Abstract

Abstrak               Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi jarak antara material sumber dengan substrat (spacer) terhadap kualitas kristal lapisan tipis, struktur kristal dan parameter kisi lapisan tipis, mengetahui morfologi permukaan dan kompoisi kimia lapisan tipis Sn) yang terbentuk.  Teknik yang digunakan dalam proses penumbuhan kristal pada pada penelitian ini adalah teknik Evaporasi Vakum. Penumbuhan lapisan tipis Sn) dilakukan dengan variasi spacer. Untuk sampel 1 dengan spacer 10 cm, sampel 2 dengan spacer 15 cm dan sampel 3 dengan spacer 25 cm. Ketiga sampel lapisan tipis Sn) ini dikarakterisasi menggunakan XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) untuk mengetahui struktur kristal dan parameter kisi, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) untuk mengetahui morfologi permukaaan dan EDS (Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy) untuk mengetahui komposisi kimia lapisan tipis Sn).Hasil karakterisasi XRD menunjukkan bahawa lapisan tipis Sn memiliki struktur kristal kubik. Nilai parameter kisi sampel 1 adalah a = 6,34 Å, sampel 2 adalah a  = 6,38 Å dan sampel 3 adalah a = 6,40 Å. Hasil XRD menunjukkan bahwa variasi spacer dapat mempengaruhi kualitas kristal lapisan tipis. Intensitas paling tinggi ditunjukkan pada sampel 1 dengan spacer 10 cm, intensitas sedang ditunjukkan pada sampel 2 dengan spacer 15 cm dan intensitas paling rendah ditunjukkan pada sampel 3 dengan spacer 25 cm. Intensitas yang tinggi menunjukkan keteraturan letak atom-atom dalam kristal semakin baik. Hasil karakterisasi SEM menununjukkan bahwa kristal lapisan tipis Sn) terdiri atas grain berbentuk kubik dan memiliki permukaan yang homogen terlihat dari bentuk dan warna kristal yang seragam. Pada sampel 1, butiran (grain) sebagian besar berukuran 0,3m dan pada sampel 2, butiran (grain) sebagian besar berukuran 0,2 m. Hasil karakteriasai EDS pada sampel 1 diperoleh perbandingan molaritas Sn : Se : Te adalah 1 : 0,29 : 0,58. Untuk sampel 2 diperoleh perbandingan molaritas Sn : Se : Te adalah 1 : 0,33 : 0,62.  Kata kunci: lapisan tipis Sn), evaporasi vakum, preparasi, spacer. AbstractThis study aimed to determine the effectf variation the distance between the source and the substance (spacer) to crystal quality thin films, crystal structre and lattice parameter of thin films, to determine surface morphology and chemical composition of the Sn thin flms formed. The technique used in the crystal growing process was the Vacuum Evaporation technique. The growth of Sn thin flms was done by varying the spacer. For sample 1 at spacer 10 cm, sample 2 at spacer 15cm and sample 3 at spacer 25 cm. These Sn thin films were characterized by XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) to determine the crystal structure and lattice paremeter, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) to determine surface morphology and EDS (Energy Dispersive Spectrometry) to determine chemical composition of Sn thin films.The reults of XRD characterization showed that Sn thin films were kubic crystal structure. Lattice parameter of sample 1 is a  = 6,34 Å, sample 2 is a  = 6,38 Å and sample 3 is a  = 6,40 Å. The results of difractograms showed that spacer variation can be eeffect of crystal quality Sn). The highest intensity showed in sample 1 with spacer 10 cm, the medium intensity showed in sample 2 with spacer 15 cm and the most low intensity showed in sample 3 with spacer 25 cm. the highest intensity which showed the regularity of atoms. The results of SEM characterization showed that the surface morphology of Sn thin films consisted of kubic grains and had homogeneous structure marked by the uniformity of shape and colour.  In sample 1, the grains most of the measuring 0,3 m and sample 2, the grains most of the measuring 0,2 m . The results of EDS at sample 1 the molarity comparisons was Sn : Se : Te = 1 : 0,29 : 0,58. For the sample 2, the molarity comparisons was Sn : Se : Te = 1 : 0,33 : 0,62.  