Abstract

Abstraction This study aims to (1) test and analyze the perceived quality, motivation, and attitudes of consumers simultaneously on purchasing decisions, (2) test and analyze the quality of purchasing decisions, (3) test and analyze motivation on purchasing decisions (4) test and analyze the quality of purchasing decisions. analyze consumer attitudes towards purchasing decisions. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study consisted of perceived quality, motivation, consumer attitudes, and purchasing decisions. The population criteria in this study were active students of the 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling and data collection through questionnaires directly (offline) to 60 respondents according to the population criteria. The data analysis used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, classical assumption test, coefficient of multiple regression analysis (R2), and hypothesis testing. on purchasing decisions simultaneously, partially perceived quality, motivation and consumer attitudes have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles. Keywords : Perception of Quality, Motivation, and Consumer Attitude towards Purchase Decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTWork effectiveness is one of the goals of job implementation. This can beachieved if the implementation of work in accordance with the requirementsrequired by the job. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there isinfluence of work motivation, and work discipline on the effectiveness ofemployees at Yayasan Sunan Kalijogo Jabung-Malang. The purpose of this studyis also to determine the extent to which the influence of work motivation, andwork discipline on the effectiveness of employees at Yayasan Sunan KalijogoJabung-Malang.The results of this study partially prove that the variable of work motivationdoes not have a significant effect on the effectiveness of employees with asignificance value of 0.075 or above 0.05 and has the lowest coefficient of 0.317,while the variable work discipline partially have a significant effect on theeffectiveness Employee work with a significance value of 0.007 or below 0.05 andhas a coefficient value above the motivation variable is 0.472.But simultaneously these two variables are very influential on theeffectiveness of employees at the Foundation Sunan Kalijogo Jabung Malang,because the value obtained F test of 9,253 with a significance level of 0,000 whichis smaller than 0.005. From the results of the analysis can be taken a conclusionthat the variables of work motivation, and work discipline have a positiveinfluence on the effectiveness of employee work on Yayasan Sunan KalijogoJabung-Malang. However, the work discipline variable is the dominant factorwhich has the greatest influence to the level of effectiveness of the employee'swork at Yayasan Sunan Kalijogo Jabung-Malang.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Effectiveness OfEmployees

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe competition between companies is currently very strong, that is why companies are able to create quality and quantity of human resources, which can effective and efficient so that company goals are achieved. There are two important behaviors for a company's progress, namely behavior in and out of the role. Extra-Role Behavior or Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) can maximize the efficiency and productivity of employees and organizations, which effectively become an organization. OCB is a positive behavior of individuals in an organizational that shows an attitude of conscious and voluntary willingness to contribute more to the organization, if formally is required. This study souls to: (1) identify and test the effects of job satisfaction and organizational engagement on the behavior of PT Duta Beton Mandiri employees, (2) the effects of job satisfaction from job satisfaction from job satisfaction on Citizenship Organizations (OCV Organizations) to know and to test) employees of PT Duta Beton Mandiri, (3) Knowing and testing the effect of organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees of PT Duta Beton Mandiri. This research is research with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 57 employees of PT Duta Beton Mandiri. Data collection with questionnaires, interviews and questionnaires. While data analysis was performed using a validity test, a data normality test, a multicollinearity test, a t-test, and a f test and coefficient of determination. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that: (1) Job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (2) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (3) Organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).So the coefficient of determination (R²) obtained is 0.452. This means that 45.2% Organizational Citizenship Behavior can be explained by the independent variables namely job satisfaction and organizational commitment while the remaining 54.8% Organizational Citizenship Behavior is influenced by other variables not examined in this studyKeywords: job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, OCB

