Abstract

This quantitative research used a pre-experimental design, specifically the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, to examine the differences and significant effects of learning motivation before and after implementing the IOC learning model on fifth-grade students of IPAS at SDN 124 Mampotu, Amali District, Bone Regency. The variables in this study were the IOC model (independent variable) and learning motivation (dependent variable). The population of this study consisted of all fifth-grade students at SDN 124 Mampotu, totaling 30 students. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The data were collected through questionnaires. The data collection technique used was a test to determine students' learning motivation before and after implementing the IOC learning model. Based on statistical analysis, the pretest average score was 49.00, indicating that students' learning motivation was in the low category, while the posttest average score was 74.90, which fell into the moderate category. The conclusion of this study indicates that there are significant differences and effects on students' learning motivation before and after implementing the IOC learning model on fifth-grade students of IPAS at SDN 124 Mampotu, Amali District, Bone Regency."

Abstract

This research is classroom action research which aims to determine descriptions of teacher activities, student activities, and learning outcomes in implementing the PBL learning model assisted by the Canva application to improve mathematics learning outcomes for class IV students at SD Inpres 6/75 Manurunge. Data collection techniques use observation and tests. The data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results showed that teacher activities in managing learning experienced an increase in the optimal learning process from cycle I to cycle II seen from teacher activities in implementing good learning designs in accordance with the steps of the PBL learning model assisted by the Canva application. Student activity in participating in the learning process has increased from cycle I to cycle II as seen from the results of observations during the learning process using observation sheets. As for student learning outcomes in cycle I, there were 14 out of 20 students who were complete with an average score of 76.25 with a percentage of student learning completeness reaching 70% (fair), while student learning outcomes in cycle II were 17 out of 20 students achieving a complete score with an average score of 87.25 with a percentage of student learning completeness reaching 85% (good). It can be concluded that the PBL learning model assisted by the Canva application can improve student Mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the application of the Discovery Learning model to improve students' critical thinking skills in learning mathematics class IV SD Negeri 9 TA Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. The objectives of the study were 1) to describe teacher activities in the application of the Discovery Learning model in learning mathematics in class IV SD Negeri 9 TA Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. 2) to describe students' activities in the application of the Discovery Learning model in learning mathematics in class IV of SD Negeri 9 TA Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. 3) to determine the improvement of students' critical thinking skills in learning mathematics in class IV SD Negeri 9 TA through the application of the Discovery Learning model. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were all fourth grade students totaling 28 people and the fourth grade homeroom teacher. The data collection techniques used were observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, students' critical thinking skills have increased through the Discovery Learning learning model. This can be seen from the results of the first cycle test reaching the moderately critical category and in cycle II reaching the critical category. It can be concluded that the Discovery Learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills in learning mathematics.

Abstract

Indonesia is a constitutional country, its formation is based on legal principles and norms through a mutual agreement called the 1945 Constitution. The Constitution is one of the pillars of nationality in formulating the values and norms of the state. On the one hand, even though Indonesia is not a religion-based country, the 1945 Constitution substantially has very strong religious values and doctrines, especially Islam. Therefore, the author in this article will focus on analyzing how to harmonize religious values in the constitution through a comparative study of the text between the Qur'an and the content of the 1945 Constitution, specifically article 29 paragraphs 1 and 2. This research-based article uses normative juridical analysis with the type of literature research. The author traces sources in various literature, academic manuscripts, official documents, books of tafsir, then studied and then analyzed using the theory of legal harmonization. Conclusion of this article, the author finds that in principle there is a correspondence between the values of norms in article 29 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the 1945 Constitution with several verses of the Quran, for example in Al-Ikhlas, Al-Maidah, and Al-Baqarah. This connectedness can be seen in the spirit of prioritizing the values of justice and humanity. Keywords: Harmonization, UUD 1945, Islam, Qur`an, Justice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) dan PerputaranAktiva terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) industri teknologi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)2019-2023. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Populasi dalampenelitian ini sebanyak 44 perusahaan, dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah10 perusahaan. Periode pengamatan yang dilakukan selama 5 tahun yaitu dimulai dari 2019-2023. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung berupalaporan keuangan pada situs www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisis data yang digunakanmenggunakan analisis statistik yaitu: analisis regresi data panel, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesisserta diolah menggunakan Program Microsoft Excel dan Eviews Versi 12. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa secara simultan (bersamaan) pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) danPerputaran Aktiva sebagai variabel independen (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap Return On Asset (ROA) industri teknologi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2019-2023.Kemudian hasil penelitian secara parsial Current Ratio (CR) menunjukkan pengaruh signifikanterhadap Return On Asset (ROA). Abstract