Keywords: Sn thin films, vacuum evaporation, preparation, spacer.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan lapisan tipis Sn(S0,4Te0,6) sebagai bahan semikonduktor dengan teknik evaporasi vakum. Peneliti dapat mengetahui pengaruh variasi spacer terhadap kualitas lapisan tipis dan juga mengetahui struktur kristal, parameter kisi, morfologi permukaan, dan komposisi kimia lapisan tipis. Proses preparasi lapisan tipis Sn(S0,4Te0,6) dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik evaporasi vakum yang bekerja pada tekanan sekitar ~10-5 mbar dengan melakukan variasi jarak antara sumber dengan substrat atau variasi spacer. Spacer divariasi sebanyak 3 kali, yaitu 10 cm, 15 cm, dan 25 cm. Setelah didapatkan sampel lapisan tipis yang diinginkan, kemudian sampel dikarakterisasi dengan menggunakan XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) untuk mengetahui struktur kristal, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) untuk mengetahui morfologi permukaan, dan EDAX (Energy Dispersive Analysis X-Ray) untuk mengetahui komposisi kimia. Hasil karakterisasi XRD menunjukkan bahwa lapisan tipis Sn(S0,4Te0,6) dari ketiga sampel memiliki struktur kristal kubik, dengan nilai parameter kisi sampel 1 (spacer 10 cm): a = 6,011 Å; sampel 2 (spacer 15 cm): a = 6,048 Å; sampel 3 (spacer 25 cm): a = 6,363 Å. Pemberian variasi spacer menyebabkan perbedaan kualitas pada sampel 1, 2, dan 3 yang ditandai dengan adanya perbedaan intensitas spektrum. Hasil karakterisasi SEM pada kristal Sn(S0,4Te0,6) menunjukkan bahwa morfologi permukaan sampel berupa butiran/grain dengan ukuran ~0,2 μm dan bersifat homogen. Hasil analisis EDAX lapisan tipis Sn(S0,4Te0,6) mengandung unsur Sn = 54,54 %, S = 11,01 %, Te = 34,46 % dan perbandingan molaritas Sn:S:Te adalah 1,00:0,20:0,63.Kata Kunci: teknik evaporasi vakum, lapisan tipis, semikonduktor Sn(S0,4Te0,6). AbstractThis reasearch aims to grow a thin film Sn(S0,4Te0,6) as a semicondukctor material by vacuum evaporation technic. Researcher can understand the effect of variation spacers to the quality of thin film and also understand crystal structure, latice parameter, surface morphology, and chemical composition of thin film. The process of preparation of a thin film Sn(S0,4Te0,6) was performed using vacuum evaporation technic that works at a pressure of about ~10-5 mbar by distance variation between the source of the substrate or variations spacer. Spacer was varied for 3 times, i.e 10 cm, 15 cm, and 25 cm. Having obtained a thin layer of the desired sample, then the samples were chacarterized by using XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) to determine the crystal structure, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) to determine the surface morphology, and EDAX (Edax Dispersive X-Ray Analysis) to determine the chemical composition. XRD characterization results showed that a thin film Sn(S0,4Te0,6) of all samples have kubic crystal structure, the lattice parameter values of samples 1 (spacers 10 cm): a = 6,011 Å; samples 2 (spacers 15 cm): a = 6,048 Å; samples 3 (spacers 25 cm): a = 6,363 Å. The spacer variation causes the difference in thin film quality, marked by the difference of spectrum intencity between sample 1, 2, and 3. SEM characterization results on the crystal Sn(S0,4Te0,6) showed that the morphology of the sample surface in the form of grains with a size of ~0,2 μm and homogeneus. The results of EDAX analysis of thin film Sn(S0,4Te0,6) contains elements of Sn, S, and Te with the chemical composition precentage is Sn = 54,54 %, S = 11,01 %, Te = 34,46 % and the molarity comparison of Sn:S:Te adalah 1,00:0,20:0,63.Keywords: vacum evaporation technic, thin film, semiconductor Sn(S0,4Te0,6).

