Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality (X1) and price (X2) variables on purchasing decisions for Avian Wall Paint at PT. Eternal Prosperity in Sorong City. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained are 1) For the first hypothesis (H1) because t count > t table (7.222 > 1.99167) and the significance value < 0.05, there is an influence of X1 (product quality) on the decision to buy wall paint; 2) Meanwhile, the second hypothesis (H2) is that because t count < t table (-0.652 < 1.99167) and the significance value is > 0.05, there is no influence of X2 (price) on the decision to purchase wall paint; 3) The F test above can be seen that F count is 31,847 > F table 2.72, so there is an influence of X1 (product quality) and third accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh faktor kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. Telkom cabang Kota Sorong, dengan fokus pada bukti fisik (tangible), keandalan (reliability), dan empati (empathy). Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan survei kuesioner pada 75 pelanggan, penelitian ini menguji hubungan tiap faktor melalui analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa faktor empati memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sementara bukti fisik dan keandalan tidak signifikan secara parsial. Namun, secara simultan, ketiga faktor ini memberikan kontribusi 71,1% terhadap variasi kepuasan pelanggan, sisanya 28,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Rekomendasi penelitian ini mendorong PT. Telkom untuk meningkatkan perhatian terhadap aspek empati dalam pelayanan guna meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether the provision of incentive have a significant effect on the work motivation of district employees teminabuan south sorong regency.the aim of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of providing incentives on employee motivation.the type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach.data collection techniques conducted observation questionnaires and documentation.while the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression.as for the type of data source,this research is primary data,namely data obtained directly from the source or place where the research is carried out.the population of this study were all employees of the teminabuan district amounting to 45 people.the determination of the sample is saturated sampling. Data obtained using SPSSv 24 (Statistical product and Service Solutions).the result of this study indicate that based on the result of your research at the teminabuan district office thet the provision of incentives has a significant effect on employee work motivation.this can be seen from the result of statistical calculations through partial hypothesis testing which shows that t count> t table then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Abstract

Establishing a continuously growing business capable of dominating the market is certainly the expectation of every entrepreneur. However, the increasing presence of competitors offering similar products has intensified business competition. In the midst of this growing competition, UMKM Pauwbili is required to take strategic measures to address these challenges by implementing product innovations and improving service quality in order to achieve competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to determine whether innovation and service quality have an influence on competitive advantage. This research employs quantitative data with a sample of 40 customers of UMKM Pauwbili in Sorong City using a non-probability sampling method through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Innovation has a significant influence on competitive advantage, (2) Service quality does not have a significant influence on competitive advantage, and (3) Innovation and service quality simultaneously influence competitive advantage.
