Abstract

Marxism-Socialism is a theory which is designed to build a good society. A society that negates the suppression of one class against another class, the widest possible freedom for every person to express his humanity in any production activity (economic) as the basis of human life. Marxism balked patterns of education that only prepares participants to be workers who will be squeezed by the machinery of capitalist production. In view of Marxism, Practice, in the sense of direct relevance to the realities of human and material nature, is the criterion of truth, because it underlies the knowledge of reality and because of the outcome of cognitive processes is realized in the activity of the material, human objective. Practice is the sole criterion of objective truth, in so far as it represents not only mental human, but also human linkages that exist objectively with the natural and social world that surrounds him.

Abstract

Penyuntikan propofol menyebabkan  nyeri dan perubahan tekanan darah. Efedrin merupakan obat yang digunakan untuk mengurangi efek yang tidak diinginkan saat penyuntikan propofol. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan pemberian efedrin 30 mcg/kgBB intravena dengan efedrin 70 mcg/kgBB intravena terhadap skala nyeri dan efek hipotensi pada penyuntikan propofol. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung pada bulan September hingga November 2015 terhadap 60 orang  pasien dengan  American Society of Anesthesiologist  (ASA) kelas I dan II, usia 18 hingga 60 tahun yang menjalani operasi elektif dengan anestesi umum secara uji acak kontrol buta ganda. Pasien dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, 30 orang menerima efedrin 30 mcg/kgBB dan 30 orang menerima efedrin 70 mcg/kgBB, diberikan 1 menit sebelum penyuntikan propofol. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skala nyeri pada kelompok efedrin 30 mcg/kgBB dan efedrin 70 mcg/kgBB tidak berbeda bermakna (p>0,05), dan perubahan tekanan darah sistole dan diastole efedrin 30 mcg/kgBB dengan efedrin 70 mcg/kgBB berbeda bermakna (p<0,05). Simpulan, efedrin 30 mcg/kgBB dan efedrin 70 mcg/kgBB menurunkan skala nyeri saat penyuntikan propofol, dan efedrin 70 mcg/kgBB mencegah efek hipotensi lebih baik dibanding dengan efedrin 30 mcg/kgBB.  Comparison of 30 mcg/kgBW and 70 mcg/kgBW Intravenous Ephedrine on Pain Scale and Hypotension After Propofol Injection in  Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital BandungInjection of propofol causes pain and blood pressure changes. Propofol can cause pain at the injection site and decrease the blood pressure while ephedrine is considered to minimize those adverse effect. The purpose of the study was to compare the effects of 30 mcg/kgBW and 70 mcg/kgBW intravenous ephedrine on pain score and blood pressure changes after propofol injection. This double-blind randomized control trial was conducted in Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital Bandung, September to November 2015, on 60 patients with American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status I and II, aged 18 to 60 years old. Patients were divided into 2 groups of 30 persons; the first group received 30 mcg/kgBW ephedrine and the second group received 70 mcg/kgBW ephedrine one minute before propofol injection. Statistical analysis was performed using the Mann-Whitney test. This study showed no significant difference in pain score between the group that received 30 mcg/kgBW ephedrine and 70 mcg/kgBW (p>0,05), but there were significant differences in blood pressure changes (p<0,05). It can be concluded that 30 mcg/kgBW and 70 mcg/kgBW ephedrine could reduce pain score following propofol injection with 70 mcg/kgBW ephedrine reduces the hypotension effect better than the 30 mcg/kgBW dose.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan bagi pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Indonesia penting peranannya untuk menopang kerja aparatur pemerintah dan administrasinya yang tinggi dan kompetensi yang mencakup kompetensi manajerial dan teknis serta kompetensi kepemimpinan khusus bagi pemegang jabatan struktural, sebagai salah satu prasyarat bagi terciptanya manajemen pemerintahan dan pembangunan. Kurang profesionalnya sumber daya manusia di lingkungan pemerintah Kota Malang terutama di Dinas Kesehatan menjadi kendala dalam rangka pencapaian produktivitas kerja pegawai secara maksimal. Kualitas sumber daya manusia ini merupakan faktor yang sangat menentukan tingkat keberhasilan pemerintah Daerah. Dengan menggunakan metode eksplanasi (explanatory research), sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian ini yang akan menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel, yaitu pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan produktivitas kerja Kepala Dinas. Adapun hasilnya menyebutkan bahawa mutu pegawai naik maka produktivitas kinerja Kepala Dinas Kesehatan menurun, karena proses pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan tidak dibutuhkan lagi jika pegawai sudah bermutu. Sehingga fungsi kepemimpinan Kepala Dinas Kesehatan tidak lagi berjalan secara maksimal karena pegawai sudah memahami tugas dan fungsi masing-masing. Oleh karena itu produktivitas kepala dinas hanya sebagai pengendali. Sedangkan proses pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan pada aspek dimensi pengembangan sikap, tingkah laku, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan akan berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja  Kepala Dinas Kesehatan di Kota Malang Jawa Timur, dalam artian apabila dimensi pengembangan sikap, tingkah laku, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan ditingkatkan maka produktivitas kerja Kepala Dinas Kesehatan di Kota Malang Jawa Timur juga meningkat. Abstract

