Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah 1)mengetahui karakteristik dan kepuasan petani padi pengguna benih padi varietas unggul di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jumlah sampel adalah 60 orang yang ditentukan secara bertahap. Dalam penelitian ini Atribut yang dirasa penting antara lain kerebahan tanaman, rasa nasi, produktivitas, tahan hama dan penakit, umur tanaman, ketersediaan benih, harga gabah kering giling, harga benih, pemasaran hasil panen. Dalam penelitian ini data dianalisis menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) serta indeks kepuasan pelanggan/ Importance Performance Analysis (CSI). Hasil dari pengolahan datang yang menggunakan analisis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) menunjukkan atribut yang dianggap petani padi mempunyai kinerja yang rendah adalah tahan hama penyakit, harga GKG (Gabah Kering Giling ), tahan rebah dan umur tanaman. Kemuadian atribut yang menurut petani mempunyai tingkat kinerja yang tinggi antara lain rasa nasi, produktifitas, harga benih, pemasaran hasil panen, dan ketersediaan. Hasil dari alalisis Importance Performance Analysis (CSI) menunjukkan bahwasanya secara keseluruhan petani merasa puas terhadap tingkat kinerja atribut benih padi varietas unggul sebesar 69,84%. Secara berturut – turut tanggapan petani terhadap kinerja atribut benih padi varietas unggul jenis IR 64, Ciherang dan Mekongga adalah 131,03, 129,06, dan 131,71. nilai varietas tidak jauh berbeda, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegemaran petani terhadap penggunaan varietas satu dan lainnya sebenarnya tidak jauh berbeda. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the right strategy to develop the Kelepon Wahyu business in Gempol Pasuruan. The research subject is the owner of the Kelepon Wahyu business in Gempol, Pasuruan. This study uses a qualitative approach and uses SWOT analysis as the data analysis method. The results of this study indicate the most appropriate strategy that can be applied to develop Kelepon Wahyu's business further by improving its manufacturing and production process infrastructure and human resources.Keywords: Kelepon Wahyu, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.

Abstract

Supply chain management is the activity of processing raw materials into goods in process or semi-finished goods and finished goods then sending these products to consumers through the distribution system. The supply chain itself is a complex network consisting of complex suppliers, producers, distributors, retailers and consumers. This research took place at SG'S Mushroom which is located at Sumbergondo sub-district. Bumiaji, Batu City. The aim of this research is to determine the flow and mechanism of the supply chain at SG'S Mushroom so that it can be used as input in determining the appropriate supply chain channels and mechanisms for SG'S Mushroom. The data used is primary data and secondary data and analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The conclusion of this research is that the supply chain flow at SG'S Mushroom consists of the flow of goods, the flow of money and the flow of information which are interconnected. The supply chain mechanism at SG'S Mushroom consists of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers and consumers. Suppliers at SG'S Mushroom consist of sengon powder suppliers, lime suppliers, rice bran suppliers, plastic suppliers, seed suppliers, and ring and cap suppliers. The manufacturer at SG'S Mushroom is SG'S Mushroom itself. Distributors at SG'S Mushroom consist of collector distributors and CV Arjuna partner distributors. Retailers at SG'S Mushroom consist of ratailer melijo and shop retailers get oyster mushrooms from distributors and souvenir shop retailers get oyster mushrooms from partner distributor CV Arjuna. Lastly is the final consumer, SG'S final consumer gets oyster mushrooms that have been processed or raw. If oyster mushrooms have been processed, consumers get them from gift shops. If oyster mushrooms are still raw, consumers can get them from melijo retailers and stall retailers or get them directly from SG'S Mushroom. Keywords: Supply Chain Flow, Oyster Mushroom
