Abstract

The rolling stock manufacturing industry, as part of the national strategic sector, is facing global challenges such as technological competition, price pressure, and increasing demands for operational efficiency. In this context, it is essential for PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero), the sole national rolling stock manufacturer, to formulate a business strategy that is both integrated and adaptive. This study aims to analyze the corporate strategy of INKA using the Diamond Strategy framework, which includes five elements: arenas, vehicles, differentiators, staging, and economic logic. A qualitative descriptive approach was conducted with a case study method, utilizing in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature review for data collection. The findings show that INKA's corporate strategy reflects all five elements of the Diamond Strategy, though with varying degrees of effectiveness. The elements of arenas and vehicles are implemented consistently, while staging and economic logic still require improvement in internal integration and resource allocation. These results highlight the importance of a cohesive alignment among strategic elements to enhance the company's global competitiveness. The implications of this study not only contribute to the theoretical development of the Diamond Strategy in the context of state-owned enterprises, but also offer practical recommendations for corporate leaders to build more responsive and sustainable strategies.

Abstract

The rise of green consumerism is a response to environmental issues among consumers. Therefore, it is necessary to examine how prepared companies are to address environmental concerns to influence consumers' purchasing intentions. Several previous studies have concluded that consumer purchasing intentions are influenced by green products, green promotion and green brand image. This quantitative research aims to assess the influence of green products and green promotion on purchase intention with the mediation of green brand image in the context of Fore Coffee, a coffee shop in Malang City. The population of this study are people who live in Malang City and know about the coffee shop. Using nonprobability sampling method and purposive sampling technique, 138 people were selected as the respondents. The results of the data analysis using Partial Least Squares indicate that green products have no significant effect on purchase intention, that green promotion has a significant impact on purchase intention, that green brand image has a significant influence on purchase intention, that green products have a significant effect on green brand image, and that green promotion has a significant impact on green brand image. Furthermore, the results of the mediation test show that green brand image fully mediates the effects of green product on purchase intention and partially mediates the effects of green promotion on purchase intention.

Abstract

Economic volatility in emerging markets presents significant challenges for businesses, small and medium enterprises, in maintaining operational stability and competitiveness. This study aims to explore how sustainable service innovation and financial resilience strategies enable businesses to effectively navigate economic disruptions. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing a systematic literature review of academic journals, books, and industry reports published between 2019 and 2025. The findings reveal that digital platforms and eco-friendly service models enhance customer retention and operational efficiency, while diversified revenue streams and inclusive finance bolster financial stability during times of crisis.
