This research aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture on Development mediated by Self Efficacy (Study of Employees of the Gorontalo Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office). The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with the technique taken, namely saturated sampling. The saturated sampling technique means that all members of the population are sampled, so that the sample used in this research is 121 employees. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analytical test tool used to test this research is path analysis. The data analysis method uses the SPSS 27 application.. Based on the path analysis test, the results of this research show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on career development, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on career development, self-efficacy acts as a partial mediation between the relationship between organizational culture and employee career development. In this research, it is explained that the Career Development variable is 77.4% while the remaining 22.6% is influenced by other variables which were not researched and explained in this research.

Purpose: There are many ways to promote a business in the technology era. One of them is promotion and marketing using video content based on social media. Many studies have reported the importance of social media in supporting business marketing. However, few have studied the effectiveness of video content on social media to become increasingly modern applications in recent years. For this reason, we have identified what trends have inspired business people to promote their businesses using videos through social media content.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. After collecting the data and analyzing it involving the data coding system, the core of the data, and concluding, the point is to get answers that answer the problems and enlarged studies with high validity.Findings: This study concluded that social media applications, especially videos, have become a very advanced trend to drive business, especially marketing and promotion because video applications are easy to prepare and attractive to the audience. Thus these results become reference material for further studies.

Desa sebagai satuan pemerintahan terkecil tentunya juga membutuhkan inovasi agar bisa mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sehingganya praktik kepemimpinan yang tepat dapat memacu produktivitas desa. Gaya kepemimpinan paternalistik banyak ditemui di lingkungan masyarakat tradisional. Hal ini mendasari peneliti untuk menganalis apakah kepemimpinan paternalistik dapat mendorong perilaku inovasi pemerintah desa terutama dalam hal ini kepala desa sebagai pemimpin di wilayah tradisional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 kepala desa sebagai responden. Peneliti menggunakan tiga indikator gaya kepemimpinan paternalistik yang mencakup aspek kebajikan, otokratis, dan moralitas. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa dari ketiga indikator, kepala desa di Gorontalo sangat menonjolkan aspek kebajikan, aspek otokratis, dan aspek moralitas. Hal ini disebabkan posisi kepala desa yang berada di tengah masyarakat yang sangat menjunjung nilai-nilai kekeluargaan. Ketiga aspek ini sesuai dengan prinsip mo’odelo sebagai nilai kearifan lokal Gorontalo. Penerapan ketiga aspek kepemimpinan paternalistik juga terbukti berpengaruh pada inovasi manajemen dengan persentase sebesar 18,6%. Inovasi dalam pemerintahan desa terlihat pada aspek praktik, proses, dan struktur manajemen desa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di dinas kesehatan provinsi gorontalo. teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dengan populasi adalah pegawai dinas kesehatan provinsi gorontalo yang diambil sampelnya sebanyak 139 pegawai dengan rumus penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan dalam menguji penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, pengujian hipotesis dan uji regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di dinas kesehatan provinsi gorontalo. variasi variabel dependen (work life balance) dalam menjelaskan variabel dependen (kepuasan kerja) sebesar 0,421 atau 42,1 %.

Dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada hotel sebagai tempat penelitian, karena hotel menjadi unsur utama dalam mendukung sektor pariwisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh green intellectual capital dan green commitment terhadap organizational environment performance. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni dengan metode pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan menggunakan analisis data regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa hotel-hotel di Kota Gorontalo agar lebih memperkuat program pelatihan yang lebih intensif dan komprehensif serta sosialisasi mengenai keberlanjutan, sehingga karyawan dapat lebih mudah memahami dan menerapkan praktik-praktik ramah lingkungan dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari mereka. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui adanya pengaruh positif dari variabel independen yang tidak termasuk dalam Penelitian ini yang mempengaruhi organizational environment performance Pada hotel di Kota Gorontalo sebesar 31,6%, oleh karena itu bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat menambahkan variabel independen lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