Abstract

AbstractThe development of the era of globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0 is a challenge for organizations to be able to improve the quality of their human resources. The Covid-19 pandemic, which has changed all aspects of employment activities, has made employees have to be able to adapt to new online-based work systems. This study aims to determine the direct effect of organizational commitment, compensation and motivation on organizational citizenship behavior and motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study amounted to 148 employees with a purposive sampling technique of 79 contract employees. Using path analysis, and the research results show that organizational commitment has a direct effect on motivation, compensation has a direct effect on motivation, organizational commitment has a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior, compensation has no direct or indirect effect on organizational citizenship behavior, motivation has a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior , motivation cannot mediate the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, motivation can only mediate the effect of compensation on organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords              : Organizational Commitment, compensation, motivation and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, and Completeness of Infrastructure on Patient Satisfaction of Covid-19 Survivors at Kepanjen Safe House. The sampling technique used was random sampling to obtain a sample of 64 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the quality of service had no effect on patient satisfaction, but for infrastructure it had an effect on patient satisfaction. If simultaneously the quality of service and infrastructure have a significant effect on patient satisfaction.  Keywords: Service Quality, Infrastructure, Patient Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of company age, auditor reputation, underwriter reputation and percentage of shares offering on underpricing in companies that conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2019. The method of analysis that used in this research was descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was 148 companies that conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2019. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling technique, so that 50 companies were obtained that matched the sample selection criteria. The results of this study indicate (1) Company age, auditor reputation, underwriter reputation and percentage of shares offering has a significant effect on underpricing (2) Company age has a negative and significant effect on underpricing (3) Auditor reputation has a negative and insignificant effect on underpricing (4) Underwriter reputation has a negative and significant effect on underpricing (5) Percentage of shares offering has a positive and insignificant effect on underpricing.Keywords: Company Age, Auditor Reputation, Underwriter Reputation, Percentage of Shares Offering, Underpricing

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out the effects of price discount, bonus pack, and in-store display to decision impulse buying. This research uses quantitative research by explanatory research method. Sampling is done by purposive sampling with respondents of mobile accessories buyer at the AA Cell Store, amounting to 80 people. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis uses a) instrument test that contains validity and reliability tests, b) normality test, c) multiple linear regression test, d) classic assumption test that contains multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, e) hypothesis test which contains F test and t test. The results of simultaneous analysis of price discount, bonus pack, and in-store display significantly influence the impulse buying. While the results of the partial analysis using multiple linear regression tests shows that price discount has a significant effect on impulse buying, while bonus pack and in-store display have no effect on impulse buying.Keywords: Price Discount, Bonus Pack, In-store Display, Decision Impulse Buying, Accessories Costumer

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze: the effect of management support and adaptability on the work resilience of teachers and employees during the covid-19 pandemic, the direct influence of management support on the work resilience of teachers and employees during the covid-19 pandemic, its direct influence on the work resilience of teachers and employees during the covid-19 pandemic. direct adaptability to the work resilience of teachers and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sample in this study used the entire population, namely teachers and employees yayasan insan mulia malang Foundation which amounted to 51 people. The results of this study indicate:  management support and adaptability have a simultaneous effect on work resilience, management support has no partial effect on work resilience, adaptability has a partial effect on work resilience. Keywords: Management Support, Adaptability and Work Resilience

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at Kedai Sarijan Coffee Jl. Gajayana intersection No 69 Kel. Merjosari Kec. Lowokwaru Malang City. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, product quality and price on customer satisfaction. The independent variables used are service quality, product quality and price, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study were 78 respondents who were customers of Kedai Sarijan Coffee Jl. Gajayana intersection No 69 Kel. Merjosari Kec. Lowokwaru Malang City. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis method used is the instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using computer software SPSS 16.0 data processing. The results of this study indicate that service quality affects customer satisfaction, product quality affects customer satisfaction and price affects customer satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT         This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of product features on the purchasing decision of Oppo mobile phones with word of mouth as an intervening variable for students using Smartphone Oppo at FEB Malang Islamic University. The sample in this study was the FEB Management students of Malang Islamic University in the 2015 academic year who had used Oppo Smartphone, which numbered 95 people. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study used validity, reliability, normality, path analysis, t test and sobel test.         The results of the research show that Product Features have a direct effect on Purchasing decisions, Product Features have a direct effect on word of mouth (WOM). word of mouth (WOM) has a direct effect on purchasing decisions, product features indirectly influence purchasing decisions through WOM. Word of mouth can mediate between Product Features and Purchase decisions. Keywords: Product Features, Purchasing Decisions, Word Of Mouth.
