Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to determine how much influence the variables Price, Supplier reputation and Product ratings have on purchasing decisions. Case study on FEB UNISMA students. A sample of 88 people was taken in this study. The sampling method is from people who bought products on Tokopedia. To find out the data that will be investigated later, this study uses a questionnaire to better understand each person's opinion by completing the statements attached to the questionnaire.In addition, this research uses the SPSS measurement instrument to test data in the form of instrument tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. From this research, it can be concluded that the variable price, supplier reputation and product reviews simultaneously or jointly influence purchasing decisions on Tokopedia. Meanwhile, in part or separately from each independent variable, that the price and reputation of the supplier do not influence purchasing decisions, while product ratings influence purchasing decisions.Keywords: price, supplier reputation, purchasing decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to test and analyze the Effect of Social Security, Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment on Productivity of Production Section Employees at PT. INDONESIA BIOTECH GUARANTEE Probolinggo City both partially and simultaneously. In this study the population amounted to 40 employees and all were taken as samples. “Data collection through questionnaires, data analysis in this study using SPSS version 25. The sampling technique uses quantitative methods, while the data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis”. The results of the analysis show that partially or simultaneously social security, work discipline and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. NONGGUAN BIOTECH INDONESIA City of Probolinggo.Keywords: Social Security, Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment and Employee Productivity

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and customer value and experiential marketing on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction on GO-JEK consumers in Malang Islamic Univesity students faculty of economics and business either partially or simultaneously. This reseach uses Explanatory Research with a quantitative apploach. The population in this study are consumers who come directly or indirectly at GO-JEK. Samples taken were 80 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data wew anliyzed using multiple liner regression analiysis processed with SPPS  16.0 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The result showed that customer value and experiential marketing partially significant effect on customer value loyalty through customer satisfaction. Keywords: Customer Value, Experiential Marketing, Customer Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Brand Image and E-Service Quality on consumer purchasing decisions through the Tokopedia marketplace. The population in this study were 2018 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, who had made purchases on the Tokopedia marketplace. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a sample of 75 respondents. The independent variable in this study is Brand Image with E-Service Quality and the dependent variable is Purchase Decision. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS 14. The results of this study simultaneously show that Brand Image and E-Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, Brand Image and E-Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, E-Service Quality, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of social class, price, promotion, and location on the decision to purchase a study house at PT Jawara Bangun Persada, Karangploso, Malang. The sample used in this study were 58 respondents. The data analysis method used is quantitative data analysis. To solve the problem in this research, using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the result  of the statement of class Social, Harga, Promot ion and Location in the results of the Purchase Decision test show that only the Social Class variable has a negative and insignificant effect, while the Price, Promotion variable , and Location has a significant and significat effect on purchasing decision. Keywords: Social Class, Promotion, Price, Location, Developmet

Abstract

ABSTRACKThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and commitment to the performance of the boarding schools of Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study amounted to 220 administrators, but was reduced using the Slovin formula to be 69 administrators. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SPSS version 14. The sampling technique with census and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that the charismatic leadership style and organizational culture have no significant effect on the performance of the management, while the commitment has a significant effect on the performance of the management. And simultaneously the charismatic leadership style, organizational culture and commitment have a positive influence on the performance of the boarding school of Sunan Drajata Paciran Lamongan Islamic Boarding School. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of brand image, service quality, product quality, and price influence simultaneously or partially on purchasing decisions. The data used in this study are primary data, the study population of 192 customers at the Alibaba counter, while the study sample was taken from the population using a sampling technique in the form of a purposive sampling method. The results obtained using multiple linear regression test Y = 10,848 + 0,359 X1 + 0,221 X2 + 1,054X3 + 0,994X4 + e. The results of this study indicate that partially brand image variables, service quality, product quality, and price have a positive influence on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Brand Image, Service Quality, Product Quality, Price and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how employee performance at CV is affected by work conflict, workload, personality type, work stress, and rewards. Bola Surya Shuttlecock and to determine the effect of Work Conflict, Workload, Personality Type, Work Stress, and Reward on the Performance of Staff simultane-ously or in part.This research employs quantitative techniques.Ex-planatory research is the term for this kind of study.This study's population consists of employees of CV. Bola Surya Shuttlecock using snowball sampling numerous as 95 respondents.methods for gathering data using questionnaires and documents. Positive and significant world conflict has no effect on the performance of CV employees Shuttlecock Solar Ball. (2) Workload has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at CV. Shuttlecock Solar Ball. (3) Personality type has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at CV. Shuttlecock Solar Ball. (4) Workplace stress has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in CV. Shut-tlecock Solar Ball. (5) Employee performance is not significantly impacted by compensation at CV.
