Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Electronic Archiving System and its impact on employee performance at the Secretariat Office of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of South Sumatra Province. The background of the study is based on the increasing demand for efficiency and accountability in public institutions, where effective records management plays a strategic role in supporting administrative processes. A qualitative approach with a deductive method was employed to collect and analyze data through observations, interviews, document reviews, and literature studies. The research findings highlight that the application of the electronic archiving system, assessed through indicators such as hardware, software, application networks, and human resources, significantly contributes to improving employee performance. Employees demonstrated improvements in quality, quantity, time management, and collaboration in their daily work activities. Nevertheless, challenges were observed, particularly related to the limited mastery of the SRIKANDI application, data security risks, and the need for continuous technical training. Despite these obstacles, the electronic archiving system has generally enhanced efficiency and facilitated the management of official records. The study concludes that optimizing the system requires strengthening employee competencies, enhancing supervision, and integrating advanced technologies. Thus, the adoption of electronic archiving is not only beneficial for organizational memory preservation but also for promoting better performance and governance within public institutions.

Abstract

This study investigates the performance and sustainability of a hybrid solar-biomass drying system for agricultural products, focusing on its efficiency, environmental impact, and economic feasibility. The hybrid system combines solar energy and biomass combustion to create a continuous and reliable drying process. The key findings reveal that the hybrid system achieves over a 20% improvement in drying efficiency compared to solar-only and biomass-only dryers. This efficiency gain is attributed to the synergistic use of solar energy during the day and biomass energy during periods of low sunlight or at night, ensuring consistent drying conditions and reduced drying time. Additionally, the hybrid system significantly reduces CO₂ emissions, contributing to a more sustainable approach to agricultural processing. The environmental benefits of using renewable energy sources, as opposed to fossil fuels, align with the growing need for energy-efficient and eco-friendly agricultural technologies. Economic analysis suggests that the hybrid system is a cost-effective solution for small- to medium-scale farmers, particularly in rural areas where access to grid electricity is limited. The use of locally available biomass fuels further enhances the system’s sustainability and affordability. This study also discusses the practicality of implementing hybrid dryers in rural farming communities, emphasizing their potential to improve drying efficiency, reduce environmental impacts, and boost economic opportunities for farmers. Future research should focus on optimizing system integration, expanding biomass fuel options, and exploring automation to enhance the performance and scalability of hybrid drying systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tepung daun ubi jalar (Ipomoea batatas) fermentasi sebagai substitusi jagung giling terhadap persentase bobot dada dan persentase bobot punggung ayam KUB. Materi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan ayam KUB umur 2 bulan yang dipelihara selama 30 hari sebanyak 96 ekor. Pakan yang diberikan selama 30 hari diantaranya pakan campuran (Dedak, Konsentrat, Jagung) dan tepung daun ubi jalar sebagai substitusi jagung giling. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan dengan pemberian tepung daun ubi jalar fermentasi substitusi jagung giling 0% (P0), 5% (P1), 10% (P2) dan 15% (P3). Parameter yang diamati adalah persentase bobot dada dan persentase bobot punggung ayam KUB. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa tepung daun ubi jalar fermentasi sebagai substitusi jagung giling ke dalam pakan dengan level sampai 15% tidak memiliki pegaruh yang signifikan (P>0,05) terhadap persentase bobot dada dan persentase bobot punggung ayam KUB. Persentase bobot dada yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berkisar 20,72-23,01% dan persentase bobot punggung berkisar 27,81-32,53%.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam sistem transaksi ekonomi telah menggeser pola konsumsi masyarakat menuju penggunaan layanan finansial berbasis teknologi yang lebih instan, namun di sisi lain berpotensi memicu perilaku belanja yang tidak rasional. Fenomena ini tampak pada pesatnya adopsi fitur Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) yang menawarkan fleksibilitas pembayaran tanpa agunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan sistem pembayaran Shopee PayLater terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa STIE Yapis Dompu. Shopee PayLater merupakan inovasi layanan keuangan digital yang memberikan kemudahan transaksi dengan kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner kepada 94 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Shopee PayLater berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 serta koefisien determinasi sebesar 55,2%, yang menunjukkan kontribusi variabel penggunaan Shopee PayLater terhadap konsumtif mahasiswa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi penggunaan Shopee PayLater, maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa STIE Yapis Dompu.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the Implementation of Regulations Palembang City Region Number 12 of 2013 Concerning the Development of Street Children, Homeless and Beggars Article 9   Paragraph 2 At the Social Service of Sumatra Province  South (Study of Service Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Social Rehabilitation Institution Beggars and Homeless South Sumatra Province) and Factors The inhibitor. The method used in this study is the research method qualitative by collecting data through observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Based on the results of research regarding the Implementation of Regional Regulations Palembang City Number 12 of 2013 Concerning the Development of Street Children, Homeless and Beggars Article 9 Paragraph 2 in the UPTD Social Rehabilitation Institution Beggars and Homeless South Sumatra Province has been carried out successfully particularly good for homeless and beggars, who are in rehabilitation programs the orphanage has provided various guidance for the homeless and beggars include psychosocial diagnosis, mental spiritual guidance, guidance physical education, skills, entrepreneurship and education in accordance with Regional Regulation No. 12 2013 Article 9 Paragraph 2. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of public service quality on public trust through public satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Karijawa Subdistrict Office. This is a quantitative study using an explanatory research approach. Using accidental sampling and the Lemeshow formula, a sample of 96 respondents was obtained from a total population of 1,343 service users. Primary data were collected via a 1–5 Likert-scale questionnaire and supplemented by secondary data from documentation and interviews. Data analysis employed the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, involving evaluation of the outer model (validity and reliability) and the inner model (hypothesis testing via bootstrapping). The study concluded that the quality of public services at the Karijawa Subdistrict Office has a positive and significant impact on increasing public trust, both directly and indirectly. Reliable, responsive, transparent, and friendly service has proven to be the primary factor driving resident satisfaction. The emotional satisfaction consistently felt by the community regarding these administrative services eventually crystallizes and acts as a very strong mediating bridge in constructing, strengthening, and solidifying public trust and residents’ legitimacy regarding the credibility of the bureaucracy at the Karijawa Subdistrict Office. Therefore, the continuous improvement of service quality is the key to maintaining the stability of public trust at the sub-district level.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic conditions cause unprecedented changes in life, and so learning is made online from home through online media (online), where teachers are required to use technology to design learning media as an innovation. This type of research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data retrieval takes place through interview techniques, observation and documentation. The data-analysis technique is done in a descriptive way by describing the student's interview results. Studies have found that teachers still encounter obstacles to the online use of the learning media and that it takes teacher creativity to create the learning media by using various platforms
