Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) partisipasi pemuda dalam program Karang Taruna desa dilihat aspek pengelolaan program, 2) faktor penghambat dan pendukung partisipasi pemuda dalam program Karang Taruna desa. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui partisipasi pemuda dalam program Karang Taruna desa dilihat aspek pengelolaan program, 2) untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung partisipasi pemuda dalam program Karang Taruna desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan  pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang. Keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi data yaitu triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahap sebagai berikut pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini (1) partisipasi pemuda dalam program Karang Taruna desa dilihat aspek pengelolaan program menggunakan empat tahap partisipasi, yaitu partisipasi dalam perencanaan; partisipasi dalam pelaksanaan dan partisipasi dalam pemanfaatan; (2) faktor yang menghambat partisipasi pemuda dalam program Karang Taruna yaitu keterbatasan waktu dari individu dan rasa kurang percaya diri untuk menyalurkan potensi yang dimiliki. Sedangkan faktor yang mendukung yaitu individu mempunyai kesadaran atau jiwa bersosial yang tinggi untuk membangun masyarakat melalui program Karang Taruna. Saran yang disampaikan partisipasi pemuda dalam program Karang Taruna desa di dusun Kupang Kidul sudah baik dapat dibuktikan dalam pelaksanaan program di setiap bidangnya, diantaranya di bidang pendidikan, keagamaan, olahraga, kesenian, kewirausahaan dan di bidang sosial. Namun, partisipasi pemuda juga harus lebih ditingkatkan lagi dalam melaksanakan program Karang Taruna dengan cara menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab kepada anggota Karang Taruna, ketua Karang Taruna memberikan tugas kepada anggotanya seperti melaporkan hasil program kegiatan agar bisa dilaporkan disetiap pertemuan, pengurus Karang Taruna memberikan inovasi berupa kegiatan yang menarik minat pemuda dan remaja sehingga tujuan mengembangkan masyarakat berhasil dengan baik.t untuk memajukan kedisiplinan para.The study problems were 1) the youth participation in Karang Taruna village program could be seen by the aspects program management, 2) Some factors which were inhibit and support youth participation in Karang Taruna village program. The purpose of this research were 1) to determine youth participation in the Karang Taruna village program could be seen by the aspects program management, 2) to identify some inhibiting and supporting factors of youth participation in the Karang Taruna village program. This study applied the qualitative descriptive approach method; data collecting technique by observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects of this study were amounted to 8 people. Data validity used was triangulation of data. Data analysis technique was descriptive qualitative the following stages data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results which were obtained by this study: (1) Youth participation in Karang Taruna village program could be seen by orientation program management. It used four stages of participation, there were planning participation; implementation and in utilization participation; (2) Some factors that inhibiting Karang Taruna Youth participation programs that was the limitation of individual’s time and a lack of worst self confidence personality to share some individual’s potential. On the other hand, the factors that supported this program were the youth high self conscious and high spirit to extend youth community through Karang Taruna programs. Suggestions submitted youth participation in the Karang Taruna program in Kupang Kidul is good. It could be proved by implementing program in each field, including some proved educational aspects, in the religious, in the sports, the art, in the entrepreneurship and social aspect. However, youth participation should be improved further moreagain in implementing Karang Taruna program. Growing responsibility to all Karang Taruna members .Karang Taruna leader gave some mission to his members such as; reported activity programs result at every Karang Taruna meeting, Youth organizer gave innovations to transform youth and teenagers interesting activities, so the goal of developing and extending community can be implemented well done successfully.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengelolaan, peran kader Bina Keluarga Balita (BKB) dalam pengelolaan, serta faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat kader BKB dalam pengelolaan Pos PAUD Kasih Ibu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah kader BKB Pos PAUD Kasih Ibu yang berjumlah 5 orang dan 1 orang pengelola Pos PAUD Kasih Ibu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dibuktikan dengan triangulasi data. