Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi atau temuan empiris tentang mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik melalui layanan penguasaan konten pada siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 3 Taman Pemalang. Populasinya adalah seluruh  kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Taman Pemalang yang berjumlah 312 siswa dan sampel yang berjumlah 36 siswa menggunakan purposeive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala prokrastinasi akademik. Instrumen tersebut telah diujicobakan untuk digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan validitas dengan rumus product moment oleh Pearson dan reabilitas instrument dengan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif persentase dan Uji t ( t-test). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat penurunan prokrastinasi akademik melalui layanan penguasaan konten, dengan nilai thitung = 13,638 > ttabel = 2,032. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yakni prokrastinasi akademik dapat dikurangi melalui layanan penguasaan konten. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan guru pembimbing dapat lebih mengintensifkan layanan penguasaan konten kepada siswa sebagai strategi alternatif untuk membantu siswa mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik. The aim for this research was to get information or empirical finding about decreasing effect of academic procrastination as the result of content mastery. Population of this study was 8 grade students of the VIII C class in SMP Negeri 3 Taman Pemalang which consist of 312 students. 36 students was selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using academic procrastination scale. The instrument has been tested for validity using Pearson product moment and reliability of the instrument with alpha formula. Data analysis used pearson product moment, descriptive percentage, and t-test. The result showed there was decrement of academic procrastination thrught mastery of content service with tcount = 13,638> ttable = 2,032. From this reasearch it can be conluded that academic procrastination could be decreased through mastery of content service. It is hoped that the teacher as a guide can be more intensively applicate mastery of content service to the students as an alternative strategy to help students decrease academic procrastination.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu  untuk mendapatkan informasi implementasi layanan konseling kelompok di SMPN se-Kabupaten Pati. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN se-Kabupaten Pati dengan jumlah subyek 40 konselor. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil analisis deskriptif presentase diperoleh data implementasi layanan konseling kelompok di SMPN se-Kabupaten Pati termasuk dalam kategori baik (73.3%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa konselor di SMPN se-Kabupaten Pati sudah mengimplementasikan layanan konseling kelompok dengan kriteria baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa konselor SMPN se-Kabupaten Pati berkompeten dalam memberikan layanan konseling kelompok yang optimal dan berkualitas. The purpose of this research is to obtain information on group counseling services implementations at Junior High School in Pati. Type of this research is descriptive research. This research was carried out at Junior High School in Pati with number of subjects 40 counselors. Data collection used in this research is questionaire. Data analysis was using a descriptive percentage. Results of this research show that implementation of counseling technique accross Pati is in upright category (73,3%). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the counselor at Junior High School in Pati already implementing group counseling with good criteria.This suggests that the counselor at Junior High School in Pati competent in providing optimal group counseling services and qualified.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted  based on phenomena that occur in grade  X  SMK  N 7 Semarang that has breach of discipline. The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence about the contribution of moral intelligence and interpersonal intelligence against discipline in complying with the code of conduct of the school. This research is ex-post facto research. This research was conducted at SMK N 7 Semarang grade X, with 176 student subjects. Data collection methods used the scale of psychology. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that moral intelligence partially has positive correlation to the discipline in complying with the code of conduct of the school (rparsial = .357, p<.01) . Interpersonal intelligence partially has positive correlation (rparsial = .279, p<.01) . And next, moral intelligence and interpersonal intelligence together contribute to the discipline in complying with the code of conduct of the school of 55,3%. During the action, it shows the moral intelligence and interpersonal intelligence contribute to discipline in complying with the conduct of the school.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik Gamestorming dan teknik Token Economy terhadap peningkatan kreativitas siswa kelas VII SMP Islam Diponegoro serta untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas antara kedua teknik tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. Populasi adalah siswa SMP Islam Diponegoro. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen skala penilaian kreativitas. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok baik dengan teknik gamestorming maupun teknik token economy efektif untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa. Namun, teknik Gamestorming mampu meningkatkan kreativitas secara lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan teknik token economy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran umum pelaksanaan layanan konseling kelompok dan dampaknya terhadap self-esteem siswa SMA, (2) menghasilkan model konseling kelompok dengan teknik spirituality cognitive restructuring, dan (3) menguji efektivitas model konseling kelompok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D dengan langkah sebagai berikut: (1) persiapan pengembangan model, (2) merumuskan model hipotetik, (3) uji kelayakan model hipotetik, (4) revisi model hipotetik, (5) uji lapangan terbatas, (6) revisi model dan terumuskan model akhir, dan (7) uji keefektifan model akhir. Hasil penelitian ini, yakni (1) konseling kelompok telah dilaksanakan tetapi kurang efektif dan self-esteem siswa perlu ditingkatkan, (2) menghasilkan model konseling kelompok, dan (3) model konseling kelompok dengan teknik spirituality-cognitive restructuring efektif