Abstract

The purpose of this study is to put explanation forward teachers role in giving students self-confidence at PGRI junior high school 2 Bekri Lampung Tengah Regency the year 2016/2017. Descriptive research was used with qualitative approach as the research method in this research. The research population was 67 respondents. The main data collecting technique used was questionnaire, and technique persetage was also used as the data analysis technique. Based on the data and result of the research. It had found the teacher has less role in giving students self-confidence, especially the teacher have not done yet their role meticulously as the educator in giving students sense of self-confidence. The teacher have not done yet their role meticulously as the trainer in giving students sense of self-confidence. And, The teacher have not done yet their role precisely as the motivator in giving students sense of self-confidence at the PGRI junior high school 2 Bekri the year 2016/2017.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peranan guru dalam menanamkan rasa percaya diri siswa di SMP PGRI 2 Bekri Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi yang berjumlah 67 responden. Teknik pokok pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, analisis data menggunakan teknik presentase`Berdasarkan data dan hasil penelitian, diketahui guru kurang berperan dalam menanamkan rasa percaya diri siswa khususnya guru belum maksimal menjalankan peranannya sebagai pendidik dalam menanamkan rasa percaya diri, guru belum maksimal menjalankan peranannya sebagai pembimbing dalam menanamkan rasa percaya diri, guru belum maksimal menjalankan peranannya sebagai pelatih dalam menanamkan rasa percaya diri, dan guru belum maksimal menjalankan peranannya sebagai motivator dalam menanamkan rasa percaya diri siswa di SMP PGRI 2 Bekri tahun pelajaran 2016/2017.Kata kunci : peranan guru, rasa percaya diri, siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and explain about the perception of beginner voters toward political socialization attribute in public election, this research used quantitative descriptive method with 39 people as sample (25%). Data collecting instrument used questionnaire technique and data analysis used percentage technique. The result of this research shows that 51,28% or 20 out of 39 people have positive tendency perceptions and 3 people (7,68%) have positive perceptions. But 33,34% or 13 out of 39 people have negative tendency perceptions. On the other hand, 3 people (7,68%) have negative perceptions. From the result of this research, it can be known that perception of beginner voters toward the political socialization attribute in public election tend to be positive which means, beginner voters cannot only have the understanding about the concept of public election and political socialization attribute, but also have an awareness of their part as beginner voters.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan tentang persepsi pemilih pemula terhadap atribut sosialisasi politik dalam pemilu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel 39 orang (25%). Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket dan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 51,28% atau sebanyak 20 dari 39 siswa berpersepsi cenderung positif dan 3 orang (7,68%) berpersepsi positif. Namun, 33,34% atau 13 dari 39 siswa berpersepsi cenderung negatif. Selain itu 3 orang (7,68%) berpersepsi negatif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa persepsi pemilih pemula terhadap atribut sosialisasi politik dalam pemilu adalah cenderung positif. Artinya pemilih pemula tidak bisa hanya dengan memiliki pemahaman tentang konsep pemilu dan konsep atribut sosialisasi politik saja tetapi juga harus diiringi dengan kesadaran akan perannya sebagai pemilih pemula.Kata kunci : atribut sosialisasi politik, pemilu, persepsi pemilih pemula.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is a first grade teacher identifies the role of the national spirit in the planting of elementary school students saving Earth Udik East Lampung District School Year 2012/2013, explain the role of school culture in the planting of the national spirit elementary school students saving Earth Udik Academic Year 2012/2013. Method used correlational. This research is a study population with the number of respondents 6 teachers. Data analyses used Chi Quadrate. The results showed that: (1) the class teacher has not been instrumental in planting the spirit of nationalism. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the role of the PKK in improving the women empowerment at Endang Rejo Village in Seputih Agung Sub-district. The method of this research is quantitative descriptive method. The aggregate of the sample in this research is 37 people. The technique in analysing data is using chi squared. The result of this research shows that: (1) the role of PKK (X) dominated in sufficent category with percentage 51%, (2) the woman empowerment (Y) dominated in average category with percentage 73%, (3) the results shows that there are a positive relationship, significant, and strong relationship. It means that when PKK has a role effectively is possible to increase the women empowerment at the same time. Based on the results, it can be concluded that PKK has important role in increasing the women empowerment.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan peranan PKK dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan wanita di Kelurahan Endang Rejo Kecamatan Seputih Agung Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) peranan PKK (X) dominan pada kategori cukup berperan dengan persentase 51%, (2) pemberdayaan wanita (Y) dominan pada kategori sedang dengan persentase 73%, (3) hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang positif, signifikan, dan kategori keeratan tinggi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa PKK memiliki peranan yang cukup besar dalam meningkatan pemberdayaan wanita.Kata kunci: pemberdayaan wanita, peranan PKK, PKK

Abstract

The objective of this research was to explain the influence of motivations and learning discipline toward civic education achivement of the second grade student’s in add semester on civic education subject in SMK YAPEMA Gadingrejo in academic 2011/2012. The main data collecting technique used questionnaire and interview suporting technique was literature review. The variables of this research were the influence of motivation and student’s learning discipline toward learning achivement. Data analysis used in this research was  regression analysis. Based on the result of the research, it was gotten that there was significant influence of motivation and learning discipline toward student’s achievement on civic education subject in SMK YAPEMA Gadingrejo in academic year 2011/2012. It mean better motivation and learning discipline of the student better the student’s learning achievement, and was worse the motivation and learning achievement.Keywords: motivation, discipline , learning achievement, civic education

