Abstract

One of the work units of the Arrisalah Foundation is engaged in social activities that collect funds from the community. Excel application is used in the process of work activities. The use of excel is no longer relevant because of the increasing amount of data, and it is very dependent on the administrator team's thoroughness, precision, skill, and expertise. Searching data and recapitulating reports is also a problem because it takes a long time to process, so an automation process is needed to make work faster and more accurate. This study aims to build a web-based information system using the waterfall model to overcome these problems. The system design process uses UML, and the information system is made using the PHP programming language and Mysql database. The results achieved in this study are that the information system has been successfully created and can automate reports so that the reporting process is faster and easier

Abstract

As a higher education institution, Universitas Boyolali (UBY) has an official website with the address https://uby.ac.id. The main website conveys information to the academic community and the public. Website quality measurement is used as a basis for making improvements, so that website performance and quality are better. One of the methods for website measurement is using the WebQual 4.0 method. WebQual 4.0 Method measures a website's quality and focuses on three main dimensions: usability, information quality, and interaction service quality. This study aims to use the Webqual 4.0 method to measure quality with the website research object owned by Boyolali University, namely https://uby.ac.id. The study used 174 respondents using the non-probability incidental sample method for students, teaching staff, and lecturers at Boyolali University who had visited or accessed the website. The analysis results show that the Usability Dimension gets a percentage value of 78.62%, the Information Quality dimension is 78.22%, and service interaction is 77.75%. These results indicate that a percentage of respondents stated that they were satisfied with the quality of the UBY website.

Abstract

MTs N Fillial Jeblog Klaten is a place of education where supporting the acceptance of new students still takes a long time or is less efficient in determining whether students are declared accepted or rejected. There needs to be a decision support system that helps schools determine whether students are accepted according to school criteria. With a decision support system designed using the profile matching method, this problem can be resolved by using a computer system that applies the profile matching method to the process of admitting new students, which in the process uses national exam scores, mathematics, Indonesian, English and achievement as assessment criteria. and prospective students who register as an alternative.

Abstract

Boyolali Regency, which is geographically located between Mount Merbabu and the still active Mount Merapi, does have high potential as a disaster-prone area. According to data from the Boyolali Regional Disaster Management Agency, during the period from 2022 to 2023, 936 disaster events were recorded in the region. These disasters have a devastating impact on ecosystems and the environment, causing significant material losses, causing psychological disorders, and even threatening human safety. In this context, detecting patterns of disaster events is an important step in disaster mitigation and management efforts. This research was conducted with the aim of understanding patterns of disaster events based on data collected by BPBD Boyolali. The method used is the Naive Bayes algorithm, which has proven to be a powerful tool in data analysis. The results of this research show a high level of accuracy of 92.52%, precision of 92.68%, and recall of 91.64% using the Naive Bayes algorithm. This indicates that the algorithm is effective in recognizing and classifying patterns of disaster events based on existing data. Thus, the results of this research can provide a valuable contribution to the development of an early disaster detection system, as well as assist the authorities in designing more effective mitigation strategies to protect the community and environment in Boyolali Regency.

Abstract

Kecelakaan moda transportasi darat terutama bus tak jarang berakhir memakan korban jiwa. Permasalahan teknis seperti kondisi kelayakan armada yang kurang memadai hendaknya dapat dicegah dengan melakukan pengujian rutin melalui satuan pelayanan terminal. Namun, apabila pengelolaan data hasil pengujian yang dilakukan oleh pihak satuan pelayanan terminal kurang makasimal, maka dapat berpengaruh pada hasil yang kurang optimal pula, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu metode untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. K-Means clustering merupakan salah satu metode analisis cluster unsupervised learning yang mengelompokkan objek menjadi satu atau lebih cluster berdasarkan karakteristiknya. Metode ini dipilih untuk mempermudah pengelolaan informasi sehingga diperoleh data perusahaan otobus mana saja memiliki tingkat kepatuhan terhadap kelayakan operasional yang baik dan tidak baik berdasarkan presentase dari hasil pengujian kelayakan armada. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Rampcheck di Terminal Klaten pada periode 1 Januari 2023 – 31 Mei 2024 yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Rapidminer. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan otobus yang telah melakukan uji kelayakan operasional dapat dibagi menjadi 3 cluster, yaitu perusahaan otobus yang memiliki Tingkat kepatuhan terhadap kelayakan operasional tinggi, perusahaan otobus yang memiliki Tingkat kepatuhan terhadap kelayakan operasional sedang dan perusahaan otobus yang memiliki tingkat kepatuhan terhadap kelayakan operasional rendah. Dengan demikian, dapat membantu pihak terminal klaten dalam menyusun strategi baru dan mengambil tindakan hukum yang lebih efisien terhadap perusahaan otobus yang melakukan pelanggaran guna meningkatkan pelayanan dan manjamin keamanan transportasi darat bagi masyarakat.
