Abstract

Products with halal certification have become a decisive factor in consumer purchasing decisions, driven by growing public awareness regarding the halal status of food and beverages. This phenomenon aligns with the implementation of the Halal Product Assurance Law that came into effect on October 17, 2019, which is mandatory for all business entities, including large, medium, small, and micro enterprises. In this context, halal supply chains are partly evaluated based on raw materials that comply with halal rules and requirements established by the Indonesian Ulema Council (Majelis Ulama Indonesia / MUI). This situation encourages culinary business operators in Ponorogo Regency to raise awareness about producing food with Halal certification. Satay, as a culinary product with chicken meat as its main component, requires special attention regarding the perspectives of Chicken Slaughterhouse (RPA) business operators on halal certification, given their position as providers of basic ingredients in the production chain. The implementation of these regulations has generated various responses from entrepreneurs, including RPA managers. This study aims to explore the perspectives of RPA managers on the implementation of halal certification in the Ponorogo area and the factors that influence their views. A qualitative approach was applied in this research, with data collection through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The analysis results indicate that external elements play a dominant role in shaping perspectives that subsequently form the basis for individual actions.

Abstract

Patient visits to the Radiology Unit are one of the revenue streams for private hospitals. A decrease in visit volume can raise serious financial concerns, necessitating a clear understanding of the influencing factors so that hospital management can respond with efficient and well-directed strategies. This study aims to analyze how the 3P marketing mix antecendents including people, process, and physical evidence affect revisit intention, with word of mouth acting as a mediating variable, in the context of outpatient services in the Radiology Unit of a private hospital. People, process, and physical evidence are marketing mix factors that are unique to the healthcare service sector. This study is a quantitative study where the data collection method uses a questionnaire filled out by respondents in the study population. There are seven hypothesis lines analyzed using PLS-SEM with data collected from outpatients of the Radiology Unit in a class B private hospital in the city of Depok from November 2024 to February 2025 as many as 182 respondents. The results showed that the physical evidence factor had a positive effect on word of mouth and revisit intention, the process factor had a positive effect on word of mouth but not on revisit intention, and the people factor had no positive effect on either. This study is expected to contribute to the hospital in improving outpatient services in the Radiology Unit.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of physician compliance in the implementation of Clinical Pathways (CP) at Moh Ridwan Meuraksa Class II Hospital, Jakarta. Clinical Pathways function as a clinical care management tool designed to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality of patient services based on scientific evidence and standardized procedures. The research applied a quantitative approach with an observational cross-sectional design through direct observation and the distribution of questionnaires to physicians. The sample consisted of 40 physicians involved in the implementation of CP for five major diagnoses, namely Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI), Severe Preeclampsia, Hypertrophic Tonsils, Femur Fracture, and Cervical Cancer. The research instruments included observation sheets and questionnaires that had been tested for validity (r > 0.361) and reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.857). The findings indicate that overall physician compliance with CP implementation falls into the moderate category (65.8%). The highest compliance occurred in emergency clinical examinations and initial therapy administration, while the lowest compliance appeared in variance documentation and multidisciplinary consultation. The study recommends strengthening training, improving information systems, and integrating CP into Electronic Medical Records to enhance compliance and service quality.

Abstract

Masjid Kiai Muara Ogan perlu melakukan digitalisasi melalui pemanfaatan media digital berbasis website.
