Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the Dhuha Prayer habitual activity in forming the Pancasila Student Character Profile Dimension of Faith and Devotion in Class IV Students at Trengguli 01 Jenawi Karanganyar State Elementary School. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this research were 4th grade students at SD Negeri 01 Trengguli, Jenawi District. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis techniques with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the researcher's data uses source triangulation. The results of this research show that SD Negeri 01 Trengguli has implemented the Pancasila student profile program by holding Dhuha prayer habituation activities carried out by all students. The elements of the dimension of faith and piety that are developed are a.) religious morals, students respect each other between religions, b.) personal morals, students feel confident and disciplined in performing the Duha prayer, c.) human morals, students are taught to collaborate with other friends, d.) morals in nature are accustomed to loving the cleanliness of the school environment, e.) state morals apply the first principle of Pancasila. The obstacle to getting used to Duha prayers is the lack of several facilities that can support the activities of getting used to Duha prayers.

Abstract

The transition to the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia, emphasizing student autonomy and flexible learning pathways, presents an opportunity to explore heutagogical approaches in enhancing autonomous student engagement. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of heutagogy in promoting self-determined learning among students within this curriculum framework. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through surveys and interviews with students and educators, as well as classroom observations. The results indicated that students engaged in heutagogical practices exhibited higher levels of motivation, self-efficacy, and critical thinking skills, with 75 percent reporting increased confidence in managing their learning. Additionally