Beberapa materi biologi ada yang bersifat abstrak seperti materi sistem kekebalan tubuh pada manusia sehingga tergolong sulit bagi siswa untuk mempelajarinya. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah media pembelajaran untuk membantu siswa mempelajari materi sistem kekebalan tubuh. Selain itu, banyak kalangan siswa SMA tertarik menggunakan smartphone, sehingga smartphone dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan mengembangkan serta mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi yang dijalankan pada smartphone. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (research and development/R&D). Pengumpulan data dilakukan sesuai dengan tahapan pengembangan 4D (Four D model) yang dilaksanakan 3 tahap yaitu pendefinisian, perancangan, dan pengembangan. Pengumpulan data kelayakan media dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar angket. Data hasil angket dianalisis menggunakan rumus presentase dan dideskripsi secara kualitatif dengan menginterpretasikan ke dalam ukuran kriteria penilaian kelayakan media. Hasil pengembangan media dilakukan melalui analisis kurikulum, analisis siswa, analisis media, membuat rancangan media, membuat media, menguji kelayakan media kepada ahli materi dan ahli media, revisi media sesuai komentar dan saran ahli, serta menguji kelayakan media kepada guru biologi dan siswa SMA kelas XI. Hasil presentase kelayakan media oleh ahli materi 87% dengan kategori sangat layak, hasil presentase kelayakan media oleh ahli media 70% dengan kategori layak. Sedangkan hasil presentase kelayakan oleh guru biologi 84% dengan katergori layak, dan hasil presentase kelayakan siswa 73% dengan kategori layak. Berdasarkan hasil presentase ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video animasi dalam smartphone pada materi sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia layak digunakan untuk siswa SMA kelas XI

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa adalah penggunaan media belajar yang tepat dan sesuai, khususnya pelajaran Biologi banyak media belajar yang dapat digunakan salah satunya media alami dan media visual. Penggunaan media alami dan media visual untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa pada sub materi Invertebrata, yang dilakukan di MAS Babun Najah Banda Aceh pada bulan Maret Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013. Rancangan penelitian ini bersifat true eksperimental dengan bentuk posttest only control design. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan tes yaitu post test. Teknik analisis pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil analisis diperoleh thitung=3.68 dan ttabel=2.00. Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media alami dan media visual pada sub materi Invertebrata.

Pengaruh Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat di era sekarang tentunya memberikan suasana baru pada bidang pendidikan. Pendidikan dapat diartikan sebagai kegiatan proses belajar mengajar antara pendidik dan peserta didik. Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi didalam pendidikan ialah sebagai media digital yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui respon siswa terhadap suatu media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi berupa lembar kerja peserta didik elektronik (E-LKPD) dengan menggunakan aplikasi Flip PDF Professional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar respon peserta didik. Analis data untuk hasil respon menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil respon peserta didik memperoleh persentase penilaian sebesar 93.29% dengan kriteria sangat menarik. Berdasarkan respon siswa dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran E-LKPD sudah sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran biologi.

This study aims to examine the implementation of an Islamic Sharia-Based Curriculum (KBSI) at Islamic Colleges (PTKI) in Aceh. This qualitative study used the purposive sampling method to select the participants, including five college leaders and 50 lecturers from UIN Ar-Raniry, IAIN Lhokseumawe, University of Muhammadiyah Aceh, STIS Al-Hilal Sigli, and STAI Teungku Chik Pante Kulu. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research shows that the strategy for developing an Islamic Sharia-based Curriculum (KBSI) at PTKI in Aceh is conducted by an integrated model, separated subject curriculum and correlated curriculum. The policy for developing an Islamic sharia-based curriculum at PTKI in Aceh refers to philosophical, sociological, historical, and juridical foundations in the form of Aceh qanuns. It further finds that the development of an Islamic sharia-based curriculum at PTKI in Aceh is an effort to guide the young Acehnese generations who are sharia-compliant and tolerant using special autonomy opportunities. Meanwhile, the difficulties in developing this curriculum are due to Aceh's internal and external PTKI factors. The obstacles are due to internal factors where PTKI leaders do not respond to the opportunities for KBSI reconstruction. On the other hand, obstacles also deal with external factors where collaboration between PTKI and the Aceh government in the context of KBSI reconstruction is less optimal.

This study aimed to determine the social responsibility of Islamic Religious Education teachers to the people of Gayo Lues Regency, the community's responses to the social responsibility of Islamic Religious Education teachers of Gayo Lues Regency, and the contribution of Islamic Religious Education Teachers to Knowledge in Gayo Regency Lues. This study was conducted in the form of qualitative field study. Interviews and documentation were employed as data collection techniques. The findings of the study indicate that some PAI teachers engage in forms of social responsibility with an inclusive, objective, nondiscriminatory, adaptable, and communicative attitude that manifests itself in both religious and nonreligious fields. Positive responses were received in the form of support, willingness to participate, and a desire to maintain the role of the PAI teacher in response to the social responsibility undertaken. Negative response where PAI teachers are less involved and participate less in the community, and where PAI teachers are considered to be confined to teaching at school without engaging with the adjacent community. Regarding PAI teachers' contribution to education in Gayo Lues Regency, it is carried out to the greatest extent possible, beginning with the provision of all extant skills to students and the surrounding community. Additionally, PAI teachers constantly teach Duha prayers as sunnah prayers for students.

