Abstract

This study analyzes How the Food Crops Extension Communications And Holtikulkultura to Increase Rice Production In District Sabak Auh Siak. Given that and see rice production in the district of Sabak Auh decreased 10.010 tons, 8,295 tons to 6,900 tons / year 2015. These numbers show that the rate of production of paddy in the district of Sabak Auh declining and needs to be returned. how communication outreach should be a step and an important role in agricultural programs. The purpose of this study was to determine how communication education, communication methods counseling, and factors inhibiting Communications Extension Department of Food Crops and Horticulture to Increase Rice Production In District Sabak Auh Siak. To analyze this problem researchers use diffusion of innovation theory in accordance with these problems, namely how communication education, communication methods, factors inhibiting agricultural extension communication. The research was conducted at the Food Crops and Horticulture Siak, using qualitative research method descriptive his presentation by purposive sampling technique. In collecting the data the researcher used interview, observation and documentation. Based on informants principal investigator resources in seeing how the communication of extension of Food Crops and Horticulture, communication methods, and also an inhibiting factor this extension communication among other factors communications, human resources. Abstract

Role of the Department of Labor Pekanbaru is informing the labor market to the public in accordance with the qualifications needed by the company, so that the public can obtain the exchange of information and have the opportunity to meet the qualifications required of the company. Public in here are the people who need the information placement and expansion of employment opportunities at the Department of Labor as government agencies who have the duty and function in providing the information needed it. Procedures carried out in the Department of Labor job is to convey information to receive job information from companies that need workers, then paste the information in the form of job advertisements in Pekanbaru City Department of Labor in full accompanied by qualification requirements needed.This study is a qualitative research that is by exposing the whole data obtained from interviews descriptively, all information relating to the object of the study was obtained from the informant study of 10 people that all employees at the Job Agency Affairs at the Department of Labor Pekanbaru.The study states that the Strategy of Development Communicators Placement and Extension of Employment at the Department of Labor Pekanbaru in informing the labor market and the labor market to job seekers, among others: (a). A transmitter of information (Who), the strategy of the Department of Labor is as a medium conveys information to the public labor market. (b). Delivering Information (Say What), the Department of Labor through Section Labour Market Information and Job Fair to take an active role in providing information that is easily understood, understood by the public in connection with the labor market informed. (c). Communication Channels (In Which Channel), the Department of Labor is to disseminate information to the public media / public. (d). Delivering Information kepublik (To Who), the Department of Labor as a medium conveys information about the job market of the company hiring to the public. Abstract

Society's view of Bank Indonesia previously assess just focus on work related to the economy and monetary policy alone makes publicist Bank Indonesia made several strategies to inform the public that Bank Indonesia did not only focus on work related to the economy alone, but Bank Indonesia is also present in all aspects such as, education, tourism, social and cultural rights. Obviously this regard the Bank Indonesia needs to disseminate these programs to the community. One of their regular programs instituted a scholarship program, so that people know who worked on Bank Indonesia was not only related to one aspect only, but many aspects of one of them through the scholarship program of Bank Indonesia Riau Province.The purpose of this study was to determine the communication strategy and Communication Policy Coordination Division of Bank Indonesia Riau Province in disseminating scholarship program. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Technique determines the subject of research using purposive technique for informants inside and outside using a technique to informants accidental. Informants in this study is the manager of the division Coordination and Communication policy of Bank Indonesia Riau province, one person public relations staff of the division Coordination and Communication Policy of Bank Indonesia Riau province, two senior journalists of online media and print, one person academics or lecturers, and two students , Data collection techniques were interviews, observation, and documentation. Interactive data analysis techniques Miles and Huberman. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, the authors used an extension of participation and triangulation.Based on the research that has been done then the author obtained the results to identify the problems first result is a communicator strategy in disseminating scholarship program are employees of the division Coordination and Communication Policy of Bank Indonesia Riau Province. Strategy determination audiences are all special people of Riau province students in Riau and journalists linked to a transmitter of information. Communication message delivered in the form of an informative message is the medium used print media, electronic media, online media, and social media. Then associated with the identification of the latter is a response, in which the response associated with the strategy presented is a positive response from the public.

