Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran Make A Match terhadap keterampilan menulis teks tanggapan Siswa Kelas IX SMP Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Quasi Eksperiment Design yang melibatkan 30 siswa kelas IX di SMP Islam Terpadu Nurul Ilmi 2 Kota Jambi. Data diolah dengan analisis deskriptif statistik dan uji beda Independent Samples T-Test dengan nilai signifikansi 0,05 untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan menulis teks tanggapan antara kelas yang menggunakan model make a match dan yang tidak. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik parametrik (uji-t) untuk membandingkan hasil data antara kelas kontrol dan eksperimen. Melalui pemberian pretest dan posttest pada kedua kelas, diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar menulis struktur teks tanggapan antara kelas kontrol (rata-rata 82,50) dan kelas eksperimen (rata-rata 90,00). Model make a match yang digunakan pada kelas eksperimen terbukti efektif dalam memantik peserta didik dan memotivasi kemauan belajar peserta didik. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran make a match, Keterampilan Menulis Teks Tanggapan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work enthusiasm on employee work productivity at the company PT. Semen Tonasa District. Pangkep. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 75 employees who were used as samples using a sampling technique, namely using a saturated sample. The analysis used in this research is a simple linear regression test. The results of simultaneous testing of the education level variable have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable as proven based on the results of the simultaneous test with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The results of partial testing of the education level variable have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of competency and ability to use technology on employee performance at the Tamalanrea District Office. The method used was multiple linear regression analysis and the sample taken was 25 employees. The results of this research have been tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumptions have also been tested in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of this research show that the competency variable (X1) has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance (Y), while the ability to use technology variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). It can be concluded that together the competence and ability to use technology have a positive effect on employee performance at the Tamalanrea District Office, Makassar City, so it is hoped that each agency (Tamalanrea District Office Leadership) will continue to retain employees who have competence or broad knowledge of the field of work they do. .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interest rates on profit growth of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Salubarani Branch Tana Toraja Regency. The data used in this study are secondary data and use data collection procedures, especially the documentation method. The data used in this study are financial statement data of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Salubarani Branch, Tana Toraja Regency. The results showed that the effect of interest rates on profit growth was very influential. The higher the interest given, the higher the profit growth.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of rewards and work motivation on employee performance at the Andalas Health Center, Makassar City. The object of this research is the Andalas Health Center, Makassar City. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive. The results of this research prove that rewards and work motivation have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the Andalas Health Center, Makassar City.

Abstract

The aim is to understand how interpersonal conflict and workload influence how work stress at the South Sulawesi Province BKKBN Representative Office was surveyed to obtain primary data. Saturated sampling was used in this study, and a total of 98 people were sampled. The validity and reliability of these findings have been evaluated, through tests of heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and normality have all been considered. The data analysis method uses multiple regression.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of management in improving the knowledge of Muhammadiyah scholars in Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Gombara Islamic Boarding School in Makassar and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors. This research was conducted at Pesantren Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Gombara Makassar by using a qualitative descriptive research approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews and documentation with the management of the boarding and education fields or internal boarding schools. This research found that the management of Pesantren Darul Arqam Gombara towards increasing the knowledge of prospective Muhammadiyah Ulama was carried out through the process of planning, organising coaches, supervising and evaluating programs in accordance with the objectives of the pesantren in the form of a program to strengthen the basics of boarding knowledge for new students for three months which is packaged in the term Iddady Program including programs to develop basic Arabic language skills, practical worship, Tahsin and Tahfidz Al-Qur'an and akhlaq. The second is a routine boarding programme including advanced Arabic language learning, Muhadarah or speech practice, yellow book studies, advanced Qur'an Tahfidz and the Muballig Hijrah programme for final year students. There is a boarding report card that contains the competency achievements of the students which is submitted at the end of the semester. In the field of education, the school uses an integrated curriculum that combines the curriculum that has been published by the Education Office, the Ministry of Religion and the curriculum published by the Muhammadiyah Association in this case the Muhammadiyah Pesantren Development Institute (LP2M). The obstacles faced by pesantren management are influenced by the non-permanent resources of kemusyrifan or coaches which sometimes result in a vacuum of implementation and supervision which has an impact on the smooth running of pesantren programmes. Dormitory construction planning still needs to be improved and the construction is well pursued. Then the obstacles that also occur in the school education environment are the large number of core educators and education personnel who are appointed as civil servants / PP3K which results in them leaving the pesantren because they get a new place of assignment. Supporting factors are the great attention of the Muhammadiyah Regional leadership as the organiser of pesantren education in increasing the quantity and quality of pesantren resources and the number of students, which in recent years has increased thanks to the high public interest from year to year to enrol their children in this pesantren, especially from among Alumni and Muhammadiyah Association members.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji tipe kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 11 Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tipe kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 11 Kota Palu, yaitu: (a) Tipe Kepemimpinan Demokratis: memberikan pengarahan, seorang pemimpin harus mampu mengarahkan kegiatan ke arah yang positif, bertindak ramah dan penuh perhatian, sabar dan membantu, memperlihatkan simpati dan dukungan serta mendengarkan keluhan dan masalah guru. (b) Tipe Kepemimpinan Partisipatif:kepala sekolah memberikan motivasi dengan tujuan untuk membangkitkan semangat kerja para guru dan (c) Tipe Kepemimpinan Transformatif: memantau kinerja guru dari segi keprofesionalan dalam mengajar. Professional dapat dilihat dari kemampuan menghasilkan kerja yang lebih baik dari pada ukuran biasa yang sudah umum, dan diwujudkan dalam program unggulan. Kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 11Kota Palu diwujudkan dalam beberapa program unggulan, yaitu program pembinaan tanggung jawab guru, program pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran, program pembinaan kedisiplinan guru dan program pembinaan komitmen guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan Pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data ( Data Reduction), penyajian data ( Data Display), Dan penarikan kesimpulan ( Conclusion Drawing) teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis layanan prima pada UPT perpustakaan UIN datokarama Palu mengenai sikap: Hampir seluruh pegawai bersikap ramah. Perhatian: Hampir seluruh pegawai sudah memberikan keinginan dan kebutuhan pemustaka, tindakan: pegawai perpustakaan bertindak cepat dan tepat dalam memberikan kebutuhan dan keinginan pemustaka, antisipasi: Apabila Koleksi Buku tidak ditemukan diperpustakaan. Pustakawan segera membantu dengan membuka E-book yang ada diperpustakaan.