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan yang dilaksanakan pada Pos PAUD Kasih Ibu mulai dari proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penilaian, pembinaan hingga proses  pengembangan, begitupula yang terjadi dari peran kader BKB. Proses perencanaan kegiatan pembelajaran tidak memiliki sistematika yang jelas. Kepemimpinan yang dilakukan di Pos PAUD Kasih Ibu terjalin secara kekeluargaan. Pemanfaatan sumber daya dalam pengorganisasian yang ada dilakukan dengan efektif. Evaluasi dilaksanakan dari dinas UPTD kecamatan dan dari pihak BKKBN. Kegiatan pembinaan dari masyarakat sekitar. Pengembangan yang dilakukan dengan melengkapi APE, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader yang ditingkatkan dalam mendidik serta mengasuh anak. Faktor pendukung yaitu adanya kerjasama yang baik dengan lingkungan sekitar dan faktor penghambat adalah masalah biaya yang sedikit dan tugas kader yang bekerja secara sukarela.The goal of this research include: to determine the management, the role of the management BKB cadre, what factors that support and hinder BKB cadres in the management of Kasih Ibu early childhood Postal. This study uses qualitative research. The subjects were BKB cadres  Kasih Ibu Post ECD numbering 5 people and 1 person ZIP manager Kasih Ibu Post ECD. Data validity is evidenced by the triangulation of data. Data were collected by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using interactife analysis model. Conclusions from the study include: management of Kasih Ibu Post ECD held on from planning, organizing, assessment, coaching up the development process; BKB cadre role in the management Kasih Ibu post ECD role in the planning process to development. Postal management planning process Kasih Ibu early childhood does not have a systematic learning activities are carried out in the Post.  Leadership exercised in ZIP Kasih Ibu ECD entwined in a family. Utilization of resources within the organization that is leaders, cadres, toddlers and parents of all parties associated with the smooth progress and activities in Kasih Ibu early childhood Postal. Evaluations are conducted from offices UPTD districts and from the BKKBN. Development activities of the surrounding community. Factors inhibiting and supporting a cadre of BKB in managing Kasih Ibu early childhood Postal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran pendamping, faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam pendampingan Program Keluarga Harapan di Kecamatan Semarang Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pendamping sebagai subjek penelitiannya. Wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai Teknik pengumpulan data. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, metode dan teori. Analisis datanya menggunakan siklus interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendamping memiliki empat peran keterampilan yaitu peran fasilitatif, pendidik, representatif/perwakilan masyarakat, dan teknis. Faktor internal yang menjadi kendala adalah sulitnya peserta untuk mengumpulkan berkas data, dan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru pendamping memerlukan waktu lama. Faktor eksternal yang menjadi kendala adalah penginformasian dari pusat sifatnya mendadak, jarak tempuh pendamping ke tempat pendampingan cukup jauh dan lokasi tempat pendampingan yang berada di gang sempit. Faktor pendukung adalah antusiasme penerima bantuan serta sarana yang memadai.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the interventions carried out by social workers towards persons with disabilities in PSRSPDM Margo Laras Pati and its supporting and inhibiting factors. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity techniques using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis techniques through data collection, reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. It is generally concluded that the intervention of social workers towards persons with mental disabilities consists of five stages, namely: the initial approach stage, assessment, planning, implementation of interventions and evaluation. Supporting factors consist of motivation, environmental support, facilities, and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factor consists of the influence of the drug consumed, the lack of readiness of the beneficiaries and the existence of discriminatory actions.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe and analyze the level of satisfaction of nonformal education students on educational services in FIP UNNES, (2) describe and analyze the level of user satisfaction with graduates of nonformal education FIP UNNES. This research is a type of survey research, with a quantitative descriptive approach. Respondents from the student satisfaction survey were PLS students for the 2015-2018 class, while the respondents of the graduate user satisfaction were the 2000-2018 generation of nonformal education alumni users. Data collection techniques used are documentation, observation, and questionnaire studies. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive percentage with SPSS 23.0 software. The results showed that student satisfaction was in the category of satisfied with the percentage of 74.79%. Student satisfaction has several dimensions including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. User satisfaction with the performance of graduates of nonformal education UNNES study program showed positive results, namely being satisfied with the percentage of 67%. Graduates' satisfaction is measured using indicators of integrity, professionalism, English language skills, use of information and communication technology, communication skills, teamwork, and self-development.

