Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the Effectiveness model of learning Problem Based Learning combined Think Pair Share of critical thinking Skills and Learning Outcomes student. The subjects of the research are class A as the experimental class and class B as the control class. e research subjects are taken with random sampling technique soon after the class homogeneity is accounted. The research design of this thesis is quasi experiment with essay test as the research instrument. The analysis technique used in this research is t-test with the assist from SPSS 16.0 for Windows.The research shows that there is a significant influence exhibited in the average score of the experimental class and control class both in critical and creative thinking abilities. Based on the t-test result on the creative thinking ability, the significance level of critical thinking ability on p-level is 0,011 and the significance level of creative thinking ability on p-level is 0,00. Both p-level data are lower than the significance level 0,05 (p0,05). Therefore, we can draw the conclusion that the PBL and TPS model has certain influence on the critical and creative thinking ability. Student response to the enforceability of PBL learning model TPS on the material combined employment and unemployment as a whole is positive. Similarly, the response of the lecturer for combined PBL learning model TPS is considered quite appropriate when applied to the subject. Keywords: Problem Based Learning combined Think Pair Share, Critical Thinking Skills, Learning Results.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing produk Usaha Mikro Kecil di Desa Suradadi Kabupaten Lombok Timur khususnya. Bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan antara lain mengadakan pelatihan manajemen Usaha, meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam mendesain kemasan dan katalog produk, menerbitknan No-PIRT dan label halal, dan penggunaan internet sebagai media pemasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat inii dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, observasi, serta sosialisasi, dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada skema Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) tahun anggaran 2018 meliputi tahapan pendahuluan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan. Adapun hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan yakni Pelatihan manajemen Usaha, Pelatihan manajemen keuangan, Pelatihan web dan pemasaran, Sosialisasi keamanan pangan dan legalitas usaha, terbitnya PIRT dan label halal untuk produk UKM Rinjani dan Sasakku, Katalog aneka jajanan khas Lombok dan Blog sebagai media pemasaran. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut terbukti sangat membantu mitra dengan memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan, menumbuhkan bahkan meningkatkan jiwa wirausaha, dari segi keamanan usaha pangan olahan lebih aman di konsumsi dan menjamin serta melindungi konsumen terhadap produk halal dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konnsumen, dengan katalog dapat memudahkan konsumen dalam memilih aneka jajanan yang akan di pesan, kemudian adanya blog dapat meningkatkan jaringan pemasaran dan memiliki jaringan yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Terkait dengan adanya perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat saat pandemic seperti saat ini, dimana masyarakat mulai sadar  untuk memilih makanan yang kandungannya lebih sehat untuk menjaga daya tahan tubuh guna mengurangi potensi terinfeksi bakteri atau virus corona, maka sudah seharusnya mitra membuat inovasi aneka produk kue kering khas Lombok sesuai dengan keinginan, kebutuhan, selera dan daya beli masyarakat. Kegiatan Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakasanakan dengan tujuan ingin menciptakan produk aneka kue kering khas Lombok yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, dan pemanfaatan E-Commerce untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan dimasa pandemic covid. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi UKM mitra diantaranya: 1) mitra belum melakukan inovasi aneka kue dengan bahan dasar rimpang dan produk mitra belum memiliki Branding, 2)Teknologi pemasaran belum maksimal dalam memanfaatkan E-commerce. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yaitu: 1)Pelatihan pengembangan produk dan kemasan, serta Branding, 2)Pemanfaatn E-commerce sebagai media pemasaran dan upaya peningkatan omset penjualan. Metode yang dilakukan melalui metode partisipatif dimana peranan anggota kelompok mitra sangat diperlukan dalam memberikan masukan-masukan untuk pelaksananaan sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan yang akan dilakukan yang tentunya sesuai dengan protocol kesehatan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan pendampingan pengolahan aneka kue kering khas Lombok berbahan dasar rimpang menjadi bebarapa varians rasa dengan citra rasa yang khas seperti: nastar,jahe, putrii salju jahe merah dll. Selanjutnya sosialisasi dan pendampingan pentingan Kemasan dan Branding, dan yang terakhir mitra diajari bagaimana memasarkan produk dengan memanfaatkan E-commerce.  Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Pelatihan dan pendampingan Inovasi Produk, e) Memiliki kemasan produk yang kreatif, inovatif serta memenuhi standarisasai keamanan produk. 2) Pemanfaatan Teknologi Pemasaran produk melaui media social facebook.