Abstract: Work fatigue experienced by nurses is one of the significant factors that can reduce the quality of health services and increase the risk of errors in medical actions. Nurses who experience fatigue tend to show a significant decrease in performance, both in terms of the effectiveness of nursing actions and productivity in providing health services. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with job fatigue in nurses. The research design used in this study was cross sectional. The research was conducted at RSU Haji Medan in July 2024. The study population was all inpatient nurses at RSU Haji Medan which amounted to 227 people. The sample amounted to 119 respondents. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate. The results showed a relationship between age (p value: 0.032) and workload (p value: 0.01) to job fatigue in nurses. Abstract

Introduction: One indicator of the success of individual health services at the Public Health Center is patient satisfaction. The provision of quality health services will provide satisfaction for the patient which has an effect on the patient's desire to return to an institution that provides effective health services. Patients will always seek health services in facilities whose health service performance can meet patient expectations. Health services that are not in accordance with patient expectations are expected to be input for health service organizations to try to fulfill them. Objective: To determine the relationship between nursing services and the level of satisfaction of inpatients at the Bongan Health Center, West Kutai Regency. Methods: This study uses an analytical descriptive type of research with a cross sectional approach which was carried out in April 2022. Results and Discussion: Nursing services in the sufficient category (87.5%). The satisfaction level of inpatients is in the satisfied category (45.8%). The relationship between nursing services and the level of satisfaction of inpatients is obtained p-value=0.014. Smaller than 0.05. Conclusion: There is a relationship between nursing services and the level of satisfaction of inpatients at the Bongan Health Center, West Kutai Regency

Abstract

Abstract: In 2021, there were 3,081 cases of Diabetes Mellitus, according to Samarinda City's Central Statistics Agency (2024). Nurses' therapeutic communication, which inspires and motivates patients to recover, is one external factor promoting recovery. 59 respondents were purposefully chosen for this cross-sectional descriptive analytical study. Motivation to recover was the dependent variable, and therapeutic communication was the independent variable. In the Karang Asam Room of I. A. Moeis Regional Hospital, Samarinda, nurses' therapeutic communication and patients' motivation to recover were found to be significantly correlated, according to a p-value of 0.001 <0.05 from univariate and bivariate data analysis using the Chi-Square test. In order to establish productive therapeutic relationships with patients, nurses are advised to improve their communication skillsKeywords: Diabetes Mellitus, Hospital, Motivation to recover, Therapeutic communication.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the sub-sectors which are the basis of the economy and the competitiveness of the Gross Regional Domestic Product of the City of Palopo and to analyze the Effects of Economic Growth on the Economic Development Index of the City of Palopo, Province of Sulawesi. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The data needed in this study are secondary in the form of a time series from 2011 to 2021. This research uses the documentation method from the Central Bureau of Statistics and other related agencies to collect data and information. The techniques used are Location Quotient analysis, Klassen typology, Shift Share, and regression. The findings of this study are that Palopo City has an economic base of electricity, gas, and clean water, Water Procurement, Waste Management, and Recycling, Construction, Trade, Hotels, and Restaurants, Transportation and Warehousing, Financial and Insurance Services Real Estate, Government Administration, Defense, and Compulsory Social Security, Health Services and Social Activities, Other Services. Even though the competitive sub-sectors in Palopo City are the processing industry, gas, electricity and clean water, commerce, hotels, restaurants, transportation, and warehousing, this research also concludes that economic growth in Palopo City does not influence Human Development Index.

Abstract

Kurangnya kesadaran dan pemahaman serta kepedulian guru tehadap pentingnya kantin sehat dan gizi seimbang, belum terpenuhinya sarana dan prasarana kantin sehat sekolah, dan belum memahami penerapkan pelayanan kantin sehat sekolah sesuai standar kesehatan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru tentang prinsip gizi seimbang, memberikan keterampilan praktis dalam menyusun dan mengawasi menu kantin yang sehat, mendorong peran aktif guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung pola makan sehat, menumbuhkan kesadaran guru terhadap dampak makanan tidak sehat terhadap tumbuh kembang dan prestasi siswa, serta mengembangkan kemampuan kolaboratif guru dalam bekerja sama dengan pengelola kantin, orang tua siswa dan pihak sekolah.  Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada peserta dengan 3 tahapan yaitu; a) Tahap pertama memberikan pengetahuan/pemahaman tentang konsep Gizi seimbang, tujuan dan manfaatnya, peran kantin sehat sekolah dengan ceramah Interaktif; b) Tahap kedua dilaksanakan dengan metode pendampingan yaitu penugasan praktek di sekolah; c) Tahap ketiga adalah melakukan evaluasi pada peserta pelatihan yaitu; observasi praktik penyusunan menu dan wawancara peserta. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran guru SD terhadap pentingnya makanan bergizi, kebersihan, dan pengolahan kantin yang sesuai standar kesehatan dan yang mendukung perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS).
