The use of technology on computer devices in the teaching and learning process as a job support plays a very important role in an organization or school. The main function of this technological device is to increase efficiency in learning. Based on the above, Metamedia University lecturers helped find solutions to the above problems by holding community service activities, namely with the theme of using Video Scribe Sparkol as a medium for making assignments and training for SMA 3 Muhammadiyah Padang students. The purpose of this activity is for teachers to be able to make training materials for students, in order to make teaching more interesting, so that students' motivation increases and is able to eliminate boredom and train students' thinking levels from simple thinking to complex thinking. The method used in this training is in the form of lectures, training materials and questions and answers about the use of Scribe Sparkol's video features. The result of this training activity is that it can help students at SMA 3 Muhammadiyah in dealing with increasingly advanced technological developments, especially in maximizing the use of the features contained in the Scribe Sparkol video.

This study explore the psychology of bias experienced stock investors when making an investment decision. The research method used is by an experimental design 2x5 factorial between subject. Researchers conducted manipulation on two different treatment condition (good and regretful experience) to the stock investors which refers to the theory of regret aversion bias. The experiment using a web stock simulation with participans as many as 70 students who were divided according to their risk aversion. Other research instrumen use a questionnaire using a measurement scale of 1-5. The experiment results show that experienced regret affect subsequentthe next investment choices of investors. There was no interaction between experience of regret with investors' risk aversion

This paper presents the results of literature reviews on disaster mitigation preparation during the Pandemic Covid-19 since 2019. Of the 780 articles selected 6 articles on this topic published in national and international journals between Mei 2019 and June 2021 were included in the review. These articles are written in different disaster contexts, including events related to weather (floods and storms), natural disasters (earthquakes and tsunamis), and other events (such as pandemics and terrorist attacks). The main themes that arise include lack of communication between stakeholders, media sensationalism, the importance of choosing the most effective marketing messages, lack of disaster management plans, image damage, and goal reputation, and changes in tourist behavior after a crisis and disaster. This review identifies ways to increase the speed and effectiveness of responses to disasters, the importance of marketing relationships with loyal customers, and the need to quickly improve the image of the goal. Suggestions for future research arising from this review include the urgent need to encourage tourism operators to be involved with crisis readiness and disaster management strategies and the importance of getting a better understanding of consumer responses to disaster events.

The development of information system technology is growing rapidly so that it has an impact on trends that have emerged from the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0. Higher education, one of which is an organization that contributes to educational activities in Indonesia, must be able to adapt to a number of emerging trends, including the trend of Society 5.0. Education which has also penetrated into the Jabal Nur Mosque environment in Padang City SPN needs to understand the roles and strategies that need to be assisted by the Higher Education in dealing with the era of society 5.0, by providing studies on the concepts and processes of society 5.0. The very rapid development of information technology has made websites an inseparable part of an educational institution as well as services for the academic community, lecturers, students and education staff. One of the learning applications used for continuity of learning is E-Assignment. E-Assignment is a learning media application that functions to collect and assess student assignments online. The problem that occurs is that there are still students who are not satisfied with using the E-Assignment application. The aim of this research is to analyze and measure the quality of E-Assignment in the lecture process among Metamedia University students. The method used to measure the quality of the E-Assignment website is WebQual 4.0. This research was carried out by utilizing research instruments based on three groups of WebQual 4.0 indicators and then distributing them to students of the Information Systems study program. WebQual 4.0 is an instrument that assesses the quality of a website from the end user's perspective. The tools and applications used to test the relationship between variables from WebQual 4.0 and user satisfaction are SPSS 20 and Matlab. The research results show that the overall score for the WebQual 4.0 indicator obtained is 69% in the Good category, so that users assess that the E-Assignment application is quality as a web learning medium in higher education. Kampung Akrilik merupakan salah satu dari Kampung Tematik yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah. Kampung Tematik adalah sebuah inovasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk mengatasi kemiskinan dan pemerataan pembangunan. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Kampung Akrilik, tepatnya di ZhaiZha Accesories antara lain belum adanya fasilitas untuk mempromosikan produk kerajinan kampung akrilik dan minimnya pengetahuan pengrajin produk Kampung Akrilik tentang cara mempromosikan produknya di media sosial secara teknik digital. Solusi dari permasalahan ini adalah perlunya dibangun website yang berfungsi untuk pemasaran produk dalam bentuk aplikasi e-commerce. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun aplikasi e-commerce ini adalah Systems Development Life Cycle (SLDC) dengan model waterfall, dengan alat bantu perancangan sistem UML. Metode yang digunakan untuk pemasaran produk adalah metode Cross Selling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi e-commerce yang dapat membantu dalam pemasaran produk kampung akrilik, sekaligus sebagai fasilitas dalam mempromosikan produk melalui media website. The inequality of digital skills is an organizational challenge experienced by public and private organizations to ensure work productivity in work-from-home arrangements during Covid-19. This article aims to elaborate on digital skill development and examine the effects of digital leadership and digital collaboration on digital skill development. This article is based on a cross-sectional study involved 824 office workers from 32 provinces in Indonesia. The combined convenience and snowballing approach were used as the sampling methods. The collected data were structured in the first-order constructs by PLS Structural Equation Modeling. The results revealed that digital skills are significantly influenced directly by digital collaboration and indirectly by digital leadership. For accelerating digital skill development, the superior of office workers should facilitate their team members to collaborate intensively by using digital technology. Further study is recommended to examine the effects of other factors such as work motivation, family support, and availability of digital facility at home, performance management, and perceived organizational support.