This article discusses about the pattern of descent of revelation systematics applied in hidayatullah boarding school, Panyula, Bone regency. This research focuses on the implementation of the pattern of descent of revelation systematics in accordance with the qur’anic character building at the boarding school. The researcher collected and analized data by using descriptive qualitative. This research found that hidayatullah boarding school has successfully applied educational methods on quranic based to build students’ character. Based on the descent of revelation systematics, it has regenerated and internalized values as what have been done by the Prophet Muhammad in his first dakwah in Mecca. This research aims to give academic contribution to teachers in order to build Islamic character of the students.

Abstract

This paper examines the phenomenon of religious ethical education in Moslem and Buddhist families in the city of Watampone. This study aims to reveal the family behaviors in carrying out efforts to internalize the values of religious ethics in the scope of the family, especially children. In this case, the researcher focuses on the Moslem and Buddhist families, in order to find the multicultural and inclusive-based substance and formulation of inter-religious ethic education. This research is qualitative descriptive with phenomenological approach and using comparative method. Researchers found that the most essential thing in religious ethics education in the family is exemplary and good advice. Buddhist families in Watampone undertake ethical education with the application of the Majjima Patipada as a path to holiness, avoiding the bad kamma to attain nibbana. While the Moslem family paid great attention to aspects of worship and good manners (akhlaq mahmudah)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the philosophical roots of Islamic education, which are focused on four sub-problems, namely: (1) the meaning and substance of the philosophy of Islamic education; (2) the ontological; (3) the epistemological; and (4) the axiological principles of Islamic education. This research method is a literature review with a philosophical and pedagogical approach. The findings of the study indicate a close relationship between philosophy and education, namely that philosophical issues are essentially the central themes that are transferred through education and that education is a critical means in the inheritance and socialization of philosophical ideas and values. The ontological principle of Islamic education emphasizes the fundamental aspects of a belief system that revolves around the principles of purposeful creation, comprehensive unity, and solid balance. The epistemological principles of Islamic education talk about the methodological basis in an effort to transfer knowledge to students, which ultimately narrows the dichotomous gap between religious and non-religious sciences. Meanwhile, the axiological aspect of Islamic education emphasizes the actualization of absolute transcendental values and universal values that become the main basis for Islamic education materials and curriculum, which in turn form a complete Muslim person with Islamic character.

