Abstract

Abstrak Penilaian karakter dalam pembelajaran merupakan aspek penting dalam pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa. Artikel ini mengkaji model dan strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam penilaian karakter untuk mendukung penilaian karakter siswa di pendidikan. Berbagai pendekatan penilaian karakter, seperti penilaian berbasis observasi, portofolio, dan penilaian diri, dijelaskan secara rinci untuk melihat kelebihan dan tantangannya dalam praktik pendidikan. di mana penilaian karakter dianggap sama pentingnya dengan pencapaian kognitif. Implementasi model dan strategi yang tepat dalam penilaian karakter, seperti penggunaan rubrik penilaian yang jelas, keterlibatan orang tua, kolaborasi guru dan siswa serta dukungan lain, diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pembentukan penilaian karakter yang kuat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai karakter seperti religiusitas, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, toleransi, disiplin, dan kerja sama dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sebagai upaya pembentukan karakter siswa di Indonesia. Melalui studi kepustakaan dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, artikel ini mengkaji nilai-nilai karakter dalam kurikulum PAI, implementasi nilai-nilai tersebut dalam pembelajaran, dan peran guru sebagai teladan utama. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan orang tua, serta inovasi berkelanjutan dalam pendidikan karakter untuk memastikan relevansi dan efektivitasnya dalam membentuk generasi berakhlak mulia yang siap menghadapi tantangan global.

Abstract

The formation of children's character is a fundamental aspect of individual development, in which discipline becomes one of the essential values that must be instilled from an early age. This study aims to analyze the influence of parenting styles on the development of children's discipline, particularly at the elementary school age. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data from various relevant journals and scientific articles. The results of the study show that democratic parenting has a significant positive impact on children's learning motivation and discipline. Children raised in a supportive environment where they are involved in decision-making processes tend to be more independent and responsible. Conversely, authoritarian and permissive parenting styles show negative impacts. Children raised with an authoritarian approach often face challenges in social interactions and tend to have low self-confidence, while permissive parenting may result in low levels of independence and social skills. In conclusion, the application of a balanced and democratic parenting style is crucial in supporting the development of children's disciplinary character. Therefore, parents, teachers, and policymakers should design more targeted educational approaches.

Abstract

This study examines the strengthening of students' character through the integration of local wisdom in education in Indonesia. In facing the challenges of globalization, education must not only focus on improving academic quality, but also on character building. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of methods that integrate local wisdom in the learning process and its impact on student learning outcomes. The proposed methods include identification of local wisdom, curriculum development, implementation of active learning, and assessment and evaluation. The results showed that the application of this method increased the average student grade from 70 to 85 and the graduation percentage from 60% to 90%. These findings indicate that the integration of local wisdom not only increases learning motivation but also contributes to the development of students' character and identity. Thus, this study concludes that strengthening character through local wisdom is an effective strategy to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, as well as encourage the younger generation to love their culture and identity more.

Abstract

Encouraging learning environments and strong teacher-student interactions are prerequisites for effective learning. Learning achievement can be enhanced by classroom environments that foster positive interactions between teachers and students, but it can also be impacted by school culture, one aspect of which is the morning culture. The aim of this research is to ascertain how the adoption of a morning-day culture will enhance students' academic performance. This research employs a case study methodology combined with a qualitative approach. The grade XI pupils and the instructor in charge of the morning day culture program are the subjects of this investigation. The class XI homeroom teacher served as the research informant. The methods of gathering data include documentation, interviews, and observation. Triangulating sources and approaches is one of the techniques used for data validation. Techniques for data analysis include gathering, reducing, presenting, and verifying data or drawing conclusions. The study's findings demonstrate that the morning day culture program at SMKN 1 Palangka Raya is implemented in a different way each day. Specifically, the flag ceremony is held on Monday, socialization or habituation is done on Tuesday, literacy is done on Wednesday, the school environment is cleaned on Thursday, and group gymnastics is done on Friday morning. In addition to serving as a routine, the morning day culture program has a big impact on the students at SMKN 1 Palangka Raya. For example, students in good physical and mental health find it easier to focus during class; students who are happy and motivated at school are more engaged in their studies; and literacy and socialization activities help students develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. As a result, by enhancing character, enhancing health, and fostering skill development, this morning culture supports student learning achievement

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah pola komunikasi anak usia dini, khususnya Generasi Alpha, yang kini rentan meniru bentuk komunikasi negatif dari media dan lingkungan sekitar. Fenomena toxic talk seperti ejekan, sarkasme, dan verbal bullying semakin sering dijumpai, bahkan sejak usia prasekolah, dan berpotensi merusak perkembangan moral serta sosial anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab dan dampak toxic talk pada anak usia dini serta menawarkan solusi melalui pendidikan karakter. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang mengkaji sumber-sumber ilmiah dari tahun 2010 hingga 2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa paparan media tanpa pengawasan, lemahnya keteladanan, dan rendahnya integrasi nilai-nilai moral dalam pendidikan formal merupakan faktor utama penyebab toxic talk. Dampak jangka panjang mencakup penurunan empati, meningkatnya konflik sosial, dan kesulitan komunikasi sehat. Sebagai solusi, pendidikan karakter yang mengintegrasikan nilai empati, tanggung jawab, dan komunikasi santun melalui metode aktif seperti storytelling dan role play dinilai efektif. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada pendekatan interdisipliner yang menggabungkan linguistik, psikologi perkembangan, dan pendidikan moral untuk menawarkan strategi preventif yang komprehensif. Implikasi dari temuan ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara keluarga, sekolah, dan kebijakan publik dalam membentuk generasi yang tidak hanya melek digital tetapi juga kuat secara moral dan etis dalam berbahasa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikanpelaksanaan pendampingan intensif kegiatan keagamaan di Ma’had At-Taqwa MAN Kota Palangka Raya serta peranpeneliti sebagai musyrifah pengganti dalam mendukungterciptanya lingkungan religius di madrasah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), di mana peneliti terlibat langsung dalamkegiatan pendampingan selama tujuh hari, terhitung daritanggal 18 hingga 24 Agustus 2025. Kegiatan keagamaanyang didampingi meliputi shalat berjamaah, tahsin dan tahfizh, muhadhoroh, serta kajian-kajian keislaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan intensifberperan penting dalam menjaga keteraturan pelaksanaanibadah, meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, serta memperkuatpemahaman dan pengamalan nilai-nilai keislaman di lingkungan Ma’had. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikanpengalaman langsung bagi peneliti dalam proses pembinaankarakter Islami peserta didik. Dengan demikian, pendampingan intensif kegiatan keagamaan di Ma’had At-Taqwa MAN Kota Palangka Raya terbukti berkontribusipositif terhadap penguatan aspek spiritual, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan pembentukan karakter religius siswa.