Di negara-negara berkembang, permasalahan ketimpangan pendapatan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang dinamis sangat mempengaruhi masalah kemisikinan. Salah satu upaya untuk menangani masalah kemiskinan adalah dengan cara meminimalisir ketimpangan pendapatan. Beberapa kebijakan pemerintah telah berfokus pada redistribusi pendapatan yang harus dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah untuk mendukung keluarga berpenghasilan rendah. Peningkatan ketimpangan pendapatan dikaitkan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Untuk pembangunan ekonomi, ketimpangan pendapatan yang tinggi sangat penting karena mengurangi manfaat pertumbuhan ekonomi bagi masyarakat miskin. Meningkatnya ketimpangan pendapatan dan meluasnya kemiskinan merupakan isu utama dalam proses pembangunan. Tujuan utama sebagian besar kebijakan pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah untuk mengurangi masalah ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan data panel dinamis dan menggunakan data selama 13 tahun dari periode mulai dari 2010 sampai dengan 2022. Dari hasil analisis, tingkat kemiskinan dan pendapatan memiliki kecenderungan menurun. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki peran pertumbuhan ekonomi dan ketimpangan pendapatan dalam pengentasan kemiskinan di Indonesia. Tersirat dari hasil penelitian bahwa pendapatan masyarakat miskin seharusnya tidak menjadi satu-satunya fokus negara untuk mengurangi kemiskinan. Seharusnya, ada kebijakan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan penyediaan fasilitas yang diperlukan dan peningkatan angka harapan hidup untuk mengurangi angka kemiskinan di Indonesia.

Abstrak Permasalahan yang terjadi di Kampung Akrilik adalah belum adanya teknologi pemasaran untuk mempromosikan produk kerajinannya dan minimnya pengetahuan pengrajin tentang teknologi pemasaran untuk produk Kampung Akrilik. Solusi dari permasalahan yang didapat yaitu dengan memberdayakan anggota pengrajin dengan penerapan teknologi dan memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan secara teknis kepada semua anggota dalam menggunakan digital marketing dengan aplikasi e-commerce sebagai strategi pemasaran produk., serta strategi dalam manajemen pemasaran produk untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pemasaran produk ini adalah metode e-WOM dengan aplikasi e-commerce. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi lima tahap, yaitu : identifikasi kebutuhan, pendampingan operasional, sosialisasi dan pelatihan teknologi kepada mitra, pengujian sistem dan tahap implementasi teknologi kepada mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah berupa pemasaran produk secara digital dengan aplikasi e-commerce dalam bentuk website yang nantinya dapat memudahkan pkerajinan dalam pemasaran produk. Berdasarkan hasil kusioner yang diisi oleh para responden, didapat bahwa 89% para anggota pengrajin tidak mengetahui tentang digital marketing, 86% responden menyatakan aplikasi e-commerce sangat menarik dan dan 85% responden menyatakan bermanfaat untuk pemasaran produk dan menambah wawasan. Dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan dan penerapan aplikasi ini dapat menambah wawasan dan peningkatan pengetahuan bagi para anggota pengrajin di kampung akrilik tentang teknologi yang berhubungan dengan digital marketing.

This research analyzes the impact of digital marketing and business management knowledge on the marketing sustainability of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in West Sumatra. Through empirical analysis, this research shows that there is a significant and positive relationship between digital marketing, business management knowledge and marketing sustainability. These findings highlight the important role of digital marketing strategies and knowledge sharing practices in enhancing MSMEs' market presence, customer engagement and overall marketing sustainability. The practical implications for MSMEs include integrating these strategies into their operational activities and investing in training activities for employees. As MSMEs in West Sumatra face an increasingly competitive business landscape, this research provides actionable insights to drive long-term success and resilience of MSMEs.