Abstract

Religious plurality and social pluralism in Indonesia are like a double-edged sword.  On the one hand, it can strengthen social ties and cooperation between social joints, but on the other hand, it is very vulnerable to conflicts, both inter-religious and inter-religious groups.  This paper describes how diversity also has an impact on educational institutions and the importance of providing moral awareness to students in schools to live side by side, in harmony and peace within the framework of plurality and humanity, especially in facing the social lifestyle in the industrial era 5.0. Inclusiveness is full of values of respect for differences, openness to accepting diversity, upholding humanity above individualistic interests, and a great willingness to blend in and stick together in brotherly bonds that actually should be used as ethical values in religious education in schools.  Thus, the purpose of this paper which is sourced from in-depth social analysis and relevant literature studies is to provide understanding and awareness that religious education in school institutions should move from just formalistic-dogmatic learning to be a substantial learning, egalitarian and educates students to promote moderate, tolerant and inclusive attitudes towards religious diversity and avoid potential social conflicts.  Building inclusivism in schools starts with creating a climate of religious education that is open to all and not divided based on the religion of the students.  Furthermore, religious education puts forward human values and universal goodness to eliminate bad prejudice and hatred towards different communities.

Abstract

Religious literacy held by high level Islamic boarding school (pesantren), or so-called Ma’had Aly, is a scientific tradition and a means of religious learning specifically places santri and pesantren as the main pioneers of strengthening religious moderation in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to understand and get an overview of religious literacy activities (ngaji kitab) of Ma'had Aly students in South Sulawesi in contributing and playing a positive role on strengthening religious moderation. The research problem is emphasized what is the model and application of religious literacy in Ma'had Aly so that it can have an educational effect on mahasantri in the formation of moderate attitudes, as well as their rejection of terrorist behavior in the name of religion. This research is descriptive research with a phenomenological approach, using qualitative analysis of observation and interview data to the caregivers, teachers and students of Ma'had Aly. Theoretically, the reality of a person's attitudes and tendencies of understanding is largely determined by his ability and reach of literacy in religious texts. Text may not sound anything, but text readers can create sounds according to their literacy. The research found that Ma'had Aly in South Sulawesi applied the literacy model by studying, analyzing and reading complete the Kitab Kuning. Apart from the Sorogan and Bandongan method, also uses the method of deliberation, jalsa (participatory discussion) and halaqoh (seminar). In addition, Mahasantri at Ma'had Aly As’adiyah Sengkang and Mangkoso understood Kitab Kuning and translated religious values are aimed at socializing and developing a moderate mindset (wasathiyah) and balance (tawazun) to mahasantri in literacy and conveying religious knowledge. الملخص محو الأمية الدينية التي تنظمها المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية رفيعة المستوى، أو تسمى ماهاد علي، هي تقليد علمي ووسيلة للتعليم الديني تضع على وجه التحديد مدارس سانتري والمدارس الداخلية الإسلامية باعتبارها الرواد الرئيسيين في تعزيز الاعتدال الديني في إندونيسيا. الهدف من هذا البحث هو فهم والحصول على لمحة عامة عن أنشطة محو الأمية الدينية (تلاوة القرآن) لطلاب معهد علي في جنوب سولاويزي في تقديم مساهمة إيجابية ودور في تعزيز الاعتدال الديني. تتمحور مشكلة البحث حول كيفية نمذجة وتطبيق الثقافة الدينية في معهد علي بحيث يكون لها تأثير تربوي على الطلاب (المهاسنتري) في تكوين اتجاهات معتدلة، وكذلك رفضهم للسلوك الإرهابي باسم الدين. هذا البحث هو بحث وصفي ذو منهج ظاهري، باستخدام التحليل النوعي لبيانات الملاحظة