This research aims to find out: 1) How the influence of work environment on employee performance at PT ARBA Group Gorontalo, 2) How the influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT ARBA Group Gorontalo, and 3) How the influence of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT ARBA Group Gorontalo. With 35 respondents determined using saturated sampling method. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that: 1) Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with t count> t table, namely 2.718> 2.036. 2) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with t count> t table, namely 4,770> 2,036 and 3) Simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. ARBA Group Gorontalo with f count> f table, namely 38,140> 3,284. With a coefficient determination value of work environment and work discipline of 0.686 or 68.8% strong effect on employee performance at PT. ARBA Group Gorontalo. While 0.314 or 31.4% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Based on the results of the analysis, the results of this study are either partially or simultaneously the variables of experience and work skills are proven to have an influence on career development at the Office of Education and Culture of Gorontalo Province. Partially, work experience has a positive and significant effect on career development, this is based on the results of the Work Experience Variable t test = t count 2.835> t table 1.976 and a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. This shows that if employees have good work experience, employees will have a good opportunity to develop careers. The work skills variable has a positive and significant effect on career development. Based on the results of the X2 t test = t count 2.642> t table 1.976 and a significance value of 0.009 <0.05. Work skills have a positive and significant effect on career development. So that if work skills increase, career development opportunities will increase.

This research aims to determine the effect of Green Human Resource Management Practices on Employee Turnover Mediated by the Work Environment at Bank BRI Gorontalo Branch. The population of this research is contract employees at Bank BRI Gorontalo Branch. The sampling technique taken in this research uses an incidental technique, the number of samples is taken in research using the Slovin formula, namely 66 respondents. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analytical test tool used in testing this research is multiple linear regression. The data analysis method uses the SPSS 22 application. The results of this research show that, (1) Green Human Resources cannot have a significant effect on Employee Turnover at Bank BRI Gorontalo Branch, (2) Green Human Resources can have a significant effect on the Work Environment at Bank BRI Gorontalo Branch , (3) The Work Environment can have a significant effect on Employee Turnover at Bank BRI Gorontalo Branch, (4) The Work Environment can mediate the influence of Green Human Resources on Employee Turnover at Bank BRI Gorontalo Branch.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Tc Damhil Hotel UNG. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif kolerasional dengan jumlah sampel 32 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, kuesioner, dokumtasi serta teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Tc Damhil Hotel UNG. Nilai koefisien determinasi dari model regresi yang telah diperoleh sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,497 atau 49,7% dan sisanya sebesar 50,3% ditentukan oleh faktor lain di luar model yang tidak diteliti. Pengaruh positif dan signifikan mempunyai makna bahwa semakin baik nilai dari variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja, maka akan semakin meningkat pula kepuasan kerja karyawan di TC Damhil Hotel UNG, jika terjadi perubahan pada kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja maka akan terjadi perubahan pada kepuasan kerja karyawan di TC Damhil Hotel UNG pada arah yang sama.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja.

Purpose: Employment plays a pivotal role in driving social and economic development, particularly in Gorontalo Province, which faces significant challenges in integrating university graduates into the labor market. This study focuses on analyzing the influence of internship experiences and social environment on the job readiness of graduates from Universitas Negeri Gorontalo who graduated between 2021 and 2023.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study employed a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis techniques. It involved 1,618 respondents who were graduates of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo from the 2021–2023 period.Findings: The findings indicate that while internship experiences have proven effective in providing relevant practical skills, the role of social networks, such as family and community support, has a more significant influence on graduates' readiness to enter the workforce. The study recommends that universities enhance the quality of internship programs through strategic partnerships with various industries, particularly those experiencing growth. Additionally, strengthening professional social networks for graduates is essential to support their transition into the labor market. Moving forward, further research is encouraged to explore other factors influencing job readiness, enabling more comprehensive and impactful solutions to be developed.
