Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price, Store Atmosphere, Promotion and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions at Mahkota Gresik Supermarkets. The data used in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study population is consumers who make purchases at the Crown Gresik supermarket. The research sample was taken from the population using a sampling technique in the form of accidental sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 27.120 + 0.399 X1 + 0.434 X2 + 0.230 X3 + 0.428 X4 + 0.684 X5 + e, and the test of this study used the f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that partially Product Quality, Price, Store Atmosphere, Promotion and Service Quality Against Purchasing Decisions at Mahkota Gresik Supermarkets. While simultaneously Product Quality, Price, Store Atmosphere Promotion, and Service Quality Against Purchasing Decisions at Mahkota Gresik Supermarkets.Keywords: Product quality, Pric

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, individual characteristics and organizational culture on employee performance at the Koperasi Unit Desa Pakis Malang. The sample used in this study were 33 employees of the Koperasi Unit Desa using the saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. The analysis used includes instrument testing, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination using SPSS assistance.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between organizational climate, individual characteristics and organizational culture on employee performance at the Koperasi Unit Desa Pakis Malang. Meanwhile, partially it shows that the variables of organizational climate, individual characteristics and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Koperasi Unit Desa Pakis Malang. Keywords: Organizational Climate, Individual Characteristics and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTPurchasing decision is a consumer process when making a purchase. In this study will analyze the influence of promotion, price, brand image and quality of product to the decision of purchasing case studies on the consumer shop Donatello Jl. Kawi Malang. This method of analysis is to use a double linear regression analysis of hypothesis testing using T (partial) tests and F (simultaneous) tests.n Simultaneous hypothesis test results show that the promotion, price, brand image and product quality are simultaneously influential to the purchase decision. While the partial indicates that the price is positive and it is significant, the promotion and brand image has a positive influence but not significant but the quality of product has negative influence and insignificant.Keywords: Purchase Decision, Promotion, Price, Brand Image, Product Quality.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality partially on customer satisfaction Kober Mie Setan Malang. To determine the effect of product quality and service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction Kober Mie Setan Malang. The population of this study is Kober Mie Malang customers, amounting to 5,600 while the sample in this study amounted to 98 consumers. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the effect of product quality and service quality partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction Kober Mie Setan Malang. the influence of product quality and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction Kober Mie Setan Malang. Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Image, Product Quality, Price on purchasing decisions for focallure cosmetic products based on the review of influencer Tasya Farasya (a study of women who make purchases at online shopee) either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were women who made purchases at online shopee. The samples taken were 90 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image and Product Quality do not have a partial significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. And, Brand Image, Product Quality, Price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Price and purchase decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and examine the effect of company size, leverage and sales growth on financial distress in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period, as many as 30 companies. Meanwhile, the sample of this research was determined by purposive sampling method so that 6 samples were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports. The analytical method used is logistic regression analysis. The results of this study are simultaneously firm size, leverage and sales growth have an effect on financial distress. Meanwhile, the size of the company partially affects financial distress, and leverage and sales growth have no effect on financial distress. Keywords : Company Size, Leverage, Sales Growth, Financial Distress

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine whether the Marketing Mix consisting ofProduct, Price, Place and Promotion, influence the purchasing decision at Batuwonderland Shopping Center as well as analyze the most dominant factors thatinfluence it.The research method used is quantitative method with interview data collectiontechnique and questionnaire. The population in this study were the visitors andwho had visited the wonderland stone shopping center and samples taken as muchas 97 respondents using Non-Probability Sampling technique is the technique ofdetermining the sample based on certain considerations (purposive sampling).After the distribution of questionnaires, the results of the questionnaire wereanalyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis of path analysis (spss),determination coefficient and hypothesis test.The result of the research shows that marketing mix consisting of product, price,place, and promotion have positive and significant effect to purchasing decisionat wonderland stone shopping center and promotion variable has the mostdominant influence on purchasing decision at Batu wonderland shopping center.The conclusion of this research is that the better the marketing mix strategyapplied, the purchasing decision will increase.Keywords : product, price, place, promotion, buying dicision

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of leadership style, communication, and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Jawara Builds Persada Karangploso Malang. This research belongs to the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which was conducted to examine the effect between variables. In this study, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique because the population in the study was less than 100 people, so the number of samples in this study were all members of the population, amounting to 36 people.To solve the problem in this research, using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study are that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of Leadership Style, Communication, and Teamwork on Employee Performance in the study at PT Jawara Bangun Persada Karangploso Malang. There is a partial influence between Leadership Style, Communication, and Teamwork on Employee Performance Study at PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to know the influence of performance area,disciplinary performance, and performance motivation toward the performance ofDPRD secretariat official of Tuban Regency.This research includes of Explanatory Research. The research data ofperformance area, disciplinary performance, and performance motivation towardthe performance of DPRD secretariat official of Tuban Regency acquired formDPRD secretariat of Tuban Regency. The populations of this research are thewhole of DPRD secretariat official of Tuban Regency. The data collection usedquestionnaire and documentation. Then, the data analysis used instrument test,normatitas test, bifilar linear regression, classis assumption, and hypothesis test.Based on the finding of this research, it can be concluded that the variableof performance areapartially gives significant influence toward officialperformance, whereas disciplinary performance does not significantly influenceofficial performance, while performance of motivation significantlyinfluenetoward official performance.Keywords: performance area, disciplinary performance, performance motivation

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine how the effect of the implementation of product promotion strategies, price and product quality on the purchasing decision process of Wardah cosmetic products during the Covid pandemic (Study on FEB Students, Islamic University of Malang). The dependent variable in this study is the purchase decision. And independent variables used, namely product promotion strategy, price and product quality. The population in this study were students of FEB Malang Islamic University. The sample in this study based on Maholtra was taken using purposive sampling technique and measured by multiplying the number (23 indicators x 5) in order to obtain a total sample of 115 respondents according to the theory of Hair dkk. The data collection method used is the method of distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously the product promotion strategy variables, price, and product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile partially the product promotion strategy variables, price, and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions Keywords: promotion strategy, price, product quality, purchasing decisions