Abstract

This research aims to produce a thin layer of semiconductor with PbS, PbSe and PbTe material  by vacuum evaporation  techniques and  to find out electrical properties of these materials. Thin layer was produced  by using vacuum evaporation  techniques. Varied  temperature of substrate is used as  parameters during  preparation,ie  without heating (sample 1), 200 ℃ (sample 2), 350 ℃ (sample 3), and 500 ℃ (sample 4). Electrical properties are characterized by  using a four point probe (FPP). Results showed that  this  thin layer of PbS, PbSe and PbTe  is  type N semiconductor with  resistivity in   Ω.cm to  Ω.cm oreder Keywords: thin layer, evaporation, electrical properties

Abstract

The determination of prayer times initially only used the direct observation method (rukyat) namely observing the shadow of an object, then the determination of prayer times developed with the advent of the calculation method (hisab). The purpose of this study is to make a simulation of the calculation of prayer times using a spreadsheet. A simulation of the calculation of prayer times using a spreadsheet has been made. The prayer times generated by the spreadsheet are not much different from the prayer times obtained from the Accurate Times application. The simulation that has been made can show the effect of the Earth's revolution at prayer times at various latitudes.

Abstract

This article presents a systematic literature review (SLR) on concept understanding in physics learning. The method used in reviewing the literature is the SLR and PRISMA protocol with the stages of identification, screening, eligibility, inclusion, abstraction, and data analysis assisted using the Mendeley and VOSviewer applications. The findings of this study explain that there are still many difficulties, such as calculating in unsymmetrical field source distributions, such as two opposing point charges or currents, and misconceptions such as electricity and magnetism experienced by students and college students that affect students' understanding of concepts in physics learning. The challenges and misconceptions can be overcome by using various treatments, such as providing test instruments that can measure student understanding, developing conceptual models, and using virtual practicum activities. Future research needs to explore students' conceptual understanding of physics learning by using other topics that previous research has not studied.

Abstract

In today's digital era, digital learning resources have become an important tool in education, especially in mathematics learning in elementary schools. With the use of technology, students can access a variety of interactive and engaging materials, which can increase their motivation to learn (Melati et al., 2023). To help focus more, you can use a gamification-based E-module that contains material until evaluation that is adjusted to the curriculum using gamification stages used by researchers using animated images that have never been researched before. The research method used in this study uses a descriptive-qualitative research method with an approach, namely literature study. Data is obtained through the analysis of various sources, such as journals and books related to the research objectives. E-modules can accompany the learning process because of the quality of use. The purpose of this study is to determine the development and effectiveness of learning to E-modules with Flip PDF Professional-based gamification.

Abstract

One of the learning resources chosen to solve problems related to the low critical thinking ability and students' independence is modules. This research aims to reveal the effectiveness of an integrated physics learning e-module with Pancasila character values in work and energy subjects to improve students' critical thinking ability and independence. This research used a pre-experimental design with a pretest-post-test control group design. This design involved a total of 70 students from class X MIPA at SMA N 1 Kasihan with an average age of 15-16 years old. These research subjects were selected using a cluster sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were used to test techniques, namely the critical thinking ability test and questionnaire techniques. The data collection instrument used a test instrument for essential thinking ability and student independence questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was the n-gain analysis, Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) test, and effect size analysis by calculating the value of Cohen's f. This research indicates that the integrated physics learning e-module with Pancasila character values in work and energy subjects effectively improves students' critical thinking ability and independence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of self-efficacy on student learning outcomes on electromagnetic induction material. This research takes the type of descriptive quantitative research, a method that focuses on analyzing numerical data using statistical methods. It was conducted at MA Ali Maksum Yogyakarta with the research subjects of XII MIPA class students totaling 30 respondents. Data collection techniques using cognitive tests and self-efficacy questionnaires assisted by Google Form applications. The results showed that the hypothesis can be accepted, namely there is a correlation between the level of self-efficacy and the results of student learning tests even though the correlation found has a weak category because it only has a share of 8.1%. This shows that the domain of student confidence, especially in terms of solving problems is still at a low level so that there is a tendency for students to solve problems based on memorizing equations. The existence of limitations in conducting research limits it in uncovering other aspects outside of self-efficacy in obtaining learning outcomes. Through the information obtained that self-efficacy on learning outcomes, teachers can apply a varied atmosphere, model, and learning process to optimize student potential which will have an impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Technological evolution had a big impact on the world of education, one of them is the progress of teaching materials used in learning. The electronic module (e-Module) is one of the teaching stuff evolution using technological assistance. Electronic modules require innovation in order to have appeal by being integrated into the SETS (Science, Environment, Technology, and Society) learning model. The research aims to describe students responses to the developed electronic module. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method with the aim of analysis of students responses to the SETS-based e-Module innovation. The response test subjects consisted of 61 students of class VIII C and VIII D of SMP Negeri 2 Depok. The research results of the developed SETS (Science, Environment, Technology, and Society)-based electronic module obtained an average student response test score of 75.16% in the very good category which indicates that the developed electronic module obtained a very good response from students.

Abstract

The current state of science learning in madrasah reveals a lack of integration between teaching materials and technology, as well as a failure to incorporate relevant al-Qur'an verses connecting propositions to scientific content. Moreover, the absence of assessments evaluating students' motivating attitudes toward learning further compounds these challenges. This study seeks to assess the necessity of developing integrated teaching materials for science education in Temanggung Regency's madrasah, employing flip books as a technological tool. Participants included six science teachers and nine students, and data was collected through interviews. Analysis involved data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The findings indicate a shared need among teachers and students for teaching materials that seamlessly blend technology and al-Qur'an verses through flipbooks in science education. Consequently, future research should focus on the development of flipbooks that incorporate al-Qur'an verses as integral components of teaching materials for enhanced science learning experiences.
