Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan klasifikasi Data di Kelompok Informatika Universitas Negeri Surabaya memakai dua teknik berbeda, yaitu Naïve Bayes dan C4.5, untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran tatap muka. Kepuasan mahasiswa menjadi indikator penting dalam menilai mutu kesempatan belajar serta efektivitas strategi pengajaran. Data dari survei kepuasan mahasiswa dapat dianalisis lebih mendalam menggunakan algoritma C4.5 dan Naïve Bayes. Dalam desain penelitian ini, 150 mahasiswa akan memberikan jawaban mereka pada kuesioner yang mencakup berbagai aspek terkait pendidikan mereka, seperti kehadiran, partisipasi dalam diskusi, fasilitas, kualitas pembelajaran, dan layanan sistem informasi. Kedua metode tersebut digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang terkumpul guna menentukan nilai f1-score, akurasi, presisi, dan recall dari masing-masing metode tersebut. The research results show that the C4.5 algorithm has an accuracy rate of 97.33%, which is superior in handling student satisfaction data classification compared to Naïve Bayes which has an accuracy of 91.33%, especially on datasets with a data sharing ratio of 20:80. These findings provide valuable insights for educational institutions in choosing appropriate analytical methods for evaluating student satisfaction. Thus, the results of this research can be used as a basis for decision making in an effort to improve the quality of offline learning in the university environment.

Abstract

Elections are one of the main pillars of democracy, where the people's voice is the main determinant in government formation. Election fraud not only harms political competitors but also undermines public trust in democracy. The role of social media Twitter in widely disseminating information and disinformation adds to the challenge of maintaining election integrity. Sentiment analysis is the process of collecting and understanding individual opinions related to an event. Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naïve Bayes algorithms are often used in this analysis due to their effectiveness and efficiency in text classification. This research aims to analyze public sentiment related to the 2024 presidential election fraud and compare the effectiveness of SVM and Naïve Bayes in sentiment classification. The study was conducted quantitatively, involving the stages of data collection, preprocessing, labeling, TF-IDF weighting, classification, and evaluation. The results of the sentiment analysis of public opinion on the 2024 presidential election fraud showed 42.5% negative sentiment, 38.6% neutral, and 18.9% positive. The dominance of negative sentiments reflects the public's concerns about election integrity. The high neutral sentiment indicates public doubt. To overcome this, transparency, strengthening supervisory institutions, electronic election technology, and strict law enforcement are needed. The SVM algorithm with RBF kernel produces 58% accuracy, better than Naïve Bayes with 51%.

Abstract

The widespread use of software to enhance organizational efficiency makes software development essential. The Airport Authority Region III Office uses MV5PAS software for operational activities, aiming to improve public services. Ensuring software quality is crucial for optimal performance, which this study evaluates using the FURPS model. This model assesses software based on five characteristics: functionality, usability, reliability, performance, and supportability.The study employs a mixed-method evaluation approach. Functionality and usability are assessed via a questionnaire with 25 respondents, while reliability is tested using WAPT V.10.1. Performance is measured with GTMetrix web analysis, and supportability is tested across different OS and browsers.Results indicate that MV5PAS meets the FURPS model standards in four categories. Functionality scores 0.983 (0 ≤ X ≤ 1), reliability achieves R = 0.982, usability scores 80.2, and supportability is confirmed through successful multi-device testing. However, performance requires improvement, receiving a “D” on the GTMetrix Grade. This highlights the need for quality enhancements to optimize the system’s overall efficiency.

Abstract

This research investigates factors influencing the acceptance of the POSKeTanMu online population administration system in Mojokerto Regency using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM 3). POSKeTanMu (Pelayanan Online Sistem Kependudukan Tanpa Ketemu) is a self-service online population administration system for residents of Mojokerto Regency. A quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied, analyzing data from 159 respondents through questionnaires. Findings indicate that Behavioral Intention (BI) significantly influences user independence and responsibility. Key factors affecting technology acceptance include perceived usefulness, ease of use, social influence, and experience, while computer anxiety and system usability showed no significant impact. Additionally, the study explores the implementation of the Double Track program using a qualitative case study approach, guided by Thomas Lickona’s character-building theory. Data collection involved interviews, observations, and documentation, analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s framework. Results highlight ease of use, perceived benefits, and social perceptions as major drivers of technology adoption. Positive user experiences and social support play crucial roles in enhancing e-government adoption. This research contributes to the development of POSKeTanMu and provides strategic recommendations for the government to strengthen digital service implementation. Findings offer valuable insights for policy formulation to improve e-government services and promote broader technology adoption in society.

Abstract

Saat ini, Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kabupaten Bojonegoro menghadapi tantangan dalam mencari data register akta kelahiran karena arsip yang belum sepenuhnya digital dan tidak terstruktur. Ini menghambat verifikasi dan pembuatan surat keabsahan akta. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem deteksi kemiripan berbasis website menggunakan metode Fuzzy String Matching untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Sistem ini bertujuan membantu petugas mencari register akta kelahiran dengan cepat. Implementasinya mengurangi waktu pencarian dari 1-2 hari menjadi hanya 5-10 menit. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan framework PHP ini memudahkan pencarian dan pengelolaan arsip akta kelahiran secara efisien. Pengujian menunjukkan metode Fuzzy String Matching sangat efektif dengan akurasi 100% dalam mendeteksi kemiripan nama dan nomor akta. Dengan threshold ±0.75, nama yang memiliki kemiripan ≥0.75 dianggap relevan, secara signifikan mempercepat dan meningkatkan akurasi proses pencarian

