Abstract

ABSTRACT The research used is quantitative research method, The samples used in this study were saturated sampling techniques so obtained 36 employees. Data collection techniques are performed with observations and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, coefficient of determination, T-Test hypothesis testers and F-tests.The results of this study can be known that the value of double linear regression equation Y = 49.706 + 0.003 X1 + 0.062 X2 + E from the equation of multiple linear regression constant value of 49.709. The test result hypothesis of the T working Conflict test (X1) on productivity (Y) acquired a test that obtained a significant value of 0.984 > Alpha 0.05. It means that Ho was accepted and Ha rejected, it can be concluded that there is no significant influence between the variable working conflicts to the productivity of work on the partners of PT. Indomarco Prismata Palembang. Working conflicts have no effect on work productivity because working conflicts can lower job productivity, so companies are trying to avoid decreasing work productivity because increased productivity will drive increased income and profit. Acquired Test T that obtained a significant value 0.572 > Alpha 0.05. It means that Ho was accepted and Ha rejected, it can be concluded that there is no significant influence between working stress variables on work productivity at PT.  The Prismatama Palembang.Work stress also does not affect the productivity of work because in addition to the work conflicts, work stress also does not affect the increase in working productivity. From the test results F obtained significant 0.855 > Alpha 0.05. It means that Ho was accepted and Ha rejected, it can be concluded that there is no significant influence between working conflict variables and working stress on working productivity at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Palembang. Keywords: Work Conflict, Work Stress and Productivity ABSTRAK Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh sehingga diperoleh 36 pegawai. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan kuesioner. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, Koefisien determinasi, penguji hipotesis uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa nilai persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 49,706 + 0,003 X1 + 0,062 X2 + e dari persamaan regresi linier berganda nilai konstan sebesar 49,709. Hasil pengujian hipotesis uji t Konflik kerja (X1) terhadap Produktivitas (Y) Diperoleh uji t bahwa diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,984 > alpha 0,05. Artinya Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel konflik kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada mitra PT. Indomarco Prismata Palembang. Konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karena konflik kerja dapat menurunkan produktivitas kerja, maka dari itu perusahaan berusaha menghindari penurunan produktivitas kerja karena peningkatan produktivitas akan mendorong peningkatan income dan laba. Diperoleh uji t bahwa diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,572 > alpha 0,05. Artinya Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada  PT. Indomarco Prismatama Palembang Stres Kerja juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karena selain konflik kerja, stres kerja juga tidak mempengaruhi peningkatan produktivitas kerja. Dari hasil uji F diperoleh signifikan 0,855 > alpha 0,05. Artinya Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel konflik kerja dan stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada mitra PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of training and development on employee productivity at the Ministry of Finance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Palembang. The population of all employees of the Ministry of Finance is 34 people, while the sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique, the data collection technique uses documentation and a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested first using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, with hypothesis testing t test and F test with the help of SPSS 22 software for windows. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 3.489 + 0.800X1 + 0.096X2. Multiple correlation analysis (R) = 0.828 shows the relationship between training and development variables is found on work productivity. Coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square = 0.665. This means that 66.5% of work productivity is influenced by incentives and work discipline variables, while the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the partial study of Training on Work Productivity have a positive and significant effect on t-test results tcount 7,817 > ttable 1,694, while Development on Work Productivity has no significant effect tcount 0.685 <ttable 1.694. And simultaneously Fcount 33,787 > Ftable 3,29 then there is a significant influence between Training and Development on Work Productivity at the Ministry of Finance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Palembang. Keywords: Training, Developers and Work Productivity  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Departemen Keuangan PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Palembang. Populasi seluruh karyawan Departemen Keuangan yang berjumlah 34 orang, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuisoner dengan skala likert yang telah diuji cobakan terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi,  dengan pengujian hipotesis uji t dan uji F dengan bantuan software SPSS 22 for windows. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 3,489 + 0,800X1 + 0,096X2. Analisis korelasi berganda (R) = 0,828 menunjukkan hubungan variabel pelatihan dan pengembangan terdapat terhadap produktivitas kerja. Koefisien determinasi Adjusted R Square = 0,665. Hal ini berarti 66,5% Produktivitas Kerja dipengaruhi oleh variabel insentif dan disiplin kerja, sedangkan sisanya 33,5% oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian secara parsial Pelatihan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  hasil uji t thitung 7,817 > ttabel 1,694, sedangkan Pengembangan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan  thitung 0,685 < ttabel 1,694. Dan secara simultan Fhitung 33,787 > Ftabel 3,29 maka ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pelatihan dan Pengembangan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pada Departemen Keuangan PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Palembang.             Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Pengembang dan Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the value of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk for the 2015-2019 period by analyzing the financial statements. Data The type of data used is in the form of secondary data obtained by indirect data collection techniques in the form of documentation and literature study of the financial statements of the company PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using descriptive data analysis methods. qualitative. The results of the analysis show that the liquidity ratio with the current ratio in 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2019 has met the industry standard while in 2017 it has not met the industry standard, the quick ratio in 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2019 has met the industry standard while in 2017 did not meet industry standards. The solvency ratio in the debt to asset ratio in 2015-2017 has met the industry standard, while in 2018 and 2019 it has not met the industry standard and the debt to equity ratio in 2015-2017 has met the industry standard, while in 2018 and 2019 it has not met the standard. industry. The activity ratio in fixed assets turnover does not meet industry standards, while total assets turnover does not meet industry standards. And the profitability ratios on return on investment and return on equity do not meet industry standards.  Key words: Liquidity Ratio, Solvency, Activity and Profitability ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas dan profitabilitas pada PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk periode 2015-2019 dengan cara menganalisis laporan keuangan. Data yang Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara tidak langsung berupa dokumentasi dan studi pustaka laporan keuangan perusahaan PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan menggunakan metode analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada rasio likuiditas dengan current ratio pada tahun 2015, 2016, 2018, dan 2019 sudah memenuhi standar industri sedangkan pada tahun 2017 belum memenuhi standar industri, quick ratio pada tahun 2015, 2016, 2018, dan 2019 sudah memenuhi standar industri sedangkan pada tahun 2017 belum memenuhi standar industri. Rasio solvabilitas pada debt to asset ratio pada tahun 2015 -2017 sudah memenuhi standar industri sedangkan pada tahun 2018 dan 2019 belum memenuhi standar industri dan debt to equity ratio ratio pada tahun 2015-2017 sudah memenuhi standar industri sedangkan pada tahun 2018 dan 2019 belum memenuhi standar industri. Rasio aktivitas pada fixed assets trun over tidak memenuhi standar industri sedangkan pada total assets turn over sudah memenuhi standar industri. Dan rasio profitabilitas pada return on investasment dan return on equity tidak memenuhi standar industri. Kata Kunci: Rasio Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Aktivitas dan Profitabilitas.

