di lingkungan atau tempat tinggal mahasiswa bukan dirumah sakit atau instansi pelayanan kesehatan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Praktik keperawatan metode daring dengan keuasan mahasiswa semester V Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Sampel diambil dengan teknik simple rondom sampling yaitu sebanyak 110 responden . Data dikumpulkan dari responden menggunakan lembar kuesioner Google Form, selanjutnya di uji dengan menggunakan uji Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang berpendapat Praktik keperawatan metode daring berjalan sangat baik 26,4%, cukup baik 68,2%, dan kurang baik 5,5%. Sedangkam mahasiswa yang merasa sangat puas terhadap Praktik keperawatan metode daring sebanyak 24,5%, cukup puas 70%, dan kurang puas 5,5. Untuk uji Spearman Rho diperoleh nilai signifikansi (sig.2-tailed) = 0,000. Karena nilai Asym. Sig (2-tailed) < α 0,05, maka keputusannya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya ada hubungan Praktik keperawatan metode daring dengan kepuasan mahasiswa semester V Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diharapkan Praktik keperawatan metode daring yang diselenggarakan oleh pihak kampus berjalan lebih baik lagi dibandingkan dengan pelaksanaan kali ini baik dari segi lingkungan, bimbingan, dan lain-lain. Sehingga akan membuat mahasiswa merasa senang dan nyaman ketika pelaksanaanya, tidak mengeluh serta merasa puas.

Abstract

Introduction: Innovative learning media for online simulation-based nursing students is still not optimal. The study aimed to develop online simulation video-based learning media, namely virtual algorithm simulation (VAS) based on problems in medical-surgical nursing (MSN). Methods: A research development or Research and Development (R&D) which consists of two stages. The first phase of the study was conducted focus group discussion (FGD) with eight medical surgical nursing lecturers and expert discussion with 50 students, three of IT experts, and two MSN experts. The second phase of the research was conducted FGD with five participants, and socialization of instructional media to six lecturers and 54 students. The feasibility test instrument uses learning media assessment instruments consisting of subcategories of learning media rules, Computer Assisted Interaction (CAI), management, and the relevance of the material and syllabus. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Results: The assessment of media experts showed the highest mean in the VAS management subcategory of 3.53. Evaluation of nursing experts and students with the highest mean in the subcategory of material relevance and syllabus, namely 3.9 and 3.57. The results of discussions with experts stated that 100% of the learning media Virtual Algorithm Simulation (VAS) is suitable for use as a medium for learning medical surgical nursing. Conclusions: VAS can be used as a learning media for medical surgical nursing. Online simulation-based learning media can facilitate the accessibility of learning material, increase knowledge and skills of nursing students.

Abstract

Introduction: Work stress is the most common problem experienced by health workers including nurses. In certain occasion, nurses did series of tasks that not in accordance with their physical abilities, expertise, and time. Therefore, stress associated works was commonly reported. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between dual role conflict and work stress of female nurses in the clinical setting. Methods: This study applied a cross-sectional approach. The sample was obtained by using purposive sampling. A total of 80 female nurses involved in the study . Data was conducted by self-report questionnaire sheet instrument. Descriptive and inferential statistics were applied to analyzed data. The significant level was set as p≤0.05. Results: The results indicated that the majority (66.2%) of female nurses experienced high dual role conflict, and most of them (72.5%) experienced heavy work stress. Based on the results of the Spearman Rho test, it was found that the value of p ≤0.001 (p ≤0.05) and the value of rₛ = 0.698. The current study shows strong and significant relationship between dual role conflict and work stress among female nurses. Conclusions: : In comparison to female nurses in the outpatient rooms, one day care, or other settings, those who work in inpatient ward with dual roles presented a higher workload. Stress associated with heavy workload found to be a common. Nurse managers should concern on promoting and supporting working environment by way monitoring work-load.

Abstract

Introduction: Public awareness of the need to practice Islam in all aspects of life is increasing, including in health services. High motivation of the hospital in implementing Islamic health services has not been followed by clinics which are under Muhammadiyah charity businesses. Objectives: This study aimed to describe Islamic values at the Muhammadiyah Clinics in Lamongan Regency. Methods: The researchers used a descriptive method with a survey approach. All nurses at eleven Muhammadiyah Clinics in Lamongan Regency were selected to be the sample using purposive sampling. Seventy-one health workers filled out a 21-item-questionnaire on the application of Islamic values which had been modified by the researchers. The data were analysed by using descriptive analysis. Results: The application of Islamic values by health workers in the Muhammadiyah clinics was categorized poor (42.3%), and good (35.2%). The analysis of instrument items showed a low mean value in guiding prayer activities before surgery (1.67), reminding the spiritual guidance officers to make visits to the room (1.69), and giving prayer guidance to patients by the spiritual guidance officers (1.79). A high mean value was obtained for having prayer facilities/mosque (4.00), employees who prayed 5 times a day (3.96), and employees who recited bismillah for every medication and medical procedure (3.94). Conclusions: The role of the spiritual guidance officers at the clinic is very important to help fulfil spiritual needs and increase patient comfort. Clinic facilities that support the formation of an Islamic atmosphere need to be maintained, including monitoring employee attitudes and behaviour in daily life in accordance with Islamic teachings. The application of Islamic values can be an attraction for people in choosing a place to get health services.