dalam meningkatkan self-esteem siswa. The purpose of this study were (1) to describe the implementation of  group counseling services and its impact on students’ self-esteem for Senior High School students, (2) to produce the model of group counseling with technique of spirituality cognitive restructuring, and (3) to test the effectiveness of the model. This study applied research and development (R & D) method in following steps: (1) preparation of model development, (2) formulating hypothetical model, (3) test the feasibility of hypothetical model, (4) revision hypothetical model, (5) preliminary field test, (6) revision model and formulating the final model, and (7) testing the effectiveness of the final model. This study result were: (1) group counseling have been implemented in school but it had less effective impact for students’ self-esteem, so that students’ self-esteem need to be improved, (2) the model of group counseling with spirituality cognitive restructuring for improving students’ self-esteem have been produced, and (3) the model were effective in increasing students’ self-esteem.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian: (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan layanan konseling di sekolah, (2) mengetahui kondisi obyektif tingkat efikasi diri siswa terhadap perilaku berisiko merokok, (3) menghasilkan model layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik pengelolaan diri untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri terhadap perilaku berisiko merokok, dan (4) mengetahui efektifitas model layanan konseling kelompok yang dikembangkan. Desain penelitian research and development (R&D) diaplikasikan dengan langkah-langkah: (1) kajian potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi desain, dan (6) uji coba produk. Desain one group pretest-posttest digunakan untuk menguji efektivitas model. Instrumen penelitian mencakup pedoman obervasi, wawancara dan skala efikasi diri. Hasil penelitian (1) pelaksanaan layanan konseling kelompok belum memadai dalam mengembangkan aspek personal siswa. (2) profil efikasi diri terhadap perilaku berisiko merokok sebagian besar berkategori sedang, (3) hasil pengembangan model layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik pengelolaan diri, mencakup: rasional, visi dan misi, tujuan, isi layanan, dukungan sistem, dan prosedur pelaksanaan, (4) hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan adanya peningkatan secara signifikan rata-rata skor efikasi diri (14,9%) dari pretest (58,65%) menjadi skor posttest (72,16%) (t (7) = -5,592, p < ,01). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik pengelolaan diri efektif untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa terhadap perilaku berisiko merokok. The purposes of this study were to: (1) investigate the implementation of counseling services at school, (2) investigate the objective condition of the student self-efficacy level of smoking risk behaviors, (3) produce models of group counseling services with self-management techniques to improve self efficacy at smoking risk behavior, and (4) determine the effectiveness of the model group counseling developed. Design of research and development (R & D) was applied in the following steps: (1) study the potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) the design of the product, (4) design validation, (5) design revisions, and (6) the effectivity test of the model. The experiment procedur with pretast one-group posttest design was implemented to test the effectivity product. The instruments include guidelines for observation, interview and self-efficacy scale. The results of the study are (1) the implementation of group counseling services was not adequate to develop students’ personal aspects. (2) profiles self-efficacy of risk behavior of smoke were categorized as medium, (3) the produced model of group counseling with the techniques of self-management was consist of: rational, vision and mission, objectives, content services, system support, and implementation procedures, (4) the effectiveness showed a significant increase of self-efficacy (14.9%), namely from pretest (58.65%) to posttest (72.16%) (72,16%) (t (7) = -5,592, p < ,01). The results of present study proved that the group counseling with self-management techniques effective to improve students' self efficacy of smoking risk behavior.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship merupakan aspek penting yang harus dimiliki setiap individu untuk meraih kesuksesan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model bimbingan kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam untuk meningkatkan entrepreneurship siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 8 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian berupa model bimbingan kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam untuk meningkatkan entrepreneurship siswa yang berisi: (1) rasional; (2) visi dan misi; (3) tujuan; (4) isi bimbingan kelompok; (5) tahapan pelaksanaan; (6) dukungan sistem; dan (7) evaluasi dan tindak lanjut, serta dilengkapi dengan panduan pelaksanaan model. Hasil uji lapangan sebelum diberi perlakuan (pre test) dan setelah diberi perlakuan (post test) mengalami peningkatan sebesar 26,77 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model bimbingan kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam efektif untuk meningkatkan entrepreneurship siswa. Entrepreneurship is an important aspect that should be owned by every individual to achieve success in life. The purpose of this study was for producing the model of group guidance based on the Islamic economics values ​​to improve students’ entrepreneurship. The research and development design was implemented in present study amd a total of 8 students who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study was the model of group guidance based on the Islamic economics values ​​to improve students’ entrepreneurship which the content consists of (1) rational; (2) the vision and mission; (3) objectives; (4) the contents of group guidance; (5) stages of implementation; (6) the system support; and (7) evaluation and follow-up, as well as equipped with models execution manual. The results of field testing showed that the posttest scores were higher than pretest (26.77%). This finding showed that the model developed effectively to improve students’ entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok di SMP Negeri Kota Semarang, (2) mengetahui gambaran tingkat kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa SMP Negeri 40 Semarang, (3) menghasilkan model bimbingan kelompok berbasis prinsip-prinsip komunikasi Islam yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa SMP Negeri di Kota Semarang, serta (4) mengetahui tingkat keefektifan model bimbingan kelompok berbasis prinsip-prinsip komunikasi Islam untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa SMP Negeri 40 Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Research and Development (R&D). