Abstract

Gubuk Klakah Village as one of the developing tourism villages in Malang Regency still has difficulties in managing and utilizing the BUMDes institution to optimize the increase of BUMDes PAD in Gubuk Klakah Village, namely a) human resource management that is still not optimal because the majority of BUMDes administrators are board members in other village tourism institutions so that there is overlapping in authority and division of tasks and b) there is still an unhealthy tourism organization culture such as distrust between members and financial smuggling for personal interests. Based on this background, the proposing team took three problem formulations, namely a) regarding the status quo of BUMDes management, b) the perception of the government and other institutional members towards BUMDes performance, and c) strategies to improve the performance of BUMDes Shack Klakah. The theories and concepts used in this research are change leadership, social perception theory, and asset-based community development. This research will be conducted in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the field study implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The results of the discussion regarding Human Assets, Social Assets, Natural and Physical Assets, and Financial Assets, can be concluded that BUMDes Amanah Tourism Business Unit of Gubugklakah Village is reorganizing policies and bylaws. BUMDes Amanah Tourism Business Unit has optimized Natural and Physical Assets by packaging these assets into innovative and creative tour packages to attract tourist visits.

Abstract

This community service is entitled "Creating a virtual village landscape tour in the "National" village of Wonorejo. The purpose of making a virtual tour as a promotional medium is to introduce, the market in visual form. Virtual tour as a form of location simulation that digitally displays sound, narration, and text is a medium that has been widely used because it is effective and efficient in marketing, especially in tourism. The implementation of the service in the Wonorejo village, the "national" tourism village, was held with two activities, namely: 1) virtual making with the stages of taking pictures that characterize the Wonorejo village landscape, 2) basic education and training on shooting (for virtual tours) involving several village officials who have basic visual technology skills. The training method with direct involvement or direct practice in the use of technological tools is more effective. So that the development or filling of virtual content can be done independently by the village as a form of continuity.

Abstract

Kalanganyar Village, located not far from Juanda International Airport, is a fishing tourism destination that is widely known by the people of Sidoarjo. In addition to fishing, in Kalanganyar Village there is a Fish Auction Place (TPI) Kalanganyar which sells the results of fishermen returning from the sea as well as from the results of pond farmers around Kalanganyar. However, tourism development around fishing ponds and seafood restaurants is still not optimally developed. Therefore, the proposing team has the basic assumption that the tourism sector of Kalanganyar Village still has potential assets that have not been developed. One of the potential assets in the village is the potential for riverside tourism which empties into the Bali Sea. Departing from a brief explanation regarding the situation analysis, the community service team can articulate several partner problems, namely a) the absence of strategic planning for the tourism sector in Kalanganyar; b) there has been no development of tourism products and services in Kalanganyar Village; c) there is no unified vision between the village government, village institutions, and the community, and d) there is still a large volume of waste in the tourist area. The proposing team took two priority issues, namely, the stagnation of tourism in Kalanganyar Village, both in terms of goods/services products to tourism planning in Kalanganyar and the unified vision of tourism between village institutions and village communities in Kalanganyar. To answer the problems that have been mentioned, the PIHAT program implemented in Kalanganyar will provide alternative solutions, such as 1) virtual tours and 2) integrated tourism assistance. This community service activity is carried out using the methods of a) virtual tour social counseling as well as virtual tour production, b) asset management training and tourism potential, and c) assistance for tourism activities.

Abstract

Human resources is one of the factors that play an essential role in the field of tourism, so the quality of education and training is needed to improve the quality of human resources in the tourism industry, which is the leading actor or tourism product. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of human resources in Samin Traditional Village, to find out the function of education in empowering tourism human resources, and to find out the knowledge of local people about the history of Samin Traditional Village. The method used to write the article in this research is descriptive-qualitative by applying data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The research results show that human resources in Samin Village still need to be higher because there is no self-awareness in the surrounding community. However, they still understand the culture and history of the Samin Tribe. This is evidenced by the need for more development of tourism awareness groups in Samin Village because the average youth migrates to the city. On the positive side, elementary school students already understand the customs and culture in Samin Village, as evidenced by their ability to talk about the village or village they live in in the 'Little Tourist Guide' program.
