Abstract

Abstract

In an ATV (All Terrain Vehicle) vehicle, the center of gravity is the point at which the vehicle will be in equilibrium. When the vehicle experiences translational and rotational motion at the same time, then at that time The center of gravity will act as the axis of rotation and the trajectory of motion, from the center of gravity This describes the trajectory of the translational motion. The center of gravity is a point of perfect balance or a center distribution of weight. At this point the gravitational force acts, for objects that are have any shape location center of gravity is searched by calculations, calculations are based on the assumption that we can take some points of the object you want to calculate the center of gravity multiplied by the weight at each point then add up and divide by the total weight at each point. It is said that the center of gravity is also the center of mass near the earth's surface, but for a certain height above the earth center of gravity and center of gravity must be distinguished. The distance from the center of mass when viewed from the side view is 0.42 m from the front axle and 0.48 m from the rear axle. The center of mass distance from the rear view is 0.35 m from the right wheel axis and 0.35 m from the left wheel. The height of the center of mass from the axis of the wheel axle is 0,39 m.

Abstract

The industrial component of industrial equipment is required to have good quality. The elementsor components of a tool must be light but have strong and corrosion-resistant alloys. Testing ofthe materials to be used must be appropriate and in accordance with the needs. There are severalways, one of which is by using a torque testing machine and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). FiniteElement Method (FEM) or commonly called Finite Element Analysis (FEA), is a numericalprocedure that can be used to solve certain engineering problems. Modeling torsion test objectsusing the FEM with a moment 598.0635 N mm, - 598.0635 N mm with respect to vector Xcounterclockwise. The material used is ASTM A 36 with a mass of 0.0163569 kg and a volume of2083.94 mm^3, torsion test analysis using finite element-based software. Based on thesimulation results, it can be seen that the largest stress (maximum stress) occurs in the XZ vectorwith a value of 10.4783 MPa, while the smallest stress (minimum stress) occurs towards the YZvector with a value of 0.15986 MPa. The largest strain (maximum strain) occurred in vector XZwith a value of 0.000068123 ul, while the smallest strain (minimum strain) occurred in vector XXwith a value of 0.00000107672 ul. The safety factor obtained is 0.71, meaning that the value isless than equal to 1 which indicates that the test object is unable to accept the given load.

Abstract

Following up on PKM on purple sweet potato crackers in Padahanten village and seeing the current very rapid development of the service business, with the growth of the service business in Indonesia this has resulted in higher competition, consumers are more selective in buying and choosing the products they need. Therefore, purple sweet potato chips must be able to meet consumer needs. Products that are able to win the competition with competitors need a strategy that can improve services and be able to compete effectively in this increasingly competitive market. Win the competition and keep the business alive, growing and getting as many customers as possible. This can be said to be successful if consumers are satisfied with the performance of a product or service provided by the entrepreneur. According to Lewis & Booms, in Service Management by Fandy Tjiptono (2016) Service quality is defined as a measure of how large the level of service that can be provided in accordance with the level of consumer expectations. In other words, the factors that affect the quality of service are the services expected by consumers, if the service exceeds what is expected by consumers, the quality of service can be said to be good (positive), and vice versa if the service is not in accordance with what is expected by consumers, it can be said that the quality of service is bad. (negative value) Quadrant analysis or Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is a descriptive analysis technique introduced by John A. Martilla and John C. James (1977) cited by Tjiptono and Chandra (2016: 222-223). Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is an analytical technique used to identify what important performance factors must be demonstrated by an organization in meeting the satisfaction of their service users (consumers). Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the analysis of consumer satisfaction on the quality of service in the marketing of purple sweet potato crackers by using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. and promotions. Through these (4P's) attributes, it will be known what influences consumers' desire to visit Padahanten purple sweet potato. The variables that are traced or researched are aspects of reliability (reliability), responsiveness (response), tangible (tangible), assurances (certainty), and empathy (empathy).

Abstract

Rankine cycle efficiency and rankine cycle work process at PT. PG Rajawali II Jati Tujuh Unit Adding knowledge to students about Rankine cycle in steam power generation system. To determine efficiency based on operational data. To know and understand the process of the Rankine cycle. It can be a reference and input for PT, PG Rajawali II Unit Jati Tujuh to see its efficiency. Before going into the field, we must prepare our theory according to the title such as boiler, turbine, condenser, pump example. This is a direct observation of the conditions at PT. PG Rajawali II Unit Jati Tujuh. This step is carried out to find out information about the conditions in the field and the situation where the practical work is carried out. Fractional pressure will not occur in the boiler and condenser, if the working fluid flows through the various components of a simple steam power cycle without irreversibility, and the working fluid will flow through the components at constant pressure. Dry water vapor from the boiler enters the turbine and undergoes a process isentropic expansion of the energy stored in the water vapor is converted into motion energy in the turbine. The water vapor is converted into liquid again so that it can be reused in the cycle process, PT. PG Rajawali II Unit Jati Tujuh on October 11, 2020 had the highest efficiency of 25.20%. October 22, 2020 has the lowest efficiency, which is 22.99%. Before going to the work process of the Rankine cycle, we must really understand the components related to the Rankine cycle, starting from the boiler, turbine, condenser, and pump so that we can understand and understand what the Rankine cycle is. In processing data using a help system, namely with Microsoft Excel with engineering applications, we have to ask those who know better so that in processing data with Microsoft Excel it can be actually clear in calculating it to get the values of pressure and temperature and their efficiency.