Abstract

Stoves are one of the technologies that play an important role in energy utilisation at the household scale. The utilisation of biomass waste as a fuel source is because the waste has a significant energy content. Based on BPS statistics for corn production in 2016, NTB province reached 1,278,271 tonnes and increased in 2017 to reach 2,127,324 tonnes, based on these data it is possible that corn will produce corn cobs that have the potential to be developed into bioethanol and bioenergy. The purpose of this study was to design and build a household scale corn cob waste biomass gasification stove, determine the effect of variations in air flow velocity on room temperature in the combustion process of corn cob waste, determine the comparison of water boiling temperatures at variations in air flow velocity of 5.0 m/s, 10.0 m/s, and 15.0 m/s. The research method used is experimental method by conducting experiments and performance tests in the Agricultural Workshop Laboratory. The research was conducted by varying the speed of air entering the reactor with speed variations of 5.0 m/s, 10.0 m/s and 15.0 m/s. The parameters observed include combustion chamber temperature, water boiling temperature, and initial ignition time. The results showed that the air velocity variation of 15.0 m/s affected the highest combustion temperature with 359.13 with 100 grams of ash, then the highest water boiling temperature was 60℃, and the initial ignition was recorded at 2:20:31 minutes. From the results of this study, it can be said that using the highest speed variation can produce perfect combustion.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this study is to analyze in depth the application of Finger Print in improving employee work discipline at the Palembang City Youth and Sports Service Office. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. While testing the validity of the data is done by persistence and observation and triangulation. The triangulation used in this research is technical triangulation. The results of the study show that the application of Finger Print in improving employee work discipline at the Palembang City Youth and Sports Service Office has been carried out well, this is because employees have carried out their responsibilities very well, and their employees are able to adapt well. This can be seen from the results of interviews with the Head of Service, Secretary of Service, Head of Umpeg Subdivision, Umpeg Staff in the field of Finger Print and the results of observations made by the researchers stated that the indicators the author used had been implemented so that it made the application of Finger Print effective and efficient

