Abstract

This study aims to explain the limits and responsibilities of the position carried out by the notary in registration of Commanditaire Vennootschap (CV) online through the business entity administration system. The research method used in this research is normative juridical using a statutory and conceptual approach. The collection of research materials is carried out by examining library materials or secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The results showed that the notary was only authorized and responsible for the creation of the deed of CV. Notary cannot receive power of attorney because it contradicts the UUJN which has been stipulated authority and responsibility attached to the position of a Notary. With the enactment of the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2018. Registration of CV which was previously in the District Court is delegated to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through the online system. The entire Notary is acting as an Authorized Officer not as an authorized official, there is a prosecution of an error in the registration process, then the Notary can indirectly be presented in the trial at the Court but it must be with the permission of the Notary Honorary Council. Thus the Notary can refuse to accept power over online CV registration via SABU, because in carrying out such registration a Notary must position himself as a person not as a public official. This is because it is not regulated in Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary Public.

Abstract

The study discusses the teachers’ concept in developing the students’ social characteristics at senior vocational schools (SMK) in Pidie District. The study used field research with qualitative approach, taking place at SMK Negeri 1 Sigli and SMK Mutiara. The subjects of the study included the school principals, administration staff, and teachers of Islamic education. Data were collected by interview and observation. The data were then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study showed that the students’ social characteristics were developed by encouraging the students to have mutual respect and mutual care, to be confident, to perform good deeds, to interact socially, to remind one another, and to be responsible. These social characteristics were promoted through individual approach, the role of teachers as parents at school, improving communication, giving rewards, sanctions, and punishments, and cooperating with the parents. On the other hand, the problems in developing these characteristics included lack of religious education at home, poor living environment, unhealthy peer relationship, and limited lesson hours of Islamic education at school.

Abstract

Active student learning with the principle that students must be actively involved in every learning process, one of which is the Learning Media in the form of the Mystery Wheel. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, utilization and advantages and disadvantages of using the Mystery Wheel media in learning Jurisprudence at MIN 9 Banda Aceh. This research was conducted with a field study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that planning Fikih lessons using the Mystery Wheel media at MIN 9 Banda Aceh is planned by including the Mystery Wheel media in the core part of the lesson plan. The use of the Mystery Wheel media in learning Jurisprudence at MIN 9 Banda Aceh the Mystery Wheel media is carried out by the teacher preparing lesson plans using the Mystery Wheel media, preparing the material to be taught using the Mystery Wheel media, preparing cards containing the material to be taught and the teacher attaches the material in the first layer on the Mystery Wheel. Then students take the card with the same content as shown by the needle and students express their opinions in front of the class. The advantages of the Mystery Wheel media can increase student enthusiasm in learning and also make learning not boring, so students can easily understand learning, while the drawback is that the Mystery Wheel media is still used manually so it cannot be used for digital classes.

Abstract

Rhizophora stylosa is a type of mangrove used for various purposes, including as a source of charcoal and firewood. This type of mangrove is also used in traditional medicines for mangosteen, wounds, toothache, lucid, liver, and itching. It is possible because these species contain secondary metabolites (bioactive). This study aimed to identify secondary metabolites from the root extract of Rhizophora stylosa accession from Morotai Island. Root samples of R. stylosa were obtained from Pandanga Village, South Morotai, Morotai Island. Extraction by maceration using methanol. Secondary metabolites are identified qualitatively, including alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, triterpenoids, and steroids. The yield of the methanol extract of Rhizophora stylosa root was determined to be 26.42%, with a dry paste-like consistency. Alkaloids and saponins were the secondary metabolite compounds identified in the extract.

Abstract

Students who succeed in physics olympiad are students who are able to compete in solving problems in the olympiad. Therefore, it is necessary to provide guidance and assistance to students, which aims to increase students' reasoning power so that maximum results are achieved. The method used in this coaching and mentoring is the drill method, which is intensive mentoring that aims to develop students' reasoning power. There are stages that are passed in this mentoring and coaching, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The result of this coaching and mentoring is that there is an increase in students' abilities, that is, from good times the tests are carried out there is a significant increase in student abilities. In the first test students can only answer 14 questions or less than 75% of the total 20 questions given. In the second test and so on, it continued to increase. In the sixth test the questions answered correctly reached 90% and even almost 100%.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi otomotif merupakan salah satu yang paling pesat di Indonesia. Dari meningkatkan kendaraan dan inovasi terbaru hingga menyempurnakan produk yang sudah ada. Sehingga banyak produk yang membuat kendaraan semakin diminati oleh konsumen. Hal ini dapat memberikan kendaraan terbaik bagi konsumen. Berdasarkan observasi yang telah peneliti lakukan di beberapa bengkel yang ada di kota Padang. Dari pendapat beberapa mekanik bahwa untuk performa mesin yang tinggi, Anda bisa memodifikasi komponen atau mesin tersebut. Masyarakat beranggapan dengan mengganti camshaft dapat meningkatkan torsi dan tenaga, yang kondisi tersebut belum dibuktikan dengan menggunakan alat uji standar. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggantian camshaft untuk perhitungan ekonomi bahan bakar dan emisi rendah. Sehingga dapat digunakan untuk setiap hari. Sehingga peneliti memfokuskan pada penggantian variasi camshaft dengan perubahan konsumsi bahan bakar spesifik yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh perubahan camshaft terhadap konsumsi bahan bakar spesifik. Didapat hasil bahwa  pada putaran mesin 1750 rpm. Pada putaran mesin 1750 rpm konsumsi bahan bakar spesifik camshaft standard lebih besar yaitu sebesar 0,165 kg/kWh, dibandingkan camshaft racing 0,092 kg/kWh, pada putaran mesin 2500 rpm konsumsi bahan bakar spesifik camshaft standard menurun drastis menjadi 0,062 kg/kWh, dan camshaft racing menjadi 0,070 kg/kWh, pada putaran mesin 4500 rpm terjadi peningkatan pada camshaft racing yaitu sebesar 0,091 kg/kWh, Terakhir pada putaran mesin 6500 rpm camshaft racing memiliki konsumsi bahan bakar  spesifik yang lebih besar 0,186 kg/kWh, dan camshaft standard menjadi 0,135 kg /kWh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada camshaft standard emisi gas buang  CO 0,03% dan HC 27 ppm. Pada camshaft racing emisi gas buang  CO 0,13% dan HC 236 ppm

