Abstract

Reservations are a form of service provided by companies for arranging or ordering, for example, tickets, tables, hotel rooms for someone at a certain time. There are many ways to provide reservation services, one of which is through communication media. This research is a development of "Designing a Reservation Application for Karunia Tour and Travel Services with Payment Gateway Implementation". The aim is to complete the reservation application with a real-time chat service feature (livechat) to help companies and consumers communicate regarding tour and travel reservation services. Methodology The application development used in this research is Extreme Programing (XP) which is divided into four stages including Planning, Design, Coding and Testing. The application design model uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Class Responsibility Collaboration (CRC). chat that is integrated with the tour and travel reservation application at the Jasa Karunia company.

Abstract

Sundanese script is a culture that must be preserved from an early age to prevent extinction. At this time, not all Sundanese people understand Sundanese script, including students in schools from the Sundanese region, because not all schools require their students to learn Sundanese script. However, in fact there are deficiencies in teaching and learning activities for Sundanese script that exist with the application of media. current learning. Learning media is a vehicle for transmitting learning messages and information. Well-designed learning media will really help students digest and understand the lesson material. The aim of this research is to apply puzzle games to Sundanese script learning media, namely to apply Sundanese script puzzle games as supporting media for Sundanese script learning in learning how to combine words into sentences and can help preserve culture, especially Sundanese script. The system development method used in this research is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) which consists of Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing and Distribution with activities carried out including literature studies, interviews, collecting material requirements, designing, creating programs, implementation of the program into an application, as well as the alpha and beta testing process. The results of this research are Sundanese script learning media that applies the puzzle game concept as a support in learning more interesting Sundanese script. With the questionnaire results reaching a score of 92.5%, the application is suitable for use for learning media purposes in class VII Madrasah Tsanawiah (MTs) schools.

Abstract

Garut merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang mempunyai banyak pelaku usaha Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) yang tersebar di berbagai daerah. IKM memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian daerah, akan tetapi keberadaan dan lokasi IKM ini belum banyak diketahui oleh Masyarakat dikarenakan belum terolah dan tersajikannya informasi tiap IKM oleh Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menerapkan sistem informasi geografis pemetaan IKM di Kabupaten Garut sehingga dapat membantu dinas pemerintahan dalam mengolah dan menyajikan data informasi IKM kepada masyarakat. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan metodologi Rational Unified Process dengan tahapan inception, elaboration, construction dan transition dengan pemodelan sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berupa sistem informasi geografis pemetaan IKM yang dapat membantu Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan dalam mengelola, menyajikan dan meninjau sebaran IKM di Kabupaten Garut, dengan hasil pengujian sistem telah memenuhi standar usability dan termasuk ke dalam kriteria “Sangat Layak” pada interval skala likert antara 80% hingga 100% dengan skor penilaian masing-masing sebesar 95% dari sisi admin dan 86.93% dari masyarakat. Sistem ini dapat berkontribusi dalam mengenalkan usaha IKM yang ada di Kabupaten Garut kepada masyarakat, dimana dengan diketahui informasi dan lokasi tiap IKM dapat membantu usaha IKM agar dapat lebih dikenal dan mudah dikunjungi oleh masyarakat yang mencari produknya.

Abstract

Pentingnya memilih bahan bacaan untuk memahami format prosa dengan mempertimbangkan teks, jenis kalimat, dan konteks bacaan yang sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuan dan minat siswa atau mahasiswa. Rumus keterbacaan digunakan untuk menilai tingkat kesulitan suatu teks, sementara materi ajar yang autentik diperlukan untuk memperoleh metrik keterbacaan terutama dalam bahasa Inggris. Penggunaan meteri autentik, tampilan antarmuka, dan pengalaman pengguna dalam suatu aplikasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa dan mahasiswa dalam memperluas wawasan mereka. Pada era teknologi saat ini, kemajuan teknologi informasi dimanfaatkan untuk memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, buruknya perancangan User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) sering kali menjadi salah satu problematika dalam memanfaatkan kemudahan teknologi informasi, khususnya penggunaan sistem berbasis web. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Thinking, yang melibatkan tahapan-tahapan seperti Emphatize (Empati), Define (Penetapan), Ideate (Ide), Prototype (Prototipe), dan Test (Uji coba), untuk membangun perancangan prototipe UI/UX pada aplikasi Readability Analyzer. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototipe UI/UX yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi Readability Analyzer. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan suatu rancangan prototype UI/UX desain untuk aplikasi Readability Analyzer dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

Information and communication technology has evolved into a tool used to facilitate various tasks across society, including in civil registration services. However, in this study, issues were identified in the process of applying for birth and death certificates, as the current procedure remains complex and requires in-person visits to government offices with complete documentation. This research aims to develop a specialized application for birth and death certificate registration. The application will be integrated with village officers, thereby reducing the need for physical visits to government offices. The development of this application follows the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method, which involves four main phases: Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition, and utilizes Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system architecture modeling, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The resulting application is a web-based platform using REST API technology to connect with the population data server, and it is equipped with a notification service feature to facilitate message and information delivery to the public when applying for birth or death certificate services.