Abstract

Knowledge Management is a process that helps organizations to identify, choose, organize, share and transfer important information and experience which part from organization. Human Resources are one most important part in hospital. Every business process and services carried out by hospital require quality human service in their division. Knowledge in this information era very important for a company. The more knowledge that company employees have the more advance the company will be and pass on knowledge to the right people to improve company performance. The purpose of this theoretical analysis is to knowing the benefit of knowledge management in implementation and development hospital information management system and to knowing the software and hardware will need in this system. The research method used is a structured literature review via Google Scholar and Science Direct using keywords “knowledge management system, management hospital system”. Knowledge Management System in effective implementation should be considered supporting and inhibiting factors to maximize the system. It can be concluded that the application of SIMRS with Knowledge Management System can provide health services due to easy access to information, minimize risks in managing medical data and ensure the security of patient data, improve service coordination between medical personnel, provide accurate and timely health information for patients, and increase patient satisfaction. regarding the services provided by the Hospital.

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the lack of optimal strengthening of character education through Pancasila student profiles for teachers in the field. The aims of this community service activity are to; 1) strengthen character and competence, 2) actively participate in planning active and sustainable learning, 3) develop skills, attitudes and knowledge, 4) solve problems in various learning situations, 5) be responsible and care about the surrounding situation and 6) respect learning so as to achieve educational goals. Based on the training that was carried out at SMA Negeri 7 Jambi City, this service activity received a positive response from the teachers who took part in this activity. This can be seen from the high enthusiasm of the teachers when participating in this training activity. The main thing that is done during the implementation of this service activity is that teachers who are training participants are asked to identify a problem related to character education through the Pancasila student profile. Then the teachers are given an understanding of the materials and problems related to strengthening character education. As feedback from this activity, the Education Coordinator and high school teachers said that they were willing to become target schools for various activities to improve the quality of education in their schools. The hope of the Jambi City Education Coordinator and the teachers at the Senior High School is that their school performance can continue to improve with the collaboration built with the Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi Islamic State University.

Abstract

The Teaching Campus Program through the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) policy is a strategic step for the Ministry of Education and Culture in improving the literacy and numeracy competencies of students in Indonesia. Involving students directly makes a significant contribution in strengthening learning at the elementary school level, according to the needs and conditions the school is facing. With this activity, it is hoped that teachers can be motivated to create a more enjoyable learning atmosphere, especially students who are motivated to continue learning and develop their potential. The School Literacy Movement (GLS) is one of the names of the activities we provide to study literacy in children to increase interest in reading. Increasing students' literacy competency is a positive result of the implementation of the Class 6 Teaching Campus Program at SDN 027977 West Binjai. Hopefully this program will continue to provide positive benefits for education at the school, especially in grades II, IV, V and VI.

Abstract

The digital literacy program implemented at the As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City aims to improve the digital skills of teachers and students through the use of information and communication technology, specifically Google Workspace and artificial intelligence (AI). The program consists of four training sessions that include an introduction to Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Classroom, and the use of ChatGPT as a learning tool. This training is designed to introduce digital technology to participants who previously had limitations in using technology-based applications. Evaluation was conducted through interviews and direct observations that showed a significant improvement in the digital skills of participants, although challenges related to limited devices and internet connectivity remained major obstacles. The positive impact of this program is expected to serve as a model for the development of digital literacy in other remote areas and support the transformation of technology-based education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of achieving the success of the tahfidz program at the Tebuireng 08 Islamic Boarding School in Banten, which faces a number of limitations in strategic management aspects. Therefore, this research focuses on planning, evaluation, and exploration of internal and external factors that have the potential to influence the success of the tahfidz program. The theoretical framework used in this research is the theory of strategic management and the theory of Al-Qur'an memorization, which are considered relevant to understanding the dynamics of the implementation of the tahfidz program in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with the aim of digging in depth information related to the strategies, mechanisms, and practices of implementing the tahfidz program at the Tebuireng 08 Islamic Boarding School. The data collection process was carried out through in-depth exploration so that a real picture of the program planning and implementation was obtained. The results of the study indicate that the tahfidz program is implemented through tiered stages starting from the formulation of the institution's vision, mission, and objectives, then translated into the form of a tahfidz program as the main program. The findings of this study confirm that the planning of the tahfidz program at the Tebuireng 08 Islamic Boarding School (Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng 08) adheres to strategic management principles, particularly through a trend-watching mechanism that takes into account the internal and external conditions of the Islamic boarding school. This makes the planning more implementable and focused on achieving the desired goals. Furthermore, the program's success is supported by a continuous evaluation mechanism that allows for dynamic improvements and adjustments. Thus, this study emphasizes that the success of the tahfidz program is determined not only by spiritual aspects, but also by strategic management that is systematic, planned, and adaptive to environmental changes.
