Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of digitalization on the performance of PT. Ilham Jaya Cabindo Jakarta. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used a total of 48 employees of PT. Ilham Jaya Cabindo Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is an influence between digitalization on the performance of PT. Ilham Jaya Cabindo Jakarta has a moderate positive effect and has an influence contribution of 16.3% on employee performance variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to future research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance in Yayasan Berkat Imanuel Jakarta. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. This research uses saturated sampling with samples of 40 employees on Yayasan Berkat Imanuel Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence between work discipline on employee performance Yayasan Berkat Imanuel Jakarta is very influential and has an influential contribution of 78,5% on employee performance variables. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of digitalization on the work effectiveness of PT employees. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Semper Branch. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. In this research, the saturated sampling method used was 48 employees of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Semper Branch, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence between digitalization on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Semper Branch has a strong positive influence and has a contribution of 65% to the employee work effectiveness variable. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of use of Employee Self Servive (ESS) on the performance of PT.RP employees. Employee Self Servive (ESS) is an important factor in human resource management that can facilitate employee performance and productivity in the current era of digitalization. This research used a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling method on 34 employees from various levels at PT. RP. Data is collected through a structured questionnaire that measures employee perceptions of usage Employee Self Servive (ESS) and employee performance. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression method to test the research hypothesis. The results of this research show that there is an influential Employee Self Servive (ESS) regularly partial impact on the performance of PT.RP employees. These findings imply the importance for companies to design and implement Employee Self Servive (ESS) which is comprehensive and user friendly to improve employee performance. This research also recommends the need for regular evaluation of employee Self Servive (ESS) to ensure its effectiveness in encouraging optimal employee performance.
