Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of experiential marketing and accessibility on interest in repeat visits. The method used in data collection is by observing and distributing online questionnaires to tourists who have visited Green Hill tourism at least once. And the data obtained will be processed using statistical data analysis applications or processed with SPSS. The results of this study state that the experiential marketing and accessibility variables have a significant effect on the variable of interest in revisiting this can be seen from the results of the T test on the experiential marketing variable that is equal to t count 5,829 > t table 2,364 and the accessibility variable also has a significant effect on interest re-visit that is equal to t count 4.162 > t table 2.364.

Abstract

The coffee shops are starting to bloom in Indonesia and are attracting more and more coffee lovers. Coffee shop growth rates also occur in Brebes Regency. Many new coffee shop brands offer new facilities and concepts to the community, especially the Brebes Regency area, so that every coffee shop entrepreneur must know the positioning in order to survive in the competition. The purpose of this study was to determine the mapping of consumer perceptions of the 3 coffee shops included in the research object in Brebes Regency, namely Kelirumology Coffee, Rajaswa Coffee and Warkop 12 based on the attributes of service quality, brand, location, facilities, price, menu diversity, and atmosphere so that useful to know the positioning of the coffee shop. Positioning is determined by reading the perceptual maps generated based on multidimensional scaling (MDS) analysis. The research data were obtained from questionnaires, library research, and direct observation according to the research objectives. The analysis technique uses multidimensional scaling with a sample of 86 respondents from consumers who have visited the 3 coffee shops. The results showed that consumers have their own perception of each brand based on the attributes of service quality, brand, location, facilities, price, menu variety and atmosphere. On the perception map, the coffee shop brand Kelirumologi Kopi leads because it is in quadrant I with positive coordinates in each dimension. Coffee shop brand Warkop 12 is in quadrant III. The Rajaswa Coffee brand is in quadrant IV. The results of the Kelirumologi Coffee coffee shop mapping lead with superior menu diversity, prices and facilities. But Kelirumologi Kopi has a weakness in brand attributes. Rajaswa Coffee coffee shop ranks second with excellence in brand and location attributes. But Rajaswa Coffee has weaknesses in the attributes of service quality and menu variety. Coffee shop Warkop 12 last place with excellence in service quality and atmosphere. And Warkop 12 has weaknesses in the attributes of location and price.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada obyek wisata green hills kecamatan surampog. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara membagikan kuisioner secara online melalui google form kepada responden. Peraturan yang sering di abaikan dalam perusahaan membuat tingkat disiplin menjadi sangat rendah, karyawan sering datang terlambat dan melakukan izin tidak masuk kerja membuat pekerjaan yang ditinggalkan menjadi tanggung jawab karyawan lainnya dan menjadikan beban tinggi yang berakibat pada timbulnya tekanan berlebih dan stres saat bekerja. Hasil pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji Fhitung sebesar 5,829 < 0,05 dengan nilai Sig. 0,005 < 0,05. Dalam uji parsial variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 2,474 > 1,770, hal tersebut dikarenakan jika disiplin kerja semakin tinggi maka kinerja karyawan juga akan semakin naik. Variabel stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 2,348 > 1,770. Tingkat stres harus lebih diperhatikan kembali untuk menjaga kestabilan pada kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee performance at the Green Hills tourism object in the District of Grimpog. The method of data collection is by distributing online questionnaires via google form to respondents. Regulations that are often ignored in the company make the level of discipline very low, employees often arrive late and do not go to work, making the work left the responsibility of other employees and creating a high burden which results in excessive pressure and stress at work. The results of this study state that the variables of work discipline and work stress simultaneously affect employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the Fcount test of 5.829 <0.05 with a Sig value. 0.005 < 0.05. In the partial test, the work discipline variable has an effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.474 > 1.770, this is because if work discipline is higher, employee performance will also increase. The work stress variable has an effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the tcount 2.348 > 1.770. Stress levels should be considered again to maintain stability in employee performance.Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Stress, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstrakDesa merupakan wilayah terendah yang terdapat pada struktur ketatanegaraan indonesia. Desa memiliki usaha yang dikelola oleh pemerintah desa yang biasa disebut Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). BUMDes ini dimiliki oleh hampir semua pemerintahan desa di indonesia khususnya pemerintahan desa Rengaspendawa Larangan Brebes. BUMDes saat ini memiliki beberapa kelemahan khususnya di desa Rengaspendawa, hal tersebut ditunjukan dari lemahnya pengelolaan modal usaha, staf pengurus yang tidak objektif dan ketidaksesuaian usaha yang ada dengan sumber daya alam yang dimiliki desa serta ketidak adaan inovasi dalam menangani permasalahan BUMDes ini. Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan sebuah penelitian untuk menyusun strategi pengembangan dan daya tarik BUMDes maka penelitian ini diberi judul Strategi Pengembangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) oleh Pemerintah Desa Rengaspendawa Kecamatan Larangan Kabupaten Brebes. Hasil yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah menentukan faktor pendukung dan penghambat BUMDes serta upaya apa saya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan BUMDes oleh pemerintah desa Rengaspendawa.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Usaha Milik Desa

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu usaha atau organisasi yang memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat umum antara lain adalah Hotel Anggraeni Brebes. Layanan ini meliputi penginapan, pengiriman makanan dan minuman, layanan kamar, ruang pertemuan, dan banyak lagi. Lokasi cabang Hotel Anggraeni dapat ditemukan di Tanjung, Bumiayu, Keuntungan, dan Jatibarang, di antara tempat-tempat lain di Kabupaten Brebes. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kompensasi dan pengembangan karir dengan kinerja karyawan. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam jenis penelitian ini. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan hotel Anggraeni Tanjung dan Jatibarang dengan jumlah sampel 32 orang. Mendistribusikan survei kepada responden secara langsung atau menggunakan formulir Google adalah cara pengumpulan data. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Signifikansi pengaruh x1 terhadap Y adalah 0,000 0,05 dan t-hitung sebesar 8,399 menurut t-tabel 2,042. 2) Pengembangan karir berpengaruh besar dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diketahui tingkat signifikansi pengaruh x2 terhadap Y adalah 0,000 0,05 dan t-hitung sebesar 4,495. Kompensasi dan peningkatan karir berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (lihat FTabel 3.32). Diketahui nilai hitung F sebesar 36,237 dan nilai signifikansi pengaruh kompensasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan secara bersamaan adalah 0,000 0,05, dalam F tabel 3.32. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karir dan Kinerja Karyawan Abstract One of the businesses or organizations that provide services to the general public is the Hotel Anggraeni Brebes. These services include lodging, food and beverage delivery, room service, meeting rooms, and more. Hotel Anggraeni branch locations can be found in Tanjung, Bumiayu, Profit, and Jatibarang, among other places in Brebes Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between compensation and career development with employee performance. Quantitative methods are used in this type of research. The subjects of this study were employees of the Anggraeni Tanjung and Jatibarang hotels with a total sample of 32 people. Distributing surveys to respondents directly or using Google forms are ways of collecting data. The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1) Compensation has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The significance of the effect of x1 on Y is 0.000 0.05 and the t-count is 8.399 according to the t-table 2.042. 2) Career development has a large and positive effect on employee performance. It is known that the level of significance of the effect of x2 on Y is 0.000 0.05 and t-count is 4.495. Compensation and career advancement have a significant and positive effect on employee performance (see FTable 3.32). It is known that the calculated F value is 36,237 and the significance value of the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance simultaneously is 0.000 0.05, in F table 3.32.
