Abstract

This research is ex post facto correlational nature that aims to determine how the correlation between interest in learning the German language learning achievements of students of the German language education FBS-UNM. The population in this study were students of the even semester academic year  2020-2021German language education study pogram FBS-UNM totaled 42 students .Its well as a sample in this study (total sample). Data collection techniques used in this study is Lickert Scale and tests. Data were analyzed using correlation techniques "Product Moment". Hypothesis testing results show that there is a significant positive relationship between student interest in learning German with the achievement of students in learning German. This means that the factor of interest of students to learn the German language student achievement semester of academic year 2020-21 majoring in foreign language education study programs German language education. The higher the students' interest in learning the German language lessons, the higher the learning achievements of their German language. KeyWords: correlation, interest, and learning achievement

Abstract

This research is quasi-experimental research, the research is to find out the effectiveness of picture media on writing hanzi of six grades’ students at Frater Elementary School Makassar. Sample of the research were 14 students in experimental group and 14 students in control group, which was the total sampling. This data research obtained by writing hanzi test and was analyzed using t-test. The result of this research shows that tcount is higher than ttable (4.374 > 2.056) significant level of 0.05. The use of picture media is effective on writing hanzi of six grades’ students at Frater Elementary School Makassar.Keywords: Effectiveness, Picture Media, Writing, Chinese.

Abstract

This study is classroom action research (CAR). The aim of this the process of planning conducted, and implementing the scramble model in reading Mandarin at fourth graders student of Frater Thamrin Elementary School of Makassar. The subjects of this study were 20 students of fourth graders at Frater Thamrin Elementary School. Data were collected through observation and Mandarin reading tests. And were with presentation analyzed. The results of this study showed of the students in the first cycle is 67.87% and in the second cycle is 90.87%. so it can be conculed that, the implementation of scramble model improves the reading ability the students of graders fourth student at Frater Thamrin Elementary School of Makassar.Keywords: Application, Scramble, Reading, Mandarin.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bahasa Mandarin siswa melalui metode pembelajaran langsung (Direct Method) Sampel penelitan ini adalah siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 10 orang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri atas dua kali pertemuan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan berbicara bahasa Mandarin dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas dua yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa metode pembelajaran langsung (Direct Method) meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Mandarin siswa. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Mandarin dari siklus I rata-rata yang diperoleh yaitu 74,75 dan pada siklus II dengan rata-rata 83,7. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berbicara bahasa Mandarin seluruh siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 9%. Kata Kunci : Direct Method, Keterampilan, Berbicara, Bahasa Mandarin ABSTRACT This research aims to improve students' Mandarin language skills through the direct learning method (Direct Method). The sample of this research is 10th-gradeChinese students. This research is a classroom action research that consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. The instrument used was a test of Chinese speaking skills and an observation sheet. The data analysis technique used in this study consisted of two, namely qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that the direct learning method (Direct Method) improved students' Mandarin speaking skills. This can be proven by an increase in Chinese speaking skills from the first cycle, the average obtained is 74.75 and in the second cycle, the average is 83.7. These results indicate that the Chinese speaking skills of all students have increased by 9%. Keywords: Direct Method, Skills, Speaking, Mandarin
