Based on data obtained at RSUD Bangkinang in 2021, the amount of data and patients with diabetes mellitus amounted to 5117 people and patients with gangrene wounds undergoing treatment in 2022 were 48 patients. The type of research in this study is analytic with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all patients with diabetes mellitus gangrenous wounds in the Surgical Clinic of Bangkinang Hospital in 2022, namely 48 people with a sample of 48 people using the total sampling technique. Data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis used in this study was univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and patient compliance in the treatment of gangrene wounds at Bangkinang Hospital with a p value of 0.001 and there was a relationship between family support and patient compliance in the treatment of gangrene wounds at Bangkinang Hospital with a p value of 0.00. It is recommended that the patient's family can increase emotional support, appreciation / assessment support, instrumental support and information support.Keywords: Knowledge, family support, adherence to gangrene wound care

Patient satisfaction is a customer response to fulfilling needs and expectations. The Rambah Samo I Puskesmas is one of the Puskesmas in Rokan Hulu Regency which has experienced a decrease in the number of patient visits utilizing services. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship of several factors with patient satisfaction with primary health services. Quantitative research type with cross sectional design. The research was conducted in 2023 with a sample of 99 people. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. The results showed there was a relationship between reliability (p value 0.043), responsiveness (p value 0.040, POR 2.751) and there was no relationship between assurance (p value 1.000). It is recommended to the Puskesmas to be able to improve the quality of health services consisting of administrative officers, health worker services, and pharmacy services in order to provide friendly and attentive service to patients and provide clear information to patients.Keywords: Reliability, Patient, Health Center

Poor sleep quality is a condition where, when someone is sleeping, they feel the desire to wake up from sleep as soon as possible. Workload and work stress have an important effect on sleep quality in nurses. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between workload and work stress with the quality of sleep of emergency department nurses. The type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The research was conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital in July 2022. The research sample was nurses in the Emergency Department of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital, totaling 41 with the sampling technique using total sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was done univariate and bivariate. The results showed there was a relationship between workload (p value: 0.002) and work stress (p value: 0.000) with sleep quality in nurses. It is recommended for nurses to make the best use of rest time before work, such as doing sleep hygiene by limiting food and drinks before bed, starting to sleep and waking up at the same time, limiting napping hours, creating special rituals before bed, creating a comfortable sleeping environment, and exercising regularly in the morning or afternoon.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis ekperimen menggunakan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design.. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik deskriptif diperoleh rata-rata pre-test 43,33 dan post-test 87,33. Angket respon siswa diperoleh rata-rata 95,93 dan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh rata-rata 98,00. Sedangkan hasil analisis statistik mengunakan uji One-Samples Kolmogorov-Smirnow menunjukkan bahwa data pre-test dan post-test berdistribusi normal. Uji Levene Statistic menunjukkan bahwa data pre-test dan post-test homogen. Sedangkan untuk uji Paired Samples Test menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan hasil belajar Matematika siswa sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas V SD Inpres 7/83 Tanete.

Latar Belakang: Perilaku caring secara umum dapat diartikan sebagai kapasitas untuk berbakti kepada orang lain, pengawasan yang waspada, menunjukkan perhatian, perasaan kasih sayang, cinta atau kasih sayang kepada orang lain, yaitu suatu kemauan untuk peduli. Tujuan: Untuk menjelaskan hubungan pelayanan perawat dengan kepuasan pasien di poliklinik umum Puskesmas Besiq Kabupaten Kutai Barat Tahun 2022. Metode: Dalam penelitian ini, jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dan desain cross sectional. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti ingin mengetahui perilaku keperawatan dan kepuasan pasien perawat di Poliklinik Puskesmas Besiq Kabupaten kutai Barat Tahun 2022. hubungan antara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Poliklinik Puskesmas Besiq Kabupaten Kutai Barat Tahun 2022 yang berjumlah 50 orang. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas dengan Teknik pengambilan total sampling. Total sampling didasarkan pada standar tertentu yang ditentukan oleh peneliti, dan hasil sampling keseluruhan dilakukan dengan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Hasil Tabel 4.4 Uji statistik Chi-Square Hasil program SPSS 25 diperoleh P-value < ? dimana P-value (0,002) < ? (0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pelayanan perawat dengan kepuasan responden di poliklinik umum Puskesmas Besiq Kabupaten Kutai Barat tahun 2022.