Abstract

Hydrocephalus disease is a rare condition that generally occurs in children under 5 years old, although adults can also be affected. It is important to develop an expert system that can help diagnose, prevent and provide treatment solutions for this disease. This research uses the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) methodology and forward chaining inference method, and conducts testing with Blackbox Testing. The result is an expert system that can diagnose early symptoms of hydrocephalus, offer prevention recommendations, and treatment solutions, thus helping patients detect this condition early and reducing costs and consultation time.

Abstract

One of the most sought after information currently is tourist attractions in an area. In the last year, Bandung Regency has had new tourist destinations which are emerging rapidly. To manage this tourist location, Bandung district has an information system, but this system still has limitations. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a tourism information system that is more detailed and can provide convenience for the Bandung Regency Culture and Tourism Office in managing and presenting tourism information. The aim of this research is to design and build a Tourism Geographic Information System in Bandung Regency. The development methodology used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP). The result of this research is a Tourism Geographic Information System which features information on tourist destinations including ticket prices, vehicle access and routes to tourist locations. Apart from that, this system also includes information on accommodation and restaurants around tourist destinations. Thus, this Tourism Geographic Information System can be used as a reference source of information on tourist destinations, especially for tourists in Bandung Regency.

Abstract

Media sosial telah menjadi salah satu sumber utama dalam melaporkan peristiwa bencana alam, memungkinkan penyebaran informasi terkait bencana dengan cepat. Namun, informasi yang diunggah sering kali tidak terstruktur, dengan variasi dalam format dan konten, sehingga sulit untuk dianalisis dan dimanfaatkan secara efektif dalam situasi darurat. Permasalahan ini memerlukan solusi yang dapat mengolah informasi tersebut secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem klasifikasi informasi bencana alam dari media sosial dengan memanfaatkan metode Abstract Meaning Representation (AMR) dan algoritma Random Forest. Metodologi yang diterapkan adalah Machine Learning Life Cycle (MLLC). Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari 3.190 entri laporan bencana alam dari media sosial yang diproses dengan AMR untuk mengekstrak makna semantik dari teks. Algoritma Random Forest diterapkan untuk membangun model klasifikasi. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan Confusion Matrix menunjukkan model memiliki akurasi sebesar 86%, presisi 87%, recall 98%, dan F1-Score 92%. Berdasarkan hasil ini, model dapat membantu mempermudah klasifikasi informasi bencana alam, sehingga mendukung pengambilan keputusan secara cepat dan efektif dalam situasi darurat.

Abstract

Children with autism often experience difficulties in focusing, communicating, and processing abstract information, making conventional learning methods less effective. This requires learning media that can accommodate special needs through visual, auditory, and exploratory approaches. This study aims to design and develop Android-based interactive learning media to introduce nocturnal animals to children with autism. The method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of the stages of concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. This media has two main features, namely “Learn,” which presents text, images, sounds, and voice-overs, and “Puzzle,” which trains children's memory and fine motor skills through animal picture assembly activities. Testing results through alpha testing using the black-box method showed that all application features ran according to design without errors. The implication of this research is the availability of learning media that is more interactive, enjoyable, and suitable for the characteristics of children with autism, thus providing an innovative alternative in supporting their learning process.

Abstract

Inventaris barang di lingkungan sekolah membutuhkan sistem yang mampu mencatat dan mengelola data secara terstruktur serta aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi inventaris barang berbasis web dengan penambahan fitur keamanan autentikasi pengguna menggunakan teknologi face recognition. Sistem ini ditujukan untuk mendukung kinerja bagian sarana dan prasarana dalam melakukan pencatatan inventaris secara lebih terintegrasi dan terlindungi dari akses tidak sah. Metode pengembangan menggunakan pendekatan Rational Unified Process (RUP) dengan empat tahapan utama: Inception, Elaboration, Construction, dan Transition. Teknologi yang digunakan meliputi bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel, MySQL sebagai basis data, dan JavaScript untuk penerapan face recognition. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil dibangun dengan fitur utama berupa input data inventaris, pencarian, pembuatan laporan, serta autentikasi wajah dengan tingkat akurasi tinggi. Dengan demikian, sistem ini menjadi solusi digital yang tidak hanya menyediakan pengelolaan inventaris, tetapi juga menghadirkan peningkatan aspek keamanan melalui integrasi teknologi face recognition.
