Abstract

Partai Persatuan Indonesia (Partai PERINDO) is a newly established political party and has never participated as a participant in the general elections held in Indonesia. The establishment of the Indonesian Persatuan Party (PERINDO Party) started with the establishment of the Association of Indonesian Unity Society (ORMAS PERINDO) officially established on February 23, 2013. Approximately 2 years after the founding of the Persatuan Indonesia Society (ORMAS PERINDO), on February 7, 2015 Persatuan Indonesia (Partai PERINDO) is officially established. The Regional Council of the Partai Persatuan Indonesia (DPD PERINDO Party) Pekanbaru Town which is structurally at the district / city level should not only wait for the communication strategy conducted by the Central Executive Board of the Partai Persatuan Indonesia (DPP PERINDO Party) in the image of Partai Persatuan Indonesia PERINDO) to gain sympathy in the midst of society. The formulation of this research problem, how is the communication strategy of the Regional Leadership Council of the United Indonesia Party (DPD Party PERINDO) in imaging in Pekanbaru City? ". The purpose of this research is to know the communication strategy of Regional Leadership Council of Indonesian Persatuan Party (DPD Party PERINDO) in imaging in Pekanbaru City, and to know the factors that support and obstruct the Regional Leadership Council of Indonesian Persatuan Party (DPD Party PERINDO) in Pekanbaru City. Qualitative research methods. Research location of Regional Leadership Council of United Indonesia Party (DPD PERINDO Party) Pekanbaru City. Primary data sources through interviews as well as secondary data sources. Data analysis techniques were carried out by analysis of interactive analysis models of Miles and Huberman. The targets to be achieved in every activity held by the Regional Leadership Council of the Partai Persatuan Indonesia (DPD PERINDO Party) Pekanbaru City is to run and realize what is desired by members of the Persatuan Indonesia Party (PERINDO Party) in Pekanbaru City, and to get new members of the Party Persatuan Indonesia (Partai PERINDO) in Pekanbaru City. The Regional Leadership Council of Partai Persatuan Indonesia (DPD PERINDO Party) Pekanbaru City uses the means of communicating by holding activities that directly touch to the needs of the community in accordance with the vision and mission of the Persatuan Indonesia Party (PERINDO Party). Each activity begins with the opening of the event containing remarks from the representatives of the board, the government apparatus present, and the competent expert, about the communication strategy of message conveyor credibility. Audience as the recipient of the message from the audience strategy is the general public. The background of the audience knowledge, especially in the field of politics, most of which participate in knowledge activities is enough. This is influenced by the easier information obtained because of the availability of various media. The touch of audiences' feelings is an easy but difficult communication strategy. Selection of media using various activities. The following activities are: providing free ambulance facility, fogging, giving of Indonesian Union Party (PERINDO) selling cart shop for five-time traders, road hoarding, free medical treatment. The supporting factor is having its own secretariat or non-rental property right on Jl. Borobudur Pekanbaru City, and has its own ambulance so that whenever can be utilized. Inhibiting factors are funding conditions, human resource conditions, and archiving of activity documentation. Strategies are tactical, from ideas, planners, to execution of the program is a strategy. Badly connoted imagery is caused by the politician himself. The strategy undertaken by the Persatuan Indonesia Party (PERINDO Party) is the taking of momentum that there is good value then blow-up through the media. Indonesian society is very easy to sympathize to goodness regardless of who the person is and what he has made, so good visible then the perception is good, because that politics is perception.Keywords: communication strategy, imaging