Abstract

Maximizing the process of economic educationonly through formal educationwould not be sufficient, instead, it needs to be supported by informal economic education. This study is aimed to 1) analyze the forms of Sasak’s local wisdom in family economic education, 2) develop theguidebookfor family economic education that is based on Sasak’s local wisdom as a guide for parents. Samples in this study were amounted to 35 Sasak parents. This study used a mixed-methods approach,observation and in-depth interview were used as the techniqueto analyzethe data of the forms of Sasak’s local wisdom. The Design-Based Research (DBR) development model was used to develop the guidebook for family economic education based on Sasak’s local wisdom. Observation and in-depth interview results of the study found that the forms of Sasak’s local wisdom in the financial management field of family economic education, encompass:1) Itiq, 2) Penunah, 3) Semaiq-maiq, 4),Saling peliwat.The research data of the guidebook developmentof family economic education based on Sasak’s local wisdom were determined as valid, indicated by the percentage of material experts’ judgement that amounted to 80.9%, and 85.33% of design experts’ judgement, which is very valid. The product fulfilled the practicality criteria based on the results of the parent response questionnaire, with a percentage of 83.4%, which means that the product is proper to use

Abstract

This study aims to; 1) knowing the effect of the implementation of the merdeka curriculum on student learning achievement in driving schools in East Lombok, 2) knowing the effect of learning fasilities on student learning achievement in driving schools in East Lombok, 3) knowing the effect of teacher quality on student learning achievement in driving schools in East Lombok, especially in driving schools at the Junior High School (JHS) level. This research is a type of quantitative research using a correlational design. The results of this study show; 1) The implementation of an independent curriculum has a partial influence on student learning achievement. 2) Learning facilities have no partial influence on student achievement. 3) Teacher quality has a partial influence on student learning achievement.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan dalam rangka membangun kemandirian ekonomi bagi siswa kelas XII MA Semaya, Kec. Sikur, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Kegiatan pelatihan kewirausahaan dalam rangka membangun kemandirian ekonomi akan dilakukan dengan cara presentasi, diskusi dan simulasi. Sasaran dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah siswa kelas XII MA Semaya, Kec. Sikur, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Hamzanwadi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh siswa kelas XII MA Semaya, Kec. Sikur, Kabupaten Lombok Timur yaitu; akan mengadakan pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi siswa kelas MA Semaya, Kec. Sikur, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. kesimpulan : a. Para siswa MA Semaya Kec. Sikur Kab. Lombok Timur, sebagai peserta kegiatan pelatihan sangat antusias atau termotivasi untuk berwirausaha. b. Guru pendamping siswa kegiatan pelatihan juga sangat antusias dengan kegiatan ini dan berharap secara bertahap kemauan siswa untuk menghasilkan produk-produk kreasi atau inovatif semakin baik atau tinggi. c. Kegiatan pelatihan ini telah membuka wawasan para siswa MA Semaya Kec. Sikur Kab. Lombok Timur dalam proses pengembangan jiwa berwiausaha, untuk menuju kemandirian ekonomi setelah siswa lulus dari pendidikan advokasi. d. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini perlu dilakukan baik berupa binaan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan, sehingga peserta pendampingan khususnya siswa MA Semaya Kec. Sikur Kab. Lombok Timur dapat menjalankan praktik berwirausaha. Harapan lebih jauh ke depan, dari kegiatan tindaklanjut ini adalah siswa lulusan dari MA ini akan mampu berwirausaha untuk menghasilkan produk-produk inovatif, Beberapa saran yang dapat disampaikan oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan ini antara lain: 1. Pihak Sekolah MA Semaya Kec. Sikur Kab. Lombok Timur, perlu untuk terus meningkatkan jiwa berwirausaha bagi para siswa dengan membentuk klinik-klinik wirausaha, membuat outlet atau membuat e-shopping untuk menjual/memasarkan produk-produk hasil kreasi para siswa. 2. Pihak Sekolah MA Semaya Kec. Sikur Kab. Lombok Timur, secara periodik/berkala mendatangkan entrepreneur-entrepreneur muda sebagai pembicara untuk lebih memotivasi para siswa untuk mengembangkan jiwa berwirausaha. 3. Pihak Sekolah MA Semaya Kec. Sikur Kab. Lombok Timur dapat merintis jaringan (network) ke Perusahaan-perusahaan calon pengguna produk hasil kreasi siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh komitmen guru dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan desain pencarian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model survey. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dari SMK Negeri dan Swasta di Provinsi Jambi. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan analisis faktor eksplorasi, konfirmasi analisis faktor teoritis, dan pemodelan persamaan struktural. Temuan dalam penelitian ini dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru perlu ditingkatkan, seperti; iklim tidak kondusif, sarana dan prasarana kurang memadai, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan pelatihan yang diberikan kepada guru tidak merata.