Abstract

The city of Pekanbaru is one of the fastest growing areas with a growing population every year. One of the great potentials that require special attention from the city government of Pekanbaru is the implementation of parking fees that are managed by the Transportation Office of Pekanbaru City based on the Regional Regulation of Pekanbaru City Number 3 of 2009. Within 3 years there has been an increase and decrease or instability in receipt of Parking Retribution. So that it can be concluded that there have been problems that have an impact on the unstable acceptance of parking fees annually. In this case the researcher focuses on the Communication Strategy of the Department of Transportation in increasing the receipt of parking fees. This study aims to determine the strategy of selecting communicators, audiences, messages and media from the Transportation Office of the City of PekanbaruThis research was conducted at the Transportation Office of the City of Pekanbaru. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, with purposive and snowball techniques. In this study 1 informant was chosen from the Head of the Parking UPTD, 1 informant from the TU Head of Parking Unit UPTD, 1 informant from the Head of Supervisory Team I of the UPTD Parking, 6 informants from the parking attendant and the community selected using accidental sampling. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The technique of checking the validity of the data includes the extension of participation and triangulation.The results of the study indicate that the strategy of the Pekanbaru City Transportation Office in increasing the receipt of parking retribution is the communicator or resource person who conveyed the information is the integrated patrol member of the UPTD Parking who knows best and knows the conditions in the field and the behavior of illegal parking attendants. The target audience is the illegal parking attendant who was netted during the routine patrol of the Transportation Agency. The message delivered was persuasive and carried out directly. Abstract

School periods are very vulnerable and need to be monitored and given counseling about the dangers of juvenile delinquency, namely the process of beginning the teenager itself, namely when stepping on junior high school (SMP). The need for counseling and understanding of the dangers of promiscuity, drugs and other delinquency should be instilled during junior high school. The researcher was interested in knowing the counseling communication held by the Community Development Unit (Satbinmas) Pekanbaru Police carried out coaching and counseling activities on juvenile delinquency at the junior high school level in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this counseling is to find out the selection of communicators on counseling, counseling messages, counseling media, target counseling and the effects of counselingThe research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. This qualitative research aims to explain the phenomenon as deeply as possible through the deep collection of data. Using a purposive technique with interview data collection techniques, observation, documentation, using data analysis techniques, and using data validation techniques to extend participation and triangulation.The source of counseling in this study is the SatBinmas Polresta Pekanbaru, usually the communicator of this counseling, is Aiptu Siregar. Counseling is usually held in schools in the city of Pekanbaru with a time that has been adjusted by the school. Message in counseling held by Sat Binmas Polresta Pekanbaru in Anticipating Juvenile Delinquency is informative and persuasive. In conducting counseling through media seminars presentation is assisted with powerpoint slide media through infocus. Participants or recipients of the Sat Binmas Polresta Pekanbaru counseling about anticipation of juvenile delinquency are school students, parents, and the community. The expected feedback from the counseling on juvenile delinquency anticipation carried out by Sat Binmas Polresta Pekanbaru is the declining percentage of juveniles in Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

Competition in the field of the automotive industry is increasingly tight.Similar products ,price competition, customers are getting smarter in choosing, wants and needs of customers and customer expectations are getting higher.Complaints are feedback that are attributed from customers to the company. PT Agung Automall Kerinci handle customer complaints which is services section and sales section. Handling customer complaints is included in customer relationship activities. The way to handle certainly different in some places like city and village. This research aims to analyze the communication strategy undertaken PT. Agung Automall Kerinci in terms of analyzing constituent/customer, analyze the message, and analyzing the response.This study used qualitative methods, data collectted based on the reality on the ground through observation, interviews, and documentatiois research. Informants of this research took 8 persons which is 1 Customer Relations Coordinator, 1 Sales Supervisor, 2 Advisor service, 1 Pre Delivery Service, and 3 customers who ever submitted complaints using the purposive technique.The study result showed that the communication strategy of PT Agung Automall Kerinci in analyzing constituent is by analyzing how the characteristics of the customers. Ranging from education, jobs, residence environment , the type of their car,to personal privte life of the customers like their tribe nor their origin. As for analyzing the message and completion of the problems are not directly to the core of the problems. The approach was using persuasive approach by giving attention to getting empathy. Communication media in conveying the message by face to face While in analyze customer response is using Customer Satisfaction Level (CSL) survey.and then the company using Focus Group Discussion(FGD), after that they doing follow up. PT Agung Automall Kerinci in the response analyzes customers is with the level of customer satisfaction survey of procurement (CSL) and then going on the company doing the FGD, after that do a follow-up. From resesrcher observation on customer response, disovered that customers are satisfied with the results of performance and service provided by the company, however the customers are less satisfied with equipment which avaliable in PT. Agung Automall Pangkalan Kerinci.