Abstract

In recent years, public trust toward Indonesian National Police decreases, Kapolri Jendral Tito Karnavian makes a programme Grand Strategy 2016-2025, in implementing the programme, Polresta Pekanbaru makes a social programme named Jum’at Barokah, in this programme, Polresta Pekanbaru wants to show the humanism side from the police officers by helping needful people, dhuafa people, orpans and old people by not considering race, religion, and the background. This programme got so much appreciation from several institutes. The aim of this study is to investigate the communicator strategy, public strategy, message plan, media selection, and the respond toward Polresta Pekanbaru in implementing the programme Jum’at Barokah.This study used Qualitative Research by using descriptive method. The technique research subject selection used purposive technique. The informants for this study were 8 people. The data collecting technique was interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was Interaktif Miles dan Huberman. To achive the data validity of this study, the researcher used the extension of participation and triangulation. Based on the study conducted by the researcher, the findings for the first identification of the problem was communicator strategy in implementing the programme Jumat Barokah Polresta Pekanbaru was Kapolresta Pekanbaru Kombes Pol Susanto S.IK. The target selection strategy was the needful people, dhuafa People, orphans, old people and all Pekanbaru people who were supposed the purpose of this programme. Communication message which was delivered was in informative, persuasive and educative message. The media were printed media, online media, website, and social media. Regarding to the last identification of the problem, the repsond, which was the respond was regarding to the strategy was positive respond from the people.Keyword: Communication Strategy, Jum’at Barokah, Polresta Pekanbaru

Abstract

Child Identity Card (KIA) is a card issued by the government to collect data, provide protection, and fulfill the constitutional rights of children in Indonesia. Besides will be a valid identification or proof of self to the child, especially will make children can do public service independently, and meet their needs easily, quickly and cheap, such as education, health, and other social activities. Kampar regency being one of the current Child Identity Card program implementers is based on the largest number of birth certificates in the region.The purpose of this research is to know how communicator strategy, audience strategy, message planning and media selection of Department of Population and Civil Registry in socializing Child Identity Card program. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive analysis. The informant of this research is five people chosen purposively. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Data validity technique used in this research is triangulation and extension of participation. The results obtained show that the strategy communicator conducted by the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Kampar Regency is by first determining the target communicator, determining how to communicate and credibilita ssumber who have the readiness and seriousness in disseminating the Child Identity Card to the community. Then the target audience is divided into 3 segments. Schools, hospitals / clinics, and the general public. Message planning is used directly to the message, through two format of organizing message that is topical format, spatial format and problem solving which then maximize delivery of message with actual message style. The last use of media is done by using mass media which is divided in electronic media and print media so that can reach all layers of society. Abstract

Since 1969, the Government has been doing the emphasis towards the rate of population by means of regulating births, maturation of marrying age, increasing the resilience of families and family welfare program called Family Planning. Based on the achievement of active participants on the Family Planning program in December 2015, men participation only 5.42% of the number of active participants, with details that the amount of participants used MOP contraceptive method are 0.21% and condom method are 5.21%. Based on the data show that Family Planning participants of the men still minor. The purpose of this research is to know the strategies of the introduction of the targets, the selection of media, the purpose of the message and the role of the Communicator which used by The Women, Community And Family Planning Board of Pekanbaru to increase the vasectomy’s users in Pekanbaru city.This research used qualitative methods through the collected data obtained in field through observation, interview and documentation. The informant of this research consists of 7 persons. They are consist of one chair division of The Women, Community And Family Planning Board of Pekanbaru. And four persons are unit work actors, one person from field extension officers and other person from vasectomy’s users which selected through the technique of purposive sampling. To analyze the results of this research writer used the interactive model data analysis techniques, whereas the technique examination validity of the data through the extension of participation and triangulation.The result of the research show that communication strategy of The Women, Community And Family Planning Board in terms of the promotion of target that the whole people especially men in Pekanbaru. The selection of media divided into mass media and direct media. The mass media such as newspapers and radio. Then, direct media through media outreach-extension in the field and opening stand of information. The contents of the message that conveyed by the The Women, Community And Family Planning Board of Pekanbaru are persuasive, educative and informative messages. After contents of the message submitted, the vasectomy’s user will see communicator role in communication that includes attraction of resources and credibility of source.Keywords: Communication strategy, Vasectomy