Abstract

The availability of electrical energy in Indonesia is a very important factor in encouraging development. Increased development, especially in the industrial sector in the form of factories and home industries, continues to grow rapidly. These developments include economic and population growth, so that the need for electrical energy continues to increase. The Pelton turbine is an electrical energy generator that utilizes water as a propeller or bucket on the rotating wheel of the Pelton turbine. So that, it is expected as an alternative to provide electrical energy needs, especially in the industrial sector. This study aims to determine the effect of variations in the angle of the nozzle spray on the triangular blade on the performance of the Pelton turbine. The variations of the nozzle spray angle include 30º, 45º, and 90º. Each nozzle spray angle is varied to the valve opening angle of 60º, 75º, 90º with lamp loads of 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 Watt. Based on the results of this study, it is proven that the nozzle spray angle of 90º has the best results at a valve opening angle of 90º and a lamp load of 15 Watt which produces a generator power of 6.784 Watt with an efficiency of 54.04%. Keywords— Pelton turbine with triangular blade, nozzle spray angle, valve opening angle, generator power, efficiency.

Abstract

Destilasi yang paling sering digunakan secara sederhana adalah destilasi air dan uap, karena dengan metode ini hasil ekstrak yang didapatkan lebih banyak dibandingkan metode destilasi yang lain. Pada penelitian kali ini juga digunakan destilasi sederhana untuk mengekstrak etanol yang terdapat dalam tape singkong. Metode penelitian berdasarkan pada titik didih komponen yang terkandung dalam bahan. Parameter yang diamati dalam proses destilasi ini adalah jenis bahan (tape ketan putih, tape ketan hitam, tape singkong), suhu dan volume etanol dalam variasi waktu. Suhu destilasi yang digunakan adalah 80oC, 85oC dan 90oC dengan variasi waktu selama 1 jam, 1,5 jam, 2 jam dan 2,5 jam. Variasi suhu dan waktu yang digunakan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecepatan destilasi dengan kualitas destilat yang dihasilkan. Hasil Penelitian rata-rata konsentrasi etanol dalam destilat dari destilasi sederhana adalah 70,19%, sedangkan dari destilasi rotary vacuum evaporatory adalah 75,87%.  Destilasi rotary vacuum evaporator memiliki kondensor yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kondensor pada destilasi sederhana. Sedangkan pada destilasi sederhana uap etanol ada yang  menguap ke luar karena proses pendinginan kondensornya kurang sempurna, sehingga konsentrasi etanol yang dihasilkan juga relatif rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the performance of the solar water heater collector with the addition of a reflector. Reflector is used to increase the absorption of solar radiation. The test was carried out by varying the water flow rate in the pipe, namely 75 l/hour, 150 l/hour and 225 l/hour with a collector tilt angle of 30°. Tests are carried out every one hour, starting at 09.00-16.00 WIB for each variation. Parameters measured in this study included glass temperature, inlet water temperature, outlet water temperature, pipe temperature, absorber temperature, ambient temperature and wind speed. The results showed that the highest efficiency occurred at a flow rate of 225 l/hour, which was 62.44% at IT 3,366 MJ/m2, and the highest ratio of outlet water temperature and inlet water temperature was 1.51 at a flow rate of 75l/h. Adding a reflector to the coverslip can increase collector efficiency.

Abstract

The basic need of living things that is very important and cannot be separated is water. Various industrial activities require water for processing activities such as the palm oil industry, the palm oil industry is required to use water with good conditions such as proper chemical treatment. The power plant at PT. Socfindo Seunagan, requires water for steam needs from the boiler. Boiler is a closed place to produce steam from heating water. The boiler system, among others, consists of 3 parts, namely the water line system and steam system, fuel system and boiler system. Part of the steam system requires a lot of water to be adjusted automatically so that the steam in the system is met. The boiler feed water used must be able to meet the requirements as a source of steam and can prevent the formation of corrosion in the pipes. Therefore researchers are trying to maintain the stability of boiler feed water by maintaining pH, therefore it is necessary to analyze pH, TDS, Total hardness, Alkalinity, and SILICA in boiler feed water.
