Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of research are to determine whether there is asimultaneous influence between the retail marketing mix consisting of, product,price, place, promotion, in-store atmosphere and service to purchase decision atResist Wear Turen Malang Distribution and to find out whether there is partialinfluence between the mix marketing consisting of, product, price, place,promotion, in-store atmosphere and service to purchasing decision at Resist WearTuren Malang Distribution. By using analysis tool that is doubled linearregression.Based on research and discussion in this research that can be drawn theconclusion that the retail marketing mix consisting of, product, price, place,promotion, store atmosphere and service to purchase decision at Resist WearTuren Malang Distribution, can influence simultaneously to decision purchase ofResist Wear Turen Malang Distribution. Mix of retail marketing consisting of,product, price, place, promotion, atmosphere in store and service to purchasingdecision at Resist Wear Turen Malang Distribution that can influence partiallythat is only place and atmosphere in store.Keywords: Retail Marketing Mix and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to know and analyze how the Influence ofService Quality And Facilities To Student Satisfaction Faculty of EconomicsAngakatan 2014-2016 Islamic University of Malang. The population in this studyis all students of the Faculty of Economics UNISMA. This research used surveymethod by taking sample from a population and using questionnaire as main datacollecting tool, with number 95 respondents. Analytical techniques in this studyusing multiple linear regression.The results showed that partially Variable Service Quality and Facilitieshave a positive and significant effect on Student Satisfaction. While simultaneously that Variable Service Quality and Facility Variable have positive and significanteffect to Student Satisfaction Variables.Keywords: Service Kuliah, Facilities, and Student Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze and understand the influence of Brand Image on Brand Loyalty with Brand Trust as an intervening variable for Super Geprek customers in Malang. The population in this study were customers who had purchased Super Geprek products more than three times at Super Geprek Jalan MT Haryono No.192 Dinoyo-Malang. This research is a type of descriptive research using a quantitative approach and also uses questionnaire research instruments. The research method used is path analysis. The sample in this study was taken using the Slovin formula with accidental sampling technique which is a sampling technique based on chance. A sample of 100 respondents in a population of 3600 consumers was obtained. The results showed that brand image (X1) can influence brand loyalty (Y1) with a value (Sig 0.00), brand loyalty (Y2) can affect brand trust (Y2) with a value (Sig 0,000), brand image (X) has an effect towards brand trust (Y2) with a value (Sig 0.00).Keyword: Brand Image, Brand Loyalty, Brand Trust, Path test, Sobel test.

Abstract

Abstract The studied aiming to be determining serviced qualitied, producted qualitied and promotional mixing on purchased decisioning for Jasa Pengiriman DPA Express Sumenep products, Malang College. Goods quality can attract customer's special interest. In order to face the competition, a company implements a marketing strategy for the goods produced. In a position to try to increase competition for similar goods and the behavior of customers who prefer new variants of goods issued by competitor issuers for satisfaction, more benefits & curiosity (Purwita, 2019). The company must also show that product quality must be in Barangsi because as well as growing the reputation quality of the issuer, it will increase so that the issuer gets a good reputation in the eyes of customers. On the other hand, customers will always remember by definition the quality of the goods is good, even customers will decide to buy the same goods again. In deciding a transaction, one of the factors that will be reviewed by the customer is price. Award Determination Strategy is a fundamental function that must be carried out by a company in responding to the market. Awards are also by definition one of the points taken into consideration by customers in determining transaction policies on goods (Kotler, 2005:18). Where the award is the amount of money that the customer must give fish in order to obtain or use an item or service. In addition, awards will be an important consideration for customers in deciding their transactions, customers will compare the goods awards of their choice, then whether such awards are appropriate or not with the value of the goods and the amount of money that must be spent, so of course, customers choose other customer awards (awards). Keywords: Purchase Decision, Service Quality, Product Quality, Promotional mix

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, trust and corporate image on customer satisfaction. The population in this study were customers of PT. Bank BPR UMKM East Java Mojokerto Branch that uses products/services at PT. Bank BPR UMKM East Java Mojokerto Branch with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling technique with non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The results showed that the variables of service quality, trust and corporate image simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. The variables of service quality, trust and company image partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Trust, Company Image, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACK Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pembeli impulse buying di Hypermart Matos Malang yaitu sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 19.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Discount, Exterior, General Interior,Store Layout dan Interior Display berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap impulsebuying dengan tinggal sig. 0.000. Namun Discount, Exterior, General Interior,Store Layout tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap impulse buying. Kata Kunci : Discount, Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, Interior Display dan Impulse Buying

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Price, Company Image on Satisfaction of Gojek Malang Customers. Knowing and analyzing the effect of Consumer Satisfaction on Consumer Loyalty of Gojek Malang. Knowing and analyzing the influence of Service Quality, Price, Company Image on Consumer Loyalty of Gojek Malang. Knowing and analyzing the influence of Service Quality, Price, Company Image on Consumer Loyalty through Satisfaction of Gojek Malang Customers. The population of this study were Gojek users in FEB UNISMA 2018 in the amount of 238, while the sample was 70 customers. Data analysis using Path analysis.The results of the study show that Service Quality has a direct effect on loyalty. While the price and corporate image do not affect consumer loyalty. Satisfaction directly affects Consumer Loyalty. satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship of the influence of service quality on loyalty, but satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of price and corporate image on consumer loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Price, and Corporate Image, Loyalty, Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of the company's image price, service quality, satisfaction and trust in customer loyalty in Dinoyo TIKI delivery services, this type of research uses explanatory research with its quantitative approach, the population in this study amounted to 293 sampling techniques using slovin formula with taking techniques The sample in this study was purposive sampling, this technique was taken to obtain samples that fit the criteria.The sample in this study was 75 respondents of Dinoyo TIKI customers, using the instrument test that is the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test is the normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedasticity test, and the hypothesis test that is the simultaneous F test and t test, the results of this study are partially there is a positive influence of the company's image variable, service quality, satisfaction and trust towards customer loyalty, but there is a negative influence of the price variable on customer loyalty, simultaneously the price variables, company image, service quality, satisfaction and trust simultaneously influence customer loyalty.Keywords: price, image, service quality, satisfaction, trust, customer loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of student competence on readiness to enter the world of work in the 4.0 era. The sample used in this study was 91 students. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously (F test) the variables Knowledge, Attitudes and Skills had a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness and based on the results of a partial test (t test) the Knowledge variable had a positive and significant effect on work readiness, the Attitude variable had a positive and insignificant effect on Job readiness and Skills variables have a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Skills, and Work Readiness

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work facilities, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance. Sources of data used in the study are using primary data and data collection methods using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population used in this study were employees of the Lowokwaru District Office of Malang City with a total of 40 employees. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 2.508 + 0.289 + 0.293 + 0.290 + e, and the hypothesis test of this study uses the coefficient of determination test, F test, and t test. The results of this study indicate that work facilities partially affect employee performance, work motivation affects employee performance, work discipline affects employee performance. While simultaneous work facilities, work motivation, and work discipline affect employee performance. Keywords: Work Facilities, Work Motivation, Work Discipline And Employee Performance