Abstract

PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia is one of the largest energy companies in the world. This company has a very unique traffic code that applies at Chevron Camp as it stands in stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of traffic outside Chevron Camp and lacks discipline. Chevron Camp's internal traffic regulations can be implemented with discipline by every family of Chevron Camp residents who are said to be effective because of the proper socialization steps from PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia. The aims of  this study are to know the communicator strategy, the audience target, communication message and communication media in the implementation of traffict internal regulation in Camp Chevron Rumbai.This study uses qualitative research methods by means of descriptions in the form of words and language. The subject of this research is the employees of PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia which enforces internal traffic regulations at Camp Chevron Rumbai. Researchers used research informants through key persons, which were 8 formal and informal figures. Data collection techniques by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study refers to the interactive model of Huberman and Miles. The results of this study state that the communicator strategy in conveying the socialization is the Head and Security members of PT CPI. In addition, it also collaborates with the Police and local governments such as Districts and Villages in delivering messages. Audience communication strategy, PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia divides the target audience into two, namely residents of housing in Camp Rumbai and the general public. Communication message strategy, PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia in assessing the objectives of the socialization expects a response from the target audience. To achieve this goal, using media that emphasizes the content of the message conveyed in the form of socialization of the traffic regulations that are applied, calls for obeying the traffic rules in Camp Rumbai and the sanctions that will be given if these regulations are violated. The communication media strategy used in spreading messages uses media in the form of: print media such as the Chevron Bulletin, traffic signs and banners and face-to-face such as socialization to schools both inside Camp Rumbai and outside Camp Rumbai. Keyword: Strategy  Communication, internal traffic , PT.Chevron Pacific Indonesia

Abstract

The district government Indragiri Hulu is one of 303 local governments have partnership with service of aspiration and complaints of the people online program (LAPOR) central and And it’s the first district that socialize and conducted LAPOR in province of Riau. People using program LAPOR in district of Indragiri Hulu were amount of 725 users from throughout the community. The purpose of this research is to know the communicators election strategy, message, media, an effect or feedback, and the completion of the LAPOR systems of the implementation program LAPOR in district of Indragiri Hulu.This research used qualitative approach. The subject of research determined base on technique purposive that comprising head office of Diskominfo Inhu, head of management ICP, head of section for public information management, head of section partnership ICP, functional general staff, and two people students that has been received socialization of LAPOR program. Technique data collection is interview, onservation, and documentation. Technique analysis data is data of reduction, presentation of data, and conclusion. Technique is the extension of participation and triangulation.The research result showed that strategy Diskominfo Inhu in the implementation of program LAPOR is the communicators or the source of information that convey information about the program LAPOR work at the LAPOR central and administrator district that has been received training of program LAPOR. The message was using sentence informative, persuasive, educational, and obvious. The media that in use is the printed media, electronic media such as radio, and new media like online media and social media. An effect or feedback is being able to benefit and help people in doing repert dan reduce the abusing status. The settlement of the problem have been carried out with verify report and disposing to administrator of regional device organization.Keywords: strategy communications, LAPOR

Motor gang many scattered to socialized can not be let off hand and necessary looked for solution or manner to overcome it. In overcome motor gang necessary involvement all sides, one of them Policeman side Resort city Pekanbaru as side that has duty to give security with freshmen for society especially at city Pekanbaru. Efforts that done by Polresta Pekanbaru among others with do communication towards society. In do communication of course has certain strategies by desirable aim. This watchfulness aims to detect to how Policeman communication strategy Resort city Pekanbaru in overcome motor gang, with everything factor that causes the slow Policeman Resort city Pekanbaru in overcome motor gang at city Pekanbaru.This watchfulness uses qualitative method that is data collecting that is got based on fact that pass observation, interview, and documentation. where informant in this watchfulness number 11 person, consist of (Kapolresta Pekanbaru, unit head Binaan Society, a unit Staff Binaan society, traffic unit head, a traffic unit staff, teacher, society, siswa-siswi dang motor gang). Data analysis technique that used in this watchfulness uses data analysis model interactive mills and Huber man, by using data validity audit technic that is extension and triangulating.From watchfulness result demoes that communication strategy that done Policeman Resort city Pekanbaru in overcome motor gang, among others pass to approach persuasive and educative, do agreement, routine raid with does special. Abstract

