Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal consequences caused by a limited liability company being sentenced to bankruptcy. The research method used in this study is the normative legal method. The result of this study is that the result obtained from this study is that the Board of Directors can be held liable both civilly and criminally for the insolvency of a limited liability company. Civil liability may be liability for a lease for losses suffered by a limited liability company in the event of insolvency due to the fault and negligence of the Board of Directors and the company's assets are not sufficient to cover losses due to bankruptcy. Criminal liability in the form of imprisonment in addition to other responsibilities in the form of a forced entity as stipulated in the Insolvency Law, while the legal consequences of insolvency for a limited liability company can be in the form of termination of business relations from the company by creditors and curators, or even dissolved by the District Court on the grounds of creditors on the basis of the company being unable to pay debts after being declared bankrupt.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the Active Learning model type Card Sort which aims to determine whether there is an influence on the learning outcomes of Civics class V SDN 91 Palembang. The approach used is quantitative experiment. Research design with quasi-experimental design Pretest-Posttest control group design. From data processing, it was obtained that the average pretest value for the experimental class was 49.40, the control class was 43.00 and the posttest average value for the experimental class was 90.60, the control class was 51.80. Based on the normality test it was stated that the sample came from a normal population. Based on the homogeneity test it was stated that the sample came from a homogeneous population, then based on the hypothesis test it was known that t-count was 14.916, to compared with t-table at a significant level of 0.025 with dk n - 1 = 25-1 = 24, obtained a significant level of 0.025 = 0.594. Thus Ho (null hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of test data, it can be concluded that learning outcomes have an effect after being given treatment using the Card Sort Active Learning model in class V SD Negeri 91 Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran scramble terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan pada siswa kelas I Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pre-experimental design dengan rancangan penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes yang dibagi menjadi pretest dan posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas I yang berjumlah 17 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji paired sample T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran scramble terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan pada siswa kelas I SD Negeri 008 Palembang dilihat dari hasil analisis output sig (2- tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 maka Hₒ ditolak dan Hₐ diteima. Dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran scramble terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan pada siswa kelas I SD Negeri 008 Palembang.

Abstract

Masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu adakah pengaruh media puzzle huruf terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa kelas II Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media puzzle huruf terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa kelas II Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pre-experimental design dengan rancangan penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas II dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 24 siswa dengan teknik yang digunakan sampel sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes yang dibagi menjadi pretest dan posttest. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji paired sample T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan media puzzle huruf terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa kelas II SD Negeri 44 Palembang dilihat dari hasil analisis output sig (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 maka Hₒ ditolak dan  Hₐ diterima.  Kata Kunci: media puzzle, puzzle huruf, kemampuan membaca

Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan hasil kemampuan yang dicapai siswa setelah proses pembelajaran berlangsung dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perubahan atau peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkan metode pembelajaran Mind Mapping pada mata pelajaran PPKn Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 1 Rambang Niru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain penelitian True-Experimental Design dengan bentuk Posttest-Only Control Design. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelas yang melibatkan 44 siswa sebagai sampel yaitu kelas IV A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IV B sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji normalitas dan uji homeginatas. Kelompok kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 76,36 dan kelompok kelas kontrol diperoleh nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 60,45. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol berdistribusi normal dengan nilai signifikan kelas eksperimen 0,393 dan nilai signifikan kelas kontrol 0,200. Hasil uji homogenitas diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,784>0,05 sehingga dinyatakan bahwa varian data homogen. Pada pengujian hipotesis pada uji t (Independent Sample T-Test) dengan signifikan yaitu <0,05 diperoleh nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,001<0,05 dan pada uji-t dengan ttabel>2,018 diperoleh nilai thitung 3,798 > ttabel 2,018 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode pembelajaran Mind Mapping terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran PPKn kelas IV Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

With the increasing number of violations committed by students related to the use of technology, especially in the use of social media, it is necessary to provide an understanding of how to use social media in accordance with the Electronic Transaction Information Law (UU ITE). The Law on Electronic Information Technology provides an understanding of the scope of the following regulations: how to use social media, about defamation, about violations and sanctions that we must pay attention to and of course provide an optimal understanding of the positive and negative sides of using these technological advances. By understanding and realizing/implementing the knowledge they gain about how to use social media through the ITE Law intelligently through the field of personality education such as Religious Education and Pancasila Education, the character of students who are responsible for using social media will be formed.