Abstract

The aims of this research describing the management of the program health Forum of the village standby (FKKS), supporting factors and impeding in realizing the public health in Kelurahan Plalangan. The study used a qualitative, discrete approach. Data collection techniques are conducted with interviews, observations, and documentation. The validity technique uses the triangulation of the source, method, and theory. Data analysis techniques in research using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of the research obtained that the process of management of FKKS in the program of Plalangan has been running well based on the theory of programming and systematic program starting from the activities of planning, organizing, The process of implementing, monitoring, and ending with the evaluation process. Supporting factors for the management of this program is public awareness of the importance of health, facilities and infrastructure, coaching, and funding is adequate. While the inhibitory factor is still the least cadres who mastered IT, not all citizens who participated in the program due to busy activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the entrepreneurial character of PLS FIP UNNES students. The study was designed using a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were PLS students 2016-2018. The sampling technique in this study is the proportional stratified random sampling technique, and the sampling calculation technique uses Isacc and Michel. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive percentages analysis. The results showed the self-introduction of PLS study program students included in the strong category. The entrepreneurial character of PLS Study Program students is in the medium potential category. The learning strategies of entrepreneurship education in PLS study programs are considered effective in providing entrepreneurial skills for students majoring in PLS FIP UNNES.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze facilitated parenting, early childhood independence, early childhood socializing abilities, and differences in perceptionsabout parenting towards early childhood independence, bringing togetherparenting about the ability to socialize early childhood, questioning concernsabout parenting towards independence and ability socializing early childhood.The study uses a quantitative post-facto method with 35 as samples using quotasampling techniques. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The resultsof the study were obtained from the results of the study Concerning parenting onthe independence of early childhood, seen from the results of the F Test with acalculated F score = 9,886> F table = 1,972 and the T-Test showed a T count of2,057 with a sig. Count of 0.042 <0.05. There is a difference in the perception ofparenting towards the ability to socialize early childhood, the results of the F Testwith the calculated F score = 9.886> F table = 1.972 and the T-Test shows Tcount 3.192 with sig. Count 0.002 <0.05. With the competency test with thecalculated F value = 9,886> F table = 1,972 and the T-test shows T count 6,441with sig. Count 0,000 <0,05.

Abstract

Information systems management is part of the implementation of educational management that must be prioritized for the advancement and development of education, so that output is in accordance with the goals made. The fact based on data from many institutions, both the government or PNF organizers, especially course and training organizers in the city of Semarang does not yet have the awareness to properly manage information systems. The aim of this study is to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the Supply Chain Management information syntem model in non-formal education businesses. This research design uses real experimental research methods (true experimental design) with pretest-posttest control group design design. This research population is participants and organizers of Course and Training Institute, Job Training Institute, Community Learning Activity Center, Course Institute, and Tutoring in Semarang city. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling numbering 260. Data collection using test instruments in the form of tiered scale coesioners. Analysis of this study data using the average difference test of two paired sample groups (Paired Sample T-Test).  Based on the results of research it is known that the implementation of supply chain management information system in noformal education business is effective as significant as a nonformal educational information system. Thus, supply chain management-based educational information systems that are often applied to business education at the higher education level are also relevant to be applied to nonformal education businesses.

Republic Furniture. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi sumber, metode, dan teori. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa warga sekitar mendapatkan pekerjaan yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya dan bagi perusahaan itu sendiri mendapatkan keuntungan dengan berdirinya Home Industri tersebut karena dapat menyerap banyak tenaga kerja sehingga warga sekitar mendapatkan pekerjaan yang lebih baik lagi. Sedangkan untuk limbah yang dihasilkan oleh Home Industri tersebut berdampak pada lingkungan. Kata kunci : Wirausaha, CV. Republic Furniture
