Abstract

The mindfulness approach can be an option used by teachers to develop students' potential. This study aims to1) describe the application of the mindfulness approach in the learning of class V students at SDN 15 Singkawang, 2) describe the learning readiness of class V students at SDN 15 Singkawang, 3) describe the analysis of the mindfulness approach in terms of the learning readiness of class V students at SDN 15 Singkawang. The type of research used is case study research and qualitative research design. The research was conducted at SDN 15 Singkawang. The research subjects were 23 class V students. Research data was taken using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Then the data is analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. From the research results it was found that: 1) The mindfulness approach taken by teachers to students is very varied and this provides a positive response from students, such as several rules and activities that students carry out every time they come to school or enter class to start learning; 2) Students' learning readiness as seen from the four indicators shows that students are ready to learn. These four indicators show that the mental readiness of students who feel happy, the situational readiness of students who understand that the classroom atmosphere is comfortable for learning, the readiness of their goals when they come to school, and the physical readiness of students who are healthy and ready to focus on learning; 3) Overall, the mindfulness approach in terms of students' learning readiness shows that children are ready to learn with feelings of joy and healthy physical condition, a comfortable learning atmosphere and high learning goals.

Abstract

The growth of the Islamic economy in Indonesia requires financing instruments that are not only in line with Islamic principles but also capable of driving the real sector productively. Istisna' contracts, which involve the sale of goods by order, offer a promising solution for financing construction projects, manufacturing, and micro-businesses. This study aims to explore the definition, role, and implementation of istisna' contracts in supporting the growth of the Islamic economy. Using a descriptive qualitative method based on literature review and normative-economic approaches, the study finds that istisna' contracts can enhance productivity, create employment opportunities, and support sustainable economic development. However, their implementation still faces challenges such as limited public understanding, financing risks, and a lack of education for business actors. Therefore, efforts to optimize the use of istisna' in Islamic financial institutions are essential

Abstract

Musyarakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ) is a form of sharia-based financing that offers a home ownership solution free from elements of interest (riba). This article aims to analyze the application of the MMQ contract in housing finance, compare it with the conventional mortgage scheme (Kredit Pemilikan Rumah/KPR), and evaluate its impact on community welfare. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review of academic sources, regulations, and other relevant data. The analysis shows that MMQ is superior in terms of compliance with Islamic principles, fairness in risk sharing, and flexibility in payment structure. Furthermore, the MMQ scheme contributes to the improvement of social and economic well-being, particularly for the lower-middleincome segment of society. Nevertheless, its implementation still faces challenges such as the risk of default and the need for strengthened risk management systems. Therefore, collaboration between Islamic financial j, the government, and the public is essential to optimize the potential of MMQ as a fair and sustainable alternative for home financing

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the level of self-awareness among ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 16 Singkawang; (2) determine the career planning of ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 16 Singkawang; (3) find out whether there is a significant relationship between self-awareness and career planning among ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 16 Singkawang. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. The population of this study consisted of 128 ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 16 Singkawang, with a sample of 56 students selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using measurement techniques with data collection instruments in the form of self-awareness and career planning questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results of data analysis show that: (1) the level of self-awareness among ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 16 Singkawang is in the high category (79%); (2) the level of career planning among ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 16 Singkawang is in the high category (69%); (3) there is a relationship between the self-awareness variable and the career planning variable, with a low degree of correlation (correlation coefficient = 0.367), and the relationship is positive. A positive relationship means that the higher or better the self-awareness variable, the higher or better the career planning variable, and vice versa, the lower the self-awareness variable, the lower the career planning variable.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of the CLIS learning model on students' conceptual understanding ability in IPAS learning at SDN 02 Selakau Tua, and (2) investigate the difference in students' conceptual understanding ability in IPAS learning taught using the Children Learning In Science (CLIS) model and the conventional model. This study employs a quantitative design with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population consists of 48 fourth-grade students, with Class A as the control group and Class B as the experimental group, each consisting of 24 students. Non-probability sampling was used to select the sample. Prerequisite tests included normality testing using SPSS v25 and variance homogeneity testing to assess the similarity of variances between the two groups. The data were analyzed univariately with a significance level of 5% (0.05), using effect size calculations for the first hypothesis and a two-sample t-test for the second hypothesis. The results showed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups. The average posttest score for the experimental group was 77.08, while the control group scored 67.50. The Sig. value (0.000 < 0.05) and t-value (6.975 > 1.714) indicated that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. This suggests that the CLIS learning model has a significant effect on students' conceptual understanding of IPAS, with an effect size of 7.14, which falls into the high category.