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) bimbingan kelompok sudah dilaksanakan, namun belum menginternalisasikan prinsip-prinsip komunikasi Islam, sehingga dipandang belum efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa, (2) tingkat kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa sebelum diberi perlakuan berada pada kategori sedang, (3) model bimbingan kelompok berbasis prinsip-prinsip komunikasi Islam untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa terdiri dari rasional, visi dan misi, tujuan, isi bimbingan kelompok, dukungan sistem, tahap-tahap pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut, dan (4) model bimbingan kelompok berbasis prinsip-prinsip komunikasi Islam terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa. The purposes of this study were to: (1) know the description of implementation group guidance services at State Junior High School in Semarang, (2) know the description of level of students’ interpersonal communication skills of 40 Semarang State Junior High School, (3) produce the effective group guidance model based on the Islamic communication principles, and (4) know the level of effectiveness of the group guidance model based on the Islamic communication principles to improve students’ interpersonal communication skills. This study applied Research and Development (R & D) method. The results of this study were: (1) the group guidance has been implemented, but not yet internalized the Islamic communication principles, so it is seen has not been effective to improve students’ interpersonal communication ability, (2) the level of students’ interpersonal communication ability before being treated in the medium category, (3) the group guidance model based on the Islamic communication principles to improve students’ interpersonal communication skills which the contents consists of rational, the vision and mission, objectives, the content of the group guidance, the system support, the stages of implementation, and the evaluation and follow-up, and (4) the group guidance model based on the Islamic communication principles was effective to improve students’ interpersonal communication skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui pelaksanaan konseling kelompok di SMA Negeri Kota Magelang, (2) Mengetahui kondisi obyektif prokrastinasi akademik siswa, (3) menghasilkan model konseling kelompok dengan teknik self regulated learning untuk mengurangi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa, (4) mengetahui efektivitas konseling kelompok dengan teknik self regulated learning untuk mengurangi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa SMA Negeri Kota Magelang. Metode penelitian pengembangan (Researh and Development/R&D) digunakan dalam penelitian ini dalam tahapan yang mencakup: (1) tahap studi pendahuluan, yakni studi  literatur  dan studi lapangan; (2) tahap studi pengembangan, meliputi: analisis konseling kelompok dan desain produk awal pengembangan konseling kelompok, dan (3) tahap evaluasi, untuk menguji keefektifan dan kelayakan konseling kelompok teknik self regulated learning untuk mengurangi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 10 siswa dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Tingkat prokrastinasi akademik siswa mengalami penurunan secara signifikan setelah mengikuti konseling kelompok dengan teknik self regulated learning (t = 6,637, p < .01). Tingkat penurunan prokrastinasi akademik siswa sesudah diberi konseling kelompok dengan teknik self regulated learning sebesar 22%.   The aims of this study were to: (1) assess the implementation of the group counseling service at public senior high schools in Magelang, (2) assess students’ academic procrastination, (3) produce the model of group counseling using self-regulated learning technique to reduce students’ academic procrastination, and (4) investigate the effectiveness of the model of group counseling using self-regulated learning technique for reducing students’ academic procrastination of senior high schools in Magelang. Research and development (R&D) design was applied in the present study several steps, namely (1) step of preliminary study which was conducted by literature study and field study, (2) step of developing study which includes group counseling analysis, designing the hypothetical model of group counseling, and (3) step of evaluation which conducted by assessing effectiveness and feasibility of the products through pre experimental study using one group pretest-posttest design. Ten students was selected using purposive sampling technique. The level of students’ academic procrastination significantly decreased after accept invervention from the Model of Group Counseling Using Self-Regulated Learning Techniques (t = 6,637, p < .01). Students’ procrastination level decrease for 22%.

Abstract

The research focus is to discuss about a leadership of the head madrasah-based quality in Madrasah Aliyah Al Mukmin Muhammadiyah, Tembarak, Temanggung, Central Java. It was used qualitative research. The result shown that the head of the madrasah had a strong desire to realize the vision and mission of the madrasah. He strongly built the quality culture of madrasah based on five principles. There are (1). always being a mukmin and Muslim everywhere and anytime. (2). always friendly in service. (3). having a high professionalism in carrying out administrative duties and adoring the work. (4). creative, dynamic, and innovative in scientific development, and (5). Behave and trustworthy manner, akhlaqul karimah and be role model to other academic community.Abstrak Fokus penelitian adalah untuk membahas tentang kualitas kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Al Mukmin Muhammadiyah, Tembarak, Temanggung, Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah memiliki keinginan yang kuat untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi madrasah. Dia sangat membangun budaya kualitas madrasah berdasarkan lima prinsip. (1). selalu menjadi seorang mukmin dan Muslim di mana saja dan kapan saja. (2). selalu ramah dalam pelayanan. (3). memiliki profesionalisme yang tinggi dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas administrasi dan mengagumi pekerjaan. (4). kreatif, dinamis, dan inovatif dalam pengembangan keilmuan, dan (5). berperilaku dan dapat dipercaya, akhlaqul karimah dan menjadi teladan bagi komunitas akademis lainnya.Â
