Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of workload, compensation and job satisfaction on work productivity at KUD Pakis simultaneously or partially. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees of KUD Pakis. The sample in this study was 33 employees of KUD Pakis. The sampling technique used was saturated sample or total sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 20 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that workload, compensation, and job satisfaction simultaneously influence work productivity, workload does not affect work productivity, compensation has an effect on work productivity, and job satisfaction has an effect on work productivity. Keywords: Workload, Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Work Productivity

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the implementation of the system of recruitment, selection, and placement of work positions on the quality of employee performance which focuses on improving the quality of performance. This research was conducted at the company PT. Indra Karya Persero Division Engineer 1, Klojen Subdistrict, Malang City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data analysis technique of this research used a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. Human resource planning consists of, recruitment, selection, and placement of work positions. The strategy carried out by PT. Indra Karya Persero Division Engineer 1 Malang observes the effectiveness of recruitment, selection, and job placement in order to provide quality human resources to the company. Thus it becomes important to improve human resources, namely the target of improving the quality of employee performance. Keywords : Recruitment System, Selection, Job Placement, Performance Quality

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the influence of work motivation, work environment and work discipline variables on the performance of employees of PT. Selecta Batu Tourism City. Research is used by using explanatory methods with quantitative methods on employees of PT. Selecta Batu Tourism City. The sample used in this study amounted to 57 employees. The analytical method used in this study is using the SPSS program which consists of several instrument tests, normality tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that work motivation variables partially influence employee performance, work environment variables do not affect employee performance and work discipline variables do not affect employee performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Work Motivation, Work Environment and Work Discipline

Abstract

ABSTRACT“The purpose of this research are: 1) to find out the Price Earning Ratio (PER) and how it affects to the company’s stock prices of manufacture companies 2) to understand the influence of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) towards the company’s stock prices of manufacture companies 3) to discover the impact of Return On Equity (ROE) towards company’s stock prices of manufacture companies. The population of this research are manufacture companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The method that is used to analyze by the multiple linear regression test with a t-test as the hypothesis tester. The result of this research has proved that the Price Earning Ratio (PER) has brought a negative influence and not significantly while the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) also has a negative influence and not significant. However, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive impact and significantly”.Keywords : Return Stock, Price Earning Ratio (PER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and Return On Equity (ROE).

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aims to find out and analyze the online promotion of repurchase intention with consumer perception as a mediation for FEB Student Traveloka users in Malang Islamic University. The sample in this study were FEB students at the Islamic University of Malang in the 2015-2016 academic year who had used Traveloka with 85 people who had used Traveloka. In this study the technique used was purposive sampling technique or by using criteria. The data source used in this study is primary research with data collection conducted by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study used validity, reliability tests, normality tests, path analysis, t test and sobel test.            The results of this study indicate that : 1) online promotion has a direct influence on consumer perception 2) online promotion has a direct influence on repurchase intention 3) consumer perception has a direct influence on repurchase intention and 4) consumer perception is able to be a good mediation between online promotion and repurchase intention.Keywords: Online Promotion, Repurchase Intention and Consumer Perception

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research has a purpose to determine the effect of simultaneous andpartial quality of service, location and price to customer satisfaction, case studieson the charm Soccer Zone Futsal. So that can be know how the effect of servicequality, location and proce to customer satisfaction. The technique used isexplanatory research with the number of population 4320 consumers starting withMarch-April 2017 obtained by the number of samples as much as 95 respondents.The method used in this research is instrument test that is validity test andreliability test, normality test, clasiccal assumption test that multikolonierity test,and heterokedastisity test and hypothesis test that includes partial, simultaneoustest and dete coefisient.The result of this study indicate that 1) service quality has a significantpositive effect on customer satisfaction on the charm Soccer Zone Futsal, 2)location has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction on the charmSoccer Zone Futsal, 3) price has a significant positive effect on customersatisfaction on the charm Soccer Zone Futsal.Keyword : Service Quality, Location, Price and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to know the impact of the bank's health level with the risk based bank rating ( RBBR) on financial performance at the public bank listed on the IDX for the period 2017-2019. The data source in this study used the company's annual report which was downloaded through the website of the Indonesian stock exchange and the company. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that non-performing loan (NPL) and net interest margin (NIM) have a significant effect on financial performance, while loan to deposit ratio (LDR), good corporate governance (GCG) and capital adequacy ratio (CAR) have no significant effect on financial performance. Keywords: Bank Health, Risk Based Bank Rating, Financial Performance

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of Profit and Cash Flow on the Financial Distress condition of Coal Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2017-2019 period. The independent variables in this study are Profit and Cash Flow, while the other variables in this study are Financial Distress. The population in this study are coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2019 period with a total of 23 companies. The sample of this study was taken using a purpose sampling technique, which is to determine the sample based on certain criteria so that a total sample of 20 companies is obtained. The data collection method used is the documentation method, namely by documenting data originating from the annual report downloaded from the IDX web. The analysis technique in this research is by using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of Key data analysis that Profit and Cash Flow have a simultaneous effect on Financial Distress, Profit and Cash Flow have a partial effect on Financial Distress. Keywords: Profit, Cash Flow, Financial Distress.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Grab Protect service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions using online transportation during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this study used the Maholtra formula with purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample based on certain considerations or criteria which aims to obtain a representative sample according to predetermined criteria and the number of samples obtained was 90 respondents.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the quality of Grab Protect service, price and promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions using online transportation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the partial test results show the quality of Grab Protect service, prices and promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions using online transportation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: Grab Protect Service Quality, Price, Promotion and Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, service quality, promotion and product quality on consumer loyalty at indogrosir Malang. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study using the Maholtra formula with purposive sampling technique obtained 115 respondents.The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between Price, Service Quality, Promotion and product quality, has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Indogrosir Malang. Keywords: Price, Service Quality, Promotion, Product Quality and Consumer Loyalty