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the influence of political parties capability and candidates image on the voters attitude behavior in legislative elections in Margodadi village, Tumijajar district, West Tulang Bawang Regency 2014. The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive. The independent variable in this study were the capability of a political party (X1), and the image of the candidate (X2), while the dependent variable was the attitude of voting behavior (Y). The subjects of this study was the community that numbered 97 people. Data collection techniques used in this study was questionnaire and simple correlation regression analysis with simple linear regression formula. Based on the research that had been done it could be seen that there was a significant influence of political parties and image capabilities candidate against behavioral attitudes.Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Pengaruh kapabilitas partai politik dan citra kandidat terhadap sikap perilaku pemilih dalam pemilu legislatif di Desa Margodadi Kecamatan Tumijajar Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat tahun 2014. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kapabilitas partai politik (X1), dan citra kandidat (X2), sedangkan variabel terikat adalah sikap perilaku pemilih (Y). Subyek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berjumlah 97 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini angket dan analisis regresi korelasi sederhana dengan rumus regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan kapabilitas partai politik dan citra kandidat terhadap sikap perilaku.Kata kunci : citra kandidat, kapabilitas partai politik, sikap perilaku pemilih

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and describe the influence of school culture and school environment on the formation of student character. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 66 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis using Linear Regression and Multiple Regression. Based on the results of the research that has been done it is known that (1) There is a significant influence between school culture (X1) on the formation of student character (Y) with a coefficient of determination of 49.2%, (2) There is a significant influence between the school environment (X2) towards the formation of student character (Y) with a coefficient of determination of 65.1%, (3) There is a significant influence between school culture (X1) and School Environment (X2) on the formation of student character (Y) with a coefficient of determination of 65.1%. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah menguji dan  mendeskripsikan Pengaruh budaya sekolah dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa di SMP Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 66 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier dan Regresi Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa  (1)Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya sekolah (X1) terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa (Y) dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 49,2%, (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan sekolah (X2) terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa (Y) dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 65,1%, (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara budaya sekolah (X1) dan Lingkungan Sekolah (X2) terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa (Y) dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 65,1%. Kata kunci : budaya sekolah, karakter siswa, lingkungan sekolah

Abstract

This study aimed to explain the role of Education and Citizenship Forum in instilling democratic attitude of the students of PPKn FKIP University of Lampung. This research used quantitative descriptive method with research subject of PPKn FKIP University of Lampung which amounts to 42 people which will be used as research sample. The main technique used were questionnaires, while interviews and documentation as a supporting technique.the results show the role of Education and Citizenship Forum in instilling democratic attitudes into good category, with the highest score of 86% or 36 respondents on the indicators of cognitive attitude.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peranan Forum Pendidikan dan Kewarganegaraan dalam menanamkan sikap demokratis mahaiswa PPKn FKIP Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian mahasiswa PPKn FKIP Universitas Lampung yang berjumlah 42 orang yang akan dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pokok yang digunakan adalah angket, sedangkan wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik penunjang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peranan Forum Pendidikan dan Kewarganegaraan dalam menanamkan sikap demokratis masuk ke dalam kategori baik, dengan diperoleh skor tertinggi 86% atau 36 responden pada indikator sikap kognitif.Kata kunci : demokrasi, pendidikan kewarganegaraan, sikap demokratis

Abstract

This research is to describe and analyze the internalization of nationalism values in Islamic boarding schools. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach with the subjects of research are priest, teachers and students of boarding schools. The data were collected through interview, observation and documentation guidelines while data analysis was done by using a credibility test with triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the internalization of nationalism values in Islamic boarding schools is carried out through intracurricular and extracurricular activities using appropriate methods and sources as well as the role of priest and teachers in internalizing the values of nationalism to the student in Islamic boarding schools.Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis internalisasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme di pondok pesantren. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian kiai, guru dan santri pondok pesantren. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme di pondok pesantren dilakukan melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler dengan menggunakan metode dan sumber yang tepat serta peran dari kiai dan guru dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme kepada para santri di pondok pesantren.Kata kunci : internalisasi, nilai-nilai nasionalisme, pesantren

Abstract

This research has a purpose to know the political advertisement’s influence on television to the beginner elector’s attention in 2014 general elections (research on XI grade of student of Senior High School 1 Seputih Raman). The method used in this research is correlational descriptive method with ex post facto research type. The research samples are 28 participants. This research uses questioner as the measurement’s instrument. While data analysis uses interval formula, presentation and continues with bifilar linear regression analysis. The result from data analysis by using bifilar linear regression partially shows that the message of political advertisement’s variable, the structure of political advertisement’s message, the source of political advertisement’s message are not significantly affected the beginner elector’s attention. All of those three variables affect simultaneously insignificant to the political advertisement on television.Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh iklan politik di televisi terhadap sikap pemilih pemula pada pemilu 2014 (studi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Raman). metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif korelasional dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 28 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument pengukuran. Sementara analisis data dengan rumus interval, presentasi dan dilanjutkan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda secara parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel isi pesan iklan politik, struktur pesan iklan politik, sumber pesan iklan politik berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap sikap pemilih pemula. Ketiga variabel berpengaruh secara simultan tidak signifikan terhadap iklan politik di televisi.Kata kunci: iklan politik, pemilih pemula,  pemilihan umum