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To partially determine the Influence of Parents' Socioeconomic Status and Economic Literacy on The Consumption Behavior of Hamzanwadi University. 2) To find out whether simultaneously the Socioeconomic Status of Parents and Economic Litration have a significant effect on the Consumption Behavior of Hamzanwadi University. 3) To find out the most dominant factor affecting the Consumption Behavior of Hamzanwadi University. The method used is a quantitative method. The population used in this study are parents and students of Universias Hamzanwadi who have different Parental Economic Status to the Consumption Behavior of Hamzanwadi University and sampling techniquesuses purposive random sampling. Data collection is in the form of distributing questionnaires. The data analysis techniques in this study are classical assumption testing, multiple regressionlinary, and hypothesis testing. The results showed variables (1) Economic Status of Parents (X1) towards Student Consumption Behavior (Y) Economic of Hamzanwadi University. From the results of the study that it has no effect on the Consumption Behavior of Hamzanwadi university both pesially and simultaneously because the Socioeconomic Status of Parents has a sign value of 0.392 > 0.05 and a calculated t value of 0.898 0.05 and a calculated value of 1.089 < 4.044 so it can be concluded that there is no influence of Parents' Socioeconomic Status on Student Consumption. (3) From the two discussions above, the variables of Socioeconomic Status of Old Orag (X1) and Economic Literacy (X2) have no effect either initially and simultaneously on Student Consumption (Y) Study on Economic Education of Hamzanwadi University because in accordance with the results of the researchers above, it shows that the significance value of the Influence of Socioeconomic Status of Parents (X1) and Economic Literacy (X2) on Student Consumer Behavior (Y) is 0.360 > 0.05 and the value of F count 1.147 < 4.044, so it can be concluded that only HO is accepted while H1, H2 and H3 are rejected. This means that there is no significant, partial and simultaneous influence of Socioeconomic Status of Parents (X1) and Economic Literacy (X2) on Student Consumption Behavior (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the Problem Based Learning learning model  based on the reflective pedagogy approach has an effect on improving students' critical thinking skills in economic learning in class X students at MA NW Lenek Lauk. This study is a Quasi Experiment research with a control group design  of randong sampling. The research sample is 23 students for the experimental class and 25 students for the control class. The data collection technique uses tests in the form of Pretest and Posttest questions and uses questionnaires or questionnaires. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is an influence  of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model based on a reflective pedagogical approach on improving the critical thinking ability of grade X students in the independent curriculum for economics subjects at MA NW Lenek Lauk. Data analysis using an independent t test with a significant value of 5 % (0.05) can be obtained  with a sig.( 2-tailed) by 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so  the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model Based on a Reflective Pedagogy Approach has an effect on improving the critical thinking skills of class X students in the Independent Curriculum for Economics Subjects at MA NW Lenek Lauk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Internship and Certified Independent Study (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) Program on Improving Skills and Work Readiness of Hamzanwadi University Students partially with a quantitative correlation research type using primary data sources collected using distributed questionnaires. This population is Hamzanwadi University students who have participated in the Internship and Certified Independent Study (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) batch 1 to 5, as many as 40 samples using random sampling techniques with the slovin formula. Data processing with descriptive statistical analysis techniques, prerequisite tests, simple linear regression tests, and T hypothesis tests. Based on the results of data processing, there is a partial positive influence between the variables of the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) on Improving the Skills of Hamzanwadi University Students with a significance value of 0.019 <0.05, the variables of the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) on the Work Readiness of Hamzanwadi University Students with a significance value of 0.014 <0.05. In the determination coefficient test on the Y1 variable, the results were 13.6% and Y2 obtained results of 14.7%, meaning that the improvement of skills and work readiness can be clarified by the Independent Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) Freedom of Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) variable with the remaining 86.4% and 85.3% which are clarified by the influence of other variables that are not observed and explained in this research