Abstract

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) in business law practice in Indonesia has become increasingly important as awareness of sustainability and corporate social responsibility grows. ESG encompasses three main aspects: environmental, social, and governance, all of which influence business and investment decisions. The environmental aspect is regulated through Law No. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management, which mandates environmental impact assessments (AMDAL). The social aspect includes regulations such as Law No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower and Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 51/POJK.03/2017, emphasizing social responsibility and workers' rights. The governance aspect is regulated by Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies and Financial Services Authority regulations on good corporate governance. ESG implementation in Indonesia faces challenges, including a lack of understanding and weak law enforcement. However, initiatives from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the private sector show significant progress. Effective ESG implementation can enhance corporate reputation, competitiveness, and access to financing, while positively impacting society and the environment. Therefore, integrating ESG into business law practice in Indonesia is a strategic step towards greater sustainability and social responsibility.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was motivated by the low learning interest of students during classroom activities, which was attributed to the use of unengaging instructional media. Therefore, the researcher took the initiative to develop a more engaging learning medium, namely the Digital Smart Book, for teaching mathematics to fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 4 Pulau Rimau. The main objective of this research was to produce a Digital Smart Book learning media that is highly valid, practical, and effective. This research falls under the category of research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results indicated that the Digital Smart Book underwent validation testing by experts in media, subject content, and language, with a score of 85.2%, which is categorized as "Very Valid" based on questionnaire results. The practicality of the media was demonstrated through a One-to-One trial with five students, yielding an average score of 89.2%, categorized as "Very Practical". Additionally, in a Small Group trial involving 13 students, the average score was 96.46%, which also falls under the "Very Practical" category. The effectiveness of the Digital Smart Book was verified through a student test involving 13 participants, with an average score of 92.3%, meeting the criteria for "Very Effective". Thus, it can be concluded that the development of the Digital Smart Book learning media, designed using Canva, is suitable for application in mathematics learning activities. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya minat belajar siswa selama proses pembelajaran di kelas, yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan media yang kurang menarik. Oleh karena itu, peneliti berinisiatif untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang lebih atraktif, yaitu Digital Smart Book dalam mata pelajaran Matematika untuk siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 4 Pulau Rimau. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan media pembelajaran Digital Smart Book yang memiliki tingkat validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang mencakup lima tahapan, yaitu: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Digital Smart Book dalam pembelajaran matematika telah melalui uji validasi oleh para ahli di bidang media, materi, dan bahasa, dengan hasil mencapai persentase 85,2%, yang tergolong dalam kategori "Sangat Valid" berdasarkan hasil angket. Kepraktisan media ini dibuktikan melalui uji coba One to One terhadap 5 siswa, yang menghasilkan persentase rata-rata sebesar 89,2% dengan kategori "Sangat Praktis". Selain itu, pada uji coba Small Group yang melibatkan 13 siswa, diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 96,46% yang juga masuk dalam kategori "Sangat Praktis". Sedangkan kefektifan Digital Smart Book dapat dibuktikan melalui soal tes peserta didik yang dilakukan oleh 13 orang peserta didik dengan presentase rata-rata 92,3% dengan kriteria “Sangat Efektif”. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran Digital Smart Book yang dirancang menggunakan aplikasi Canva dinilai layak untuk diterapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is: is there a relationship between giving homework (pr) and the learning outcomes of grade III elementary school students, is there a relationship between giving the role of parents at home and the learning outcomes of grade III elementary school students, and is there a relationship between the relationship between giving homework (pr) and the role of parents at home with the learning outcomes of grade III elementary school students. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between giving homework (pr) and the learning outcomes of grade III elementary school students, to determine the role of parents at home with the learning outcomes of grade III elementary school students and to determine the relationship between giving homework (pr) and the role of parents at home with the learning outcomes of grade III elementary school students. The method used in this study is correlation research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, tests and documentation, while data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, normality tests, multiple linear regression correlations, F tests, Determinant Coefficient Tests. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a significant relationship between Giving Homework (PR) and the Role of Parents at Home with the Learning Outcomes of Grade III Elementary School Students. Because, the results of the multiple correlation calculation at a strong correlation level of 0.662. The F test for N = 56 with a significance level of 5% (df = N-2) obtained a result of 20.67 > 3.52, this result indicates that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Meanwhile, the contribution of the Relationship between Homework (pr) and the Role of Parents at Home with the Learning Outcomes of Grade III Elementary School Students is 44%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Metode Resitasi Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Pembelajaran Pkn Kelas III SD Negeri 87 Palembang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dan eksperimen menggunakan dua kelas yaitu kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 59 orang, dengan sampling didapat kelas III.A sebanyak 28 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan III.B sebanyak 31 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Analisis data yaitu menggunakan uji Normalitas, uji Homogenitas dan uji Independent Sample T-Test, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu berupa tes. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan metode Resitasi berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas III SD Negeri 87 Palembang yaitu di kelas eksperimen hasil 82.54 sedangkan pada kelas kontrol 77.45. Hal ini membuktikan metode resitasi berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa.