Abstract

Pendahuluan:. Pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual belum dilakukan secara maksimal oleh perawat. Perawat masih menganggap bahwa pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual bukan tugasnya melainkan tugas dari keluarga dan tim rohaniawan serta lebih mengutamakan kebutuhan fisiologis dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan spiritual. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan perawat tentang kebutuhan spiritual dengan perilaku perawat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional, menggunakan uji spearman rank untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan diantara kedua variabel. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster sampling di dapatkan 94 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan variabel independen kuesioner pengetahuan pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual, variabel dependen kuesioner NSCTS (Nurse Spiritual Care Theurapeutic Scale). Hasil: Pengetahuan perawat tentang kebutuhan spiritual sebagian besar baik sebanyak 84 perawat (89,4%) dan sebagian besar memiliki perilaku dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual sedang sebanyak 65 perawat (69,1%). Ada hubungan pengetahuan perawat tentang kebutuhan spiritual dengan perilaku perawat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien. Simpulan: perawat diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan berupa rujukan kerohaniawan agar pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien tetap terpenuhi dengan baik. Evaluasi pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual juga perlu dilakukan secara kontinyu untuk perbaikan pelayanan kesehatan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini yaitu masih banyaknya perawat yang menggunakan waktu kerja secara tidak efektif, acuh terhadap pekerjaan karyawan lain, saling lempar pekerjaan, dan tidak bisa bekerja sama dengan rekan kerja hal ini dikarenakan masih banyak perawat yang kurang memiliki dan memahami sikap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan rekan kerjanya. Tujuan Penelitian: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan etos kerja dengan OCB perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Muhammadiyah Babat. Metedologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik korelasional dan metode cross sectional dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling didapatkan 48 responden. Data penelitian diambil menggunakan kuisioner etos kerja dan kuesioner OCB. Hasil: Penelitian ini diQ`dapatkan hasil etos kerja perawat yang tinggi yaitu sebanyak 25 perawat (52,1%) dan sebagian besar perawat memiliki sikap OCB yang sedang sebanyak 28 perawat (58,3). Penelitian ini menggunakan uji spearman rank dan di peroleh nilai p = 0,000 dengan nilai rs = 0,557 dengan kekuatan hubungan yang kuat yang artinya ada hubungan etos kerja dengan OCB perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Muhammadiyah Babat. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan penelitian diharapkan perawat dapat mempertahankan etos kerjanya dengan cara menanamkan sifat kemandiriannya serta menanamkan kerja keras dalam dirinya dan meningkatkan sikap OCBnya dengan cara menumbuhkan rasa keperdulian dalam tolong menolong kepada rekan kerjanya

Abstract

Seorang perawat yang bekerja secara shift biasanya mengalami gangguan ritme sirkardian, jika tidak bisa mengatur jadwal kerja dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan shift kerja dengan gangguan ritme sirkardian pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Muhammadiyah Sumberrejo. Desain Penelitian ini adalah studi korelasi dengan pendekatan Cross Secttional, sampel diambil 57 perawat dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling, Data diambil menggunakan lembar kuisioner dengan Uji Koefisien Kontigensi. Penelitian ini didapatkan hasil yaitu sebanyak 40 (70,2%) perawat shiftnya tidak teratur. Dan hampir sebagian perawat mengalami gangguan ritme sirkardian tingkat sedang yaitu sebanyak 24 (42,1%) perawat. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji koefisien kontigensi diperoleh nilai signifikan (p = 0,000) dimana hal ini berarti p<0,05 dan didapatkan kk= 0,707 maka Hi diterima, artinya ada hubungan sangat kuat antara shift kerja dengan gangguan ritme sirkardian pada perawat di RSI Muhammadiyah Sumberrejo. Berdasarkan tersebut diharapkan perawat bisa bekerja sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah diberikan dan tidak berganti shift sekehendak hati.

Abstract

A frequent work accident in the hospitals is needle stick injury. Nurses always contact with blood, patient’s body fluids, punctured needles used by patients and other dangers which can be a medium of disease transmission. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and needle stick injury prevention behavior. This study used a correlational analytical design with a cross-sectional method, and used cluster sampling techniques to obtain 88 respondents. The data were gathered by using the Lubis questionnaire to measure knowledge and behavior in the prevention of needle stick injury. Then, the data were analyzed by a contingency coefficient test. It was found that 83 nurses (94.3%) had good knowledge and 85 nurses (96.6%) had good behavior. The data about nurses’ knowledge was analyzed and obtained a value of p = 0.000 and a value of contingency coefficient = 0.444, meaning that there was a relationship between knowledge and needle stick injury prevention behavior. Prevention efforts can be carried out by providing guidance, training, direction, and supervision, so that nurses’ awareness increase and they can work safely.

Abstract

Work life balance is a problem experienced by health workers, one of which is in the nurse group. Nurses are faced with high role demands, where the tasks and responsibilities of activities that need to be completed at the same time, this will cause an imbalance in their personal lives. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between workload and work-life balance in nurses at the hospital. This correlation research design uses a crossectional approach. The research sample taken using total sampling amounted to 41 nurses. The research data was taken with a questionnaire sheet, then analyzed using the Spearman Rho test. The results showed that most (63.4%) nurses experienced heavy workload, and most (56,1%) nurses experienced currently work-life balance. Based on the results of the analysis using an ordinal scale with the Spearman Rho test, the p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) and the value = ─0.517, then H1 is accepted. There is a relationship between workload and work life balance in nurses at the hospital. Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the hospital will pay attention in handling the tasks and responsibilities experienced by nurses so that nurses are able to manage time in completing their work to be maximized and directed without thinking about matters outside of their work.