Abstract

The cadre of the Democratic Party Branch Board (DPC) aims to strengthen the party's institution so that the regeneration process must be continuously conducted to strengthen the ties within the Democratic party. Political parties without regeneration will not mean anything. Every political party must have a good regeneration system. A good cadre system is obtained when each related party works together in forming a regeneration pattern. It is therefore necessary for cooperation between the parties who perform the cadre and new members who will join as well as other factors such as materials that form the pattern of thinking and working a cadre in accordance with the goals of the party. This study aims to Know the cadre of the Democratic Party of Pekanbaru City and to know Factors cause cadres moved from other political parties to the democratic party.This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used based on the reality of the field through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study amounted to 6 people, 3 people as members of the Regional House of Representatives Pekanbaru City and 3 more is the Secretary of DPC Democratic Party of Pekanbaru City and Division who occupy the position at DPC Democratic Party Pekanbaru City. Data analysis technique used is interactive data analysis model. While for examination of data validity of researcher use technique of elongation of participation and also triangulation.Based on the results of research that the cadre conducted in DPC Democratic Party of Pekanbaru City to do that is: the envoy from the Democratic Party went to new members for its readiness and see the wishes of candidates for the battle of elections 2014. And then pengkadaren done in DPC Democratic Party Pekanabru City, Competence , Knowledge, Attitude (Behavior). Abstract

This research is motivated by the emergence of one of the programs that harness the power of community empowerment as a partner building company that had the talent and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pelalawan. The program is called program Entreprenuer's Small Medium (SME's), one of the Community Development program of PT. RAPP-related assistance in micro-scale enterprises, small to medium-sized. Program Entreprenuer's Small Medium (SME's) is a partnership mutually beneficial business between small businesses and large businesses along with the coaching and development by large employers, mutual need, benefit and strengthen. Until now, SME's program is still running and growing rapidly.          The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data in this study is divided into two primary data, in the form of interviews and observations. And secondary data, in the form of documentation, archives, as well as a general overview of the location of research in getting from PT. RAPP. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation. In this study, there were 5 people whom the authors took as informants to provide the data that the authors needed. Data analysis techniques in this study are using the Milles and Huberman models and data validity checking techniques that extend participation and triangulation.The results showed that the strategies implemented by PT. RAPP has been quite successful because it has a big impact for the community, especially community development partners of the company. However, in the application of innovation strategy still needs development of creative ideas in order to create a superior program and is better known by the public. Factors supporting the implementation of the program Entreprenuer's Small Medium (SME's): Management, Access Capital and Marketing, Cooperation with the Government, as well as family support. While the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the program Entreprenuer's Small Medium (SME's), namely: Human Resources (HR) and the number of SMEs who do not have a legal operating license.

Abstract

Training is one of the programs that are run by the Hall Practice work (BLK) Pekanbaru. In learning to use the instructional communication instructors on class sewing clothes that are capable of processing the fabric into garments such as kebaya, skirts, aprons, shirts and more. Industry around Soweto even industries that are outside the city are keen to make trainee to become employees. For current alumni trainee sewing clothes is already a lot of work in the industry and Dumai Pekanbaru, Pelalawan, Kuansing, Siak. As for the purpose of this research is to know the methods of learning, media of learning and communication barriers in instructor training courses instructional class sewing clothes at Work Exercise Hall (BLK) Pekanbaru.This research uses qualitative research methods. Research on lakukkan in a work Practice Hall (BLK) Pekanbaru. The selection of done informant with purposive technique. Data collection techniques used during the research is by way of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the validity of data that researchers use is extend participation, triangulation. The results showed that the instructional communication method used by instructors in the sewing clothes class at the Pekanbaru Training Center (BLK) was using the command method, training method / practice, and the question and answer method. While instructional communication media used by instructors in the form of visual media are pictures and whiteboards and media tools. Meanwhile, the instructional communication barriers that occur in the class are sewing clothes in the form of obstacles to the technical media and barriers that come from psychological communicants.

Abstract

Every teacher has hope for improvement of student's learning achievement. Therefore, teachers use instructional communication in order to change student behavior to be a better direction. Instructional communication is an interaction used by teachers in the learning process to improve student achievement in Computer and Engineering skills programs network. The purpose of this research is to know the instructional communication process, methods and instructional media that teachers use when teaching productive subjects.This research uses qualitative research method. Informers at this research are the head of program expertise, teachers, and students on the Computer Network Engineering expertise program. While the object in this study is instructional communication of teachers on Computer Engineering and programming skills Network at Vocational High School Teachers Training Faculty of Labor University of Riau. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. In achieving the validity of data in this study, the authors used extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that instructional instructional process of teacher who taught productive subjects on Computer Engineering programming skills and Network includes content specifications and instructional objectives, early behavioral assessment, the establishment of instructional strategies, the organization of instructional units, and feedback. Instructional communication is done using method lectures, discussions, demonstrations, field trips, experiments, exercises, and problems solving. To support instructional communication to run smoothly, then media of learning are required. The media used by teachers are books, computers, pictures, modules, internet, e-learning, applications, video, projectors, and other tools students need when practicing like utp cable, crimping tool, lan tester, rj45 connector, wireless card, hub, router, switch, cd installation, screwdrivers plus minus, pliers, brushes.Keywords: Instructional Communication, Vocational High School, Engineering Computers and Networks