Tujuan diselenggarakannya Program Kemitraan Masyaakat Intenal UHO tentang Pembuatan Alat Penggilingan Jagung sebagai media untuk memberikan solusi sekaligus edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG). Peternakan merupakan sala satu sektor dalam pengembangan Agribisnis.Komoditas ternak yang banyak dikembangkan oleh masyarakat atau penduduk di Sulawesi Tenggara, adalah sapi,kerbau, kambing, kuda, ayam dan itik.Kabupaten Konawe selatan selain sebagai penghasil beras juga sebagai penghasil ternak salah satunya adalah peternakan itik yang terdapat di Desa Tetenggolasa . Melihat potensi yang dimiliki Kabupaten Konawe Selatan , sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam melaksanakan Tridarma kami membantu mengatasi kendala peternak yaitu dalam pengolahan pakan.Dengan penerapan teknologi tepat Guna (TTG) kami membuat Alat penggilingan jagung yang dapat digunakan oleh peternak itik dan ayam dalam pengelohan pakan. . ABSTRACT. This research aims to explore the role of local institutions in maintaining and protecting the Faruhumpenai Nature Reserve forest area. The aim is to identify the challenges and obstacles faced by local institutions in efforts to preserve these forest areas. Apart from that, this research will also evaluate the efforts made by each institution to preserve the Faruhumpenai Nature Reserve forest area. Data was collected around the Faruhumpenai Nature Reserve Area which is located in Mangkutana District, East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach for primary and secondary data. The method used is a case study method with a deliberate sample selection approach. Primary data was obtained through interviews with leaders such as chairman, secretary and important members of local institutions, with a total of 25 respondents. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran lembaga lokal adalah untuk mengadakan program sosialisasi dan melakukan penanaman pohon di kawasan Cagar Alam Faruhumpenai, bertindak sebagai mitra pemerintah dalam upaya pelestarian lingkungan. Meskipun demikian, lembaga lokal menghadapi berbagai kendala dan hambatan dalam menjaga kelestarian alam di kawasan hutan Cagar Alam Faruhumpenai, termasuk kurangnya kapasitas sumber daya manusia, seringnya terjadi perbedaan pendapat, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang teknologi informasi dalam era digital, serta adanya tantangan egoisme dan kurangnya dukungan finansial. Namun, lembaga lokal telah melakukan upaya seperti sosialisasi tentang penanggulangan banjir dan tanah longsor, penanaman pohon di area tersebut, serta mengadakan kegiatan pembersihan dengan pengelolaan sampah dan sungai. Noise pollution from noise is a kind of unwanted pollution.This noise can be reduced by using an acoustic damper. This study aims to find out the technique of making polyester resin material mixed with waste paperand rice husk ash as an acoustic damper. The composite made then tested the value of sound absorption coefficient (????), composite damping test is done on kundst tube impedance tool equipped with spekerr device, amplifer, power supllay, lettop, smartphone, oscilloscope, sound lever meter with input frequency 400,600,800 Hz. The composite making method used by determining the volume fraction in composite damping test of Noise Absorption Coefficient (NAC) properties comprising Resin polyster : 50% paper waste : 20% and rice husk ash: 30%, Resin polyster 50% paper waste: 30% and rice husk ash: 20%, Resin polyster : 50% paper waste: 40% and rice husk ash : 10%. The result of all polyester resin composite test specimens in paper waste and rice husk ash reinfercement have the highest absorption coefficient 0,47857????????) at fractoin of 50%:30%:20% volume with frequency of 800 Hz. While for the lowest sound absorption result 0,475819 (????) with volume fraction of 50%:30%:20% with frequency 400 Hz. The overall specimencan be made as a damper because it has a sound absorption coefficient value >0.3.Keyword: Composite, paper waste, rice husk ash and NAC

The purpose of this study was to determine the fuel consumption of the motorcycle Yamaha Vega ZR assembled in 2009 by using the intake manifold with the basic material of the fiber composites. This studyused an experimental method. The sample is a Yamaha Vega ZR motorcycle is assembled in 2009 to number Engines: 5D9-191066. Data collected through the experimental method. The consumption of fuel measuredin static conditions with a measuring glass. Testing is done by measuring the time required by the machine to spend in a given volume of fuel at the 1500 rpm ,2500 rpm and 4000 rpm. Results showed that the differencein the time required to spend 10 ml of fuel between the use of intake manifold standard with intake manifold fiber composite fibers in the round 1500 rpm is 0.11 minute, the lap 2500 rpm is 0.08 minute and at enginespeed of 4000 rpm is 0.04 minute. The difference in the average time required to spend 10 ml of fuel is 0.07 minute at 1500 rpm until the engine rotation 4000 rpm. Thus, fuel consumption decreases when using theintake manifold with the basic material of the palm fiber composite intake manifold using standard.Keywords: palm fiber composites, intake manifold and fuel consumption.

Indonesia's economic development is currently heavily dependent on the industrial sector which continues to experience rapid development. One of the growing industrial areas is the construction industry, especially infrastructure and property development that requires materials such as block paving. The purpose of this research is to find out the comparison of strong press paving blocks with the addition of nickel slag and plastic cacahan (PET, HDPE, LDPE and PP). This research uses conventional (manual) randomized methods. The results of this study showed that the influence of the addition of nickel slag and plastic cacahan in the manufacture of paving blocks against strong press can be concluded that the addition of nickel and plastic slag with strong characteristics can increase the strength of paving block press. The highest average press strength values were in Sample C samples, with mixed variations (cement 25%, coarse aggregate 5%, slag 25%, fine aggregate 5% and HDPE plastic cacahan 40%). has a press force of 155 kg/cm2 with a quality of C based on SNI 03-0691-1996. The lowest press test results were found in sample E (cement 25%, coarse aggregate 5%, slag 25%, fine aggregate 5% and plastic cacahan PP 40%) with a press test value of 87.5 kg/cm2 with a quality of D based on SNI 03-0691-1996.
