Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1. To describe the causes of students' lack of discipline in learning behavior in the pandemic era. 2. Obtaining an increase in student learning discipline behavior in the pandemic era after providing behavioristic counseling services with self-management techniques.This type of research is a qualitative approach and includes case study research. The subjects studied were students of SMK NU Ma'arif Kudus for the academic year 2021/2022, as many as 2 students who had problems with low learning discipline. The method in this research is the method of observation, interviews and documentation.The results of this study indicate the factors causing the undisciplined learning of RF and NN counselees for 3 meetings, namely from internal factors who are both lazy to study and do assignments, play more often with friends and cannot manage time. External factors are both lack of attention from parents and the influence of the surrounding environment.techniques self management can improve learning discipline behavior.

Abstract

Research Objectives: 1. Describe the action of Group guidance service with homeroom technique can improve social among peers of Class X SMK N 1 Kudus. 2. Improving social relationships between peers through Group guidance with Homeroom techniques for students X SMK N 1 Kudus. This study is a research action guidance counseling (PTBK). this research is from the application of Group guidance services with homeroom technique to improve the ability to establish social relationships, namely using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The approach used is qualitative and quantitative. In qualitative, the researcher seeks to give an idea of the increase in establishing friendship relationships in students ' social relationships described through descriptive words. While in quantitative, researchers collect data in the form of observation guidelines by comparing class averages, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study an increase in social relations between peers in students at SMK N 1 Kudus at each meeting that refers to each aspect

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1. The application of group guidance services with self-control techniques can overcome the low learning independence of students at SMKN 3 PATI. 2. Obtain an increase in the effectiveness of students' learning independence through group guidance services with self control techniques.Based on the results of this study, there is an increase in the self-control technique group guidance service at SMK Negeri 3 Pati. This can be seen from the results of the pre-cycle scores of students obtaining an average of 75 with the category of sometimes (KD), then in the first cycle the average number of 122 with the frequent category (SR), and in the second cycle the average number of - an average of 142 with the category always (SL).The conclusion of this research is that the self-control technique group guidance service increased by 15 scores from cycle I to cycle II. Thus overcoming the low learning independence of students can be improved through self-control technique group guidance services.

Abstract

Permasalahannya adalah Komite sekolah kurang maksimal dalam peranannya terkait proses penyelenggaraan pendidikan sekolah serta implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah atau disebut dengan MBS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan komite sekolah dalam penerapan manajemen sekolah. Metode penelitian eksploratori Metode pengumpulan data studi pustaka dengan analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran komite dalam membentuk manajemen sekolah (MBS) adalah sebagai (1) badan pertimbangan (advisory agency) (2) badan pendukung (supporting agency), dan; (3) badan pengontrol (controling agency). Kesimpulannya adalah Komite sekolah mempunyai peran penting dalam implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk berupa buku matematika bergambar yang valid dan praktis, serta menyebarluaskannya kepada pengguna sebagai upaya pengembangan pembangunan pendidikan berkelanjutan melalui program peningkatan literasi numerasi dan penguatan implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan pengembangan atau Reseach and Development (RD). Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan di kelas IV SD pada salah sekolah yang ada di Kabupaten Kudus. Sebelum produk diujicobakan secara terbatas di sekolah maka dilakukan kegiatan validasi terlebih dahulu kepada tiga pakar yakni pakar konten matematika, pakar kebahasaan dan pakar media pembelajaran. Hal ini dilakukan agar prouk yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan apa yang menjadi tujuan penelitian. Untuk melihat keefektifan dari produk yang dikembangkan maka dilakukan analisis n-gain ternormalisasi. Hasil dari uji coba skala terbatas diperoleh data bahwa produk berupa buku matematika bergambar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa kelas IV dengan kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi penelitian lain dalam melaksanakan kegiatan penelitian lanjutan misalnya dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran berupa komik 3D untuk siswa diskalkulia atau siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar dalam matematik.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to overcome low learning motivation using a rational emotive behavior therapy approach. In this study the technique of providing Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) counseling assistance is the reinforcement technique. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research designed to use quasi experiments. The researcher used a pretest and posttest design which was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Nalumsari. The results of the test calculations obtained an Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.020 0.05, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. Thus, it means that the difference in the pretest and posttest scores is significant, meaning that there is a significant difference between the scores of learning motivation before and after being given treatment in other words Ha is accepted, which means that positive reinforcement can be used to overcome low learning motivation in students of SMA Negeri 1 Nalumsari class XIIPS 2. In this research, teachers should be able to apply a rational emotive behavior therapy counseling approach to overcome low learning motivation.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1. Knowing the factors that cause students to be lazy to learn, 2. Knowing the extent to which the Behavioristic Counseling approach with Self Management techniques can overcome lazy learning students. The type of research used is a case study. The subjects studied were students of SMA N 1 Mejobo Kudus, there were 2 students who had problems in overcoming lazy learning. Furthermore, the methods used in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis used is qualitative descriptive data analysis. The results of the study prove that the application of self-management technique behavioristic counseling in overcoming lazy learning in class X-2 students at SMA N 1 Mejobo Kudus can change maladaptive behavior to become adaptive.

Abstract

Maladaptive behavior is an action that tends to have a negative impact on both psychological and physical individuals, one of which is shopping addiction. This study aims to determine the effect of individual self-concept on shopping addiction behavior where it is hoped that this research will provide an overview for guidance and counseling teachers in improving student self-concept. The collection techniques used are self-concept and shopping addiction scales. The results obtained from this study are the calculated T value of 2.680 2.042 T table, the regression coefficient value is 49.032 (+) and R Square of 0.193 means that there is a positive influence of cell concept on shopping addiction of SMAN 2 Bae Kudus students by 19.3%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the factors that cause students' low learning concentration and the application of individual counseling with a Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach to increase students' learning concentration. The type of research used is a qualitative case study. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, home visits and documentation. The research results prove that the application of cognitive behavior therapy counseling can help increase students' learning concentration at AY and AMI. Before the counseling was carried out, AY and AMI students experienced low learning concentration because they were unable to divide their time between studying, playing and resting. Therefore, AY and AMI counselees have low learning concentration. After individual counseling for three meetings, students AY and AMI Sudha were able to concentrate during the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is improve student learning motivation in grade VII A students of SMP 1 Bae Kudus in academic years 2022/2023 before and after using guidance and group consulting services and to understanding the steps of student motivation learning using expressive writing technique able to improve students learning motivation in grade VII A students of SMP 1 Bae Kudus in academic years 2022/2023. This research is group consulting research consist of two cycles. Each cycle consist of 4 steps; planning, action, observation, and reflection. The Subject of this research is the students of grade VII A numbering 10 students. This research is group consulting research consist of two cycles. The Result of the research showed score obtained in students learning motivation increased by 12 from the initial score obtained during the pre-cycle, the average score was 9 with the Very Poor (VP), Cycle I average score was 14 with the enough (E) Category, and in cycle II the average score was 21 with the Excellent (EX) Category. Conclusion of this research is the students learning motivation can be improved after application guidance and group consulting services with expressive writing technique to class grade VII A Students of SMP 1 Bae Kudus as evidenced by the result of collaborator observations of the researcher in the implementation of cycle I obtained an average score 55 in the Poor (P) category. Cycle II obtained an average of 88 with the Excellent (EX) Category). So Guidance and group consulting services using expressive writing technique carried out by researcher from cycle I to cycle II increased by an average of 33.