Regent is a very influential person in a district in building a region, it is this that determines the success or failure to develop an area. Performance and how to determine the success of regents leadership in his tenure. The success of the government (the regents) greatly affects to the image that he had, if the regent images is already not good it will affect to the growth and development of a particular area of the district. In his tenure, the Kuansing Regents doing some policies at the beginning of his reign. Kuansing Regents make policy to fired (layoffs) employees salary in the district Kuansing, this policy absolutely makes people feel very aggrieved. People consider that the regent was only concerned with his own interests and his group. This study aims to determine the leadership image of Regents in District Inuman, Kuansing and to determine the factors that affect to Kuansing Regents’s leadership image.This study used a qualitative descriptive method that based on primary data and secondary data source and use data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. The informants in this study are 14 people. Analysis technique using Miles and Huberman model of interactive data analysis, where the data obtained was then processed to be reduced, thus resulting presented a general conclusion, and data examination techniques using the extension of participation and triangulation, that used to compared between documentation data and the observation results.The results of this study indicate that the leadership image of Kuansing Regents in Inuman district was formed by stimuli, perception, cognition, attitudes, and by his own leadership style. In addition, the leadership image also formed by impressions, beliefs, and attitudes.Keywords: Imagery, leadership, Regent.

Abstract

The Smallholder Oil Palm Rejuvenation Program is a government program in collaboration with oil palm-based companies in Indonesia with the hope of helping the economy of independent smallholders who often experience problems with low oil palm productivity. Kandis Subdistrict is one of the oil palm producing areas that has welcomed the PSR program quite well. However, the community has other problems which are considered to be the source of problems in accelerating the implementation of the people's Oil Palm Rejuvenation program. This study aims to determine how the credibility of the persuader, the channels used, the effects of persuasive communication and the barriers to persuasive communication of Sinarmas.This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted in the District of Kandis. The research subjects consisted of nine (9) informants who were selected through purposive sampling technique. While the research data were obtained through the process of interviewing, observation and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used were data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion and verification. To achieve data validity, the authors used participatory extension and triangulation.The results showed the credibility of the persuader in showing expertise and trust by using a kinship approach and showing it directly during the planting process as is usually done by the core company. Demonstrating good ethics and attitudes will also give a deep impression to the persuadee. Furthermore, there are two persuasive communication messages, namely verbal (clarity and accuracy) and nonverbal (attributes and gestures of the body and voice intonation). In this study the team used personal channels such as in-person or face-to-face socialization, using agent programs to accelerate the dissemination of information about PSR. The next way is to use mass media such as printed media, namely banners, brochures and pamphlets, as well as online media (internet). Furthermore, the effects are divided into three, namely, the cognition effect that is informative for the farming community, then the affective effect is in the form of a feeling of interest in the PSR program after knowing it, the last is the most expected conation effect, namely when the community decides to register their land on the PSR.Keywords: Persuasive communication, PSR, Sinarmas.

Abstract

Riau Women Working Group community development consortium under the auspices of the Foundation Tesso Nilo, funded by (TFCA- Sumatra) with various programs one of Handicrafts. Riau Women Working Group do developing in Pangkalan Gondai village because people squeezed from various parties such as companies, forest areas that prevent people from developing a rural region with deforestation, in addition, economic factors gondai village base left behind from other villages. Then, performed the development community was woven handicrafts. This was done for research purposes (1) Knowing the development of communication strategies Riau Women Working Group in developing the handicrafts woven(2) Knowing the process diffusion of innovations woven crafts (3) Knowing the supporting factors in developing the woven handicrafts.This research used descriptive qualitative method, Diffusion of Innovation Theory of Rogers and Shoemaker. There were some of data collection technique was used ;observation, interview, and documentation. Informants selected with purposive sampling technique that was by selecting informants who have the capacity and ability to provide information needed. Informants consisted of the Director of Women Working Group Lists, Staff Field Base Village Gondai, Head of Women, People who follow woven craft. From these results, the researchers concluded that the development of communication strategies Riau Women Working Group was to use newslater media, catalogs and the internet. Instructional design strategy, with training woven handicrafts. Strategies of participation by sending field staff and marketing to various audiences. 2). The process of diffusion of innovation started the development program Riau Women Working Group based non timber forest products, and convey using media newslater, blogs, and catalogs, as well as interpersonal communication directly to the public, with a term of over three years to villagers pangkalan gondai. 3). Factors supporting in developing skills, attributes of innovation that was used, the type of decision, communication channels, the condition of the social system, the role of agent changing.Keywords: Communication Strategy Development, Riau Women Working Group, Woven In Developing.