One of the functions of education is to form the character of students. Character building is a system of inculcating character values to students through competency achievement activities in accordance with the level of education. Character education at the institutional level leads to the formation of values that underlie individual behavior applied in society. The problem that arises in this research lies in fostering student character so that it gives rise to several research questions such as: How to plan students’ character development at Ma'had UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh in building student character, How is the implementation of the Ma'had UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh program in fostering student character and what are the implications of the Ma'had UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh program in fostering students’ character. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts made by ustaz ustazah in planning student character development in Ma'had, to determine the implementation of the Ma'had UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh program and to find out what are the implications of the Ma'had UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh program. in building student character. The research method in this thesis uses qualitative research methods in the form of descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results in this thesis research indicate that planning at the beginning of the program that students are required to live in a dormitory and the role of dorm supervisor is very important for students in the dormitory. They carry out disciplinary attitudes through congregational prayers, Implementation of the Ma'had program through the Tsaqafah Islamiyah program, the Tahsin program and the Dormitory program. The ma'had program is very beneficial for students, because undergoing activities in a dormitory is like living in an Islamic boarding school. Surely, it really helps them in doing good things, especially in worship to get closer to the Khaliq and many other positive things that students get during this program. They can manage their time in discipline.

This This study aimed to investigate the effect of preview, question, read, reflect, recite, and review (PQ4R) strategy on students’ learning interest and retention (memory). The study used an experimental method, utilizing a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group model. This study took place at MTsS (private Islamic junior high school) Harapan Bangsa in West Aceh District, Aceh, Indonesia in the even semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The sample of the study consisted of 40 students in the experimental group and 40 students in the control group. The parameters measured in this study were learning interest and retention. Data on learning interest were analyzed by using the ANACOVA parametric statistical test while data on retention were analyzed by using the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that the learning interest of students who used the PQ4R learning strategy was higher than those who studied conventionally, with a score of 83 for the experimental class and 66 for the control class. This could be seen from the results of 30.80 > 3.97 (Fcount > Ftable), indicating the hypothesis Ha was accepted. Further, retention (memory) of students using the PQ4R learning strategy also differed, namely 89 for the control class and 95 for the experimental class. The study concludes that the application of the PQ4R strategy has an effect on the students’ learning interest and retention (memory) in the subject of Islamic Cultural History at MTsS Harapan Bangsa.

The purpose of this study was to determine the lecturer certification policy to improve the performance of lecturers in the Islamic Education Study Program of Postgraduate UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques carried out using library study techniques and field studies, The informants in this study are 1) Lecturers who have passed the certification, 2) Head of the Islamic Education Study Program, 3) Students of the Islamic Education Study Program. The results showed that the implementation of lecturer certification in general is not only limited to fulfilling the obligations of the Lecturer Workload (BKD) but also an effort to improve the quality expected by the Lecturer Certification Program, and lecturers who receive certification benefits support efforts to improve the quality of learning and performance

Active student learning with the principle that students must be actively involved in every learning process, one of which is the Learning Media in the form of the Mystery Wheel. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, utilization and advantages and disadvantages of using the Mystery Wheel media in learning Jurisprudence at MIN 9 Banda Aceh. This research was conducted with a field study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that planning Fikih lessons using the Mystery Wheel media at MIN 9 Banda Aceh is planned by including the Mystery Wheel media in the core part of the lesson plan. The use of the Mystery Wheel media in learning Jurisprudence at MIN 9 Banda Aceh the Mystery Wheel media is carried out by the teacher preparing lesson plans using the Mystery Wheel media, preparing the material to be taught using the Mystery Wheel media, preparing cards containing the material to be taught and the teacher attaches the material in the first layer on the Mystery Wheel. Then students take the card with the same content as shown by the needle and students express their opinions in front of the class. The advantages of the Mystery Wheel media can increase student enthusiasm in learning and also make learning not boring, so students can easily understand learning, while the drawback is that the Mystery Wheel media is still used manually so it cannot be used for digital classes.

Many scholars have studied matrifocality in Indonesia as a social system in a matrilineal community. Few observe matrifocality as a practice in a purely patriarchal society. This research examines emerging matrifocality in the pure patriarchal Gayo community of Aceh province. The emergence started with the invention of the coffee plantation, which led the Gayonese people to rearrange their social system and invent a new residential marriage pattern that led the matrifocality into practice. This research conducted some phases of fieldwork; intensive ethnographical fieldwork was conducted in 2014-2015, which was updated in 2018-2019 in Central Aceh and Bener Meriah districts. The standard qualitative method (interview and observation) was also applied to several Gayonese academicians and professionals living in Banda Aceh municipality, the capital of Aceh Province, to see the practice of Islamic family law in their families. This research found that the invention of economic sources prompted Gayonese people to migrate internally, which resulted in practicing neolocal marriage. This new marriage pattern started the matrifocality practice that set a new power relationship of the purely patriarchal society to a relatively equal one. This happened once with the increasing Islamization of the area. Instead of strengthening patriarchal tradition, it gives space for women to assert their role and rights over property equality with men.