والمقابلة مع مقدمي الرعاية والمعلمين وطلاب المعهد. ومن الناحية النظرية فإن حقيقة اتجاهات الشخص واتجاهاته في الفهم تتحدد إلى حد كبير بقدرته ومدى إلمامه بالنصوص الدينية. قد لا يصدر النص أي صوت، لكن يمكن لقراء النص إنشاء أصوات وفقًا لمعرفتهم بالقراءة والكتابة. وجد الباحثون أن معهد علي في جنوب سولاويزي طبق نموذجًا لمحو الأمية من خلال دراسة ودراسة وقراءة الكتب الصفراء بدقة. وبصرف النظر عن طريقة سوروجان وطريقة باندونجان، فإنها تستخدم أيضًا أساليب المداولة والجلسة (المناقشة التشاركية) والحلقة (الندوة). Mahasantri في Ma'had Aly As'adiyah Sengkang وDDI Mangkoso، يفهمان الكتاب الأصفر ويترجمان القيم الدينية التي تهدف إلى التنشئة الاجتماعية وتطوير العقلية المعتدلة (الوسطية) والتوازن (التوازن) للمهاسانتري في محو الأمية ونقل المعرفة الدينية. الكلمات المفتاحية: مكافحة الإرهاب، الاعتدال الديني، معرفة الكتاب الأصفر، التربية الإسلامية التقليدية Abstrak Literasi keagamaan yang diselenggarakan pesantren tingkat tinggi, atau disebut Ma’had Aly, merupakan tradisi keilmuan dan sarana pembelajaran agama yang secara khusus menempatkan santri dan pesantren sebagai pionir utama penguatan moderasi beragama di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memahami dan mendapatkan gambaran tentang aktivitas literasi keagamaan (ngaji kitab) santri Ma’had Aly di Sulawesi Selatan dalam memberikan kontribusi dan peran positif pada penguatan moderasi beragama. Masalah penelitian ditekankan kepada bagaimana model dan penerapan literasi keagamaan di Ma’had Aly sehingga dapat memberikan efek edukatif kepada santri (mahasantri) pada pembentukan sikap moderat, serta penolakan mereka pada perilaku terorisme atas nama agama. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis, menggunakan analisis kualitatif terhadap data-data observasi dan wawancara kepada para pengasuh, guru dan mahasantri Ma’had Aly. Secara teoretis, realitas sikap dan kecenderungan pemahaman seseorang sebagian besar ditentukan oleh kemampuan dan jangkauan literasinya terhadap teks-teks keagamaan. Teks mungkin tidak berbunyi apapun, tetapi pembaca teks dapat menciptakan suara sesuai dengan literasinya. Peneliti menemukan bahwa Ma’had Aly di Sulawesi Selatan menerapkan model literasi dengan mengkaji, menelaah dan membaca tuntas kitab-kitab kuning. Selain metode sorogan dan metode bandongan, juga menggunakan metode musyawarah, jalsah (diskusi partisipatoris) dan halaqoh (seminar). Mahasantri di Ma’had Aly As’adiyah Sengkang dan DDI Mangkoso, memahami kitab kuning dan menerjemahkan nilai-nilai keberagamaan ditujukan untuk mensosialisasikan dan mengembangkan pola pikir moderat (wasathiyyah) dan keseimbangan (tawazun) kepada para mahasantri dalam berliterasi dan menyampaikan ilmu-ilmu agama. Abstract

This study aims to analyze, develop, and test the effectiveness of interactive learning media in 3D Animation subjects. This research uses research and development methods using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sleman Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study were class XI students of Multimedia SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sleman. This research design uses data collection techniques using questionnaires to analyze product needs, using validity tests to test the feasibility of the developed products and using Quasy experiment pretest-posttest to test effectiveness. This research uses validators of design experts, material experts, linguists and media experts to validate interactive learning media to be developed. The validity results that have been given by experts in the product validity test show an average percentage of 96% which shows very good and valid qualification. Analysis of research data was carried out by using the validity of questionnaires and T-tests to compare achievement results in classes before being applied to experimental and control classes. The significant difference is evidenced by the results of the T-test calculation which explains that equal variances assumed sig values. (2-tailled) of 0.012 < 0.05, so the data shows significant. These results show the effectiveness of the "3D Teacher" learning media in improving learning in 3D Animation subjects at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sleman