Abstract

Zakat Harta (Maal) adalah zakat yang wajib dikeluarkan oleh seorang muslim yang memiliki harta yang telah mencapai nisabnya. Nisab adalah batas jumlah harta seseorang yang harus dizakati. Harta yang disyariatkan untuk dikeluarkan zakatnya berupa zakat profesi, zakat pertanian, zakat peternakan, zakat perdagangan, zakat emas dan perak, tabungan. Zakat yang wajib dikeluarkan setelah mencapai nisab unta sebanyak 5-9 adalah 1 ekor domba. Nisab emas senilai 20 mitsqal (sekitar 85 gram untuk ukuran sekarang) dan kadar zakatnya 2,5%. Sementara itu, zakat padi setelah mencapai nisab 520 kg, maka kadar zakatnya apabila pengairan menggunakan tadah hujan sebesar 10% dan apabila pengairan menggunakan irigrasi maka kadarnya 5%. Kemudian zakat perdagangan setelah nisabnya mencapai seharga 85 gram emas dengan jumlah modal ditambah laba dan piutang lalu dikurangi dengan hutang maka kadar zakatnya 2,5%. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan jenis zakat apa saja dan wajib atau tidaknya dibayar untuk setiap penggunanya kemudian melakukan perhitungan zakat sesuai jenis zakatnya bagi setiap personal. Kata kunci: Zakat Maal, Zakat Harta, Zakat Profesi, Zakat Pertanian, Zakat Peternakan, Zakat Perdagangan, Zakat Emas, Perak dan TabunganZakat Treasure ( Maal ) is obligatory zakat issued by a Muslim who has a treasure that has been reached Nisab . Nisab is a limit to the number of one's possessions should Zakat . Treasure that is prescribed to be issued in the form of zakat profession zakat , zakat agriculture , livestock charity , charity trading , gold and silver zakat , savings . Zakat which shall be issued after reaching as much as 5-9 Nisab camel is one sheep . Nisab gold worth 20 mitsqal ( about 85 grams for a size now ) and zakat level of 2.5 % . Meanwhile , rice charity after reaching Nisab 520 kg , then the levels of zakat if rainfed irrigation use by 10 % and when irrigation use irigrasi the 5 % levels . Then charity trading after Nisab reached for 85 grams of gold to the amount of capital plus a profit and then reduced with debt receivable then zakat levels of 2.5 % . The results of this thesis is an application that can assist in determining what type of charity and compulsory or not paid for each user then perform the appropriate calculations for any type of personal zakat . Abstract

Education is an important element in nation building, with the Smart Indonesia Programme (PIP) as one of the government initiatives to improve access and quality of education for students from economically weak families. However, the implementation of PIP often faces obstacles in the selection of beneficiaries, especially in manual processes that are prone to subjectivity and human error. This research aims to develop a web-based decision support system with the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method to improve the objectivity, efficiency, and accuracy of PIP beneficiary selection at MI Al-Adnani, Jombang.The research was conducted through the stages of analysis, data collection, and method implementation. The TOPSIS method was chosen because of its ability to handle uncertainty in decision-making by considering various criteria such as parents‘ income, number of family dependents, parents’ occupation, orphan status, and ownership of KIP and PKH cards.The results showed that the application of the TOPSIS method was successfully integrated into a web application, resulting in a ranking of students who are eligible to receive assistance objectively and transparently. In a comparison test of calculations using the TOPSIS method between the system and Excel, the same recommendation of students receiving aid was obtained, with the highest scores for Amrullah Rafie Purnawan (0.7), Muhammad Afnan Atma Purnama (0.7), and Hayqo Mazaya (0.6). This application is proven to be effective in reducing subjectivity, increasing selection accuracy, and providing transparency to the school so that it can be a quick and efficient solution in the distribution of educational assistance at MI Al-Adnani. Abstract

Abstrak— Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong perusahaan transportasi seperti PT. Railink untuk menyediakan layanan berbasis aplikasi guna mempermudah pengguna dalam memesan tiket Kereta Api Bandara. Namun, berdasarkan ulasan pengguna di Google Play Store, aplikasi KA Bandara masih menghadapi berbagai keluhan, terutama terkait sistem pembayaran dan stabilitas aplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen ulasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi KA Bandara menggunakan dua metode klasifikasi, yaitu Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost), serta membandingkan kinerjanya berdasarkan nilai akurasi, recall, precision, dan F1-score. Proses klasifikasi didahului dengan tahapan preprocessing teks, pembobotan menggunakan TF-IDF, dan penanganan data tidak seimbang menggunakan teknik SMOTE. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan dua pendekatan pelabelan data, yaitu manual dan lexicon-based. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode XGBoost memiliki performa yang paling unggul dengan nilai accuracy sebesar 89%. Penggunaan pelabelan lexicon secara signifikan meningkatkan akurasi kedua metode. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi KA Bandara agar lebih optimal dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.   Kata Kunci— Sentimen, Aplikasi KA Bandara, SVM, XGBoost, SMOTE

Abstract

This research aims to improve the quality of the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the Indodax cryptocurrency exchange application in Indonesia through the application of the User-Centered Design (UCD) method, against the background of the rapid development of digital technology and the increasing public interest in cryptocurrency. Indodax, as one of the leading platforms in Indonesia, needs to ensure that the UI and UX of its application are able to meet user needs. This research identifies various problems with Indodax's UI and UX through literature studies and user surveys, which are then followed by application redesign using the UCD approach, including understanding the context of use, determining user needs, designing solutions, and evaluating these solutions. The results show that the application of the UCD method has significantly improved user satisfaction, which is reflected in the increase in the System Usability Scale (SUS) score from 56.6 (grade D) to 80.3 (grade B). The findings make an important contribution to the development of more humanistic and user-centered cryptocurrency applications, and can serve as a reference for similar application developers in Indonesia, which is expected to improve the overall competitiveness of cryptocurrency platforms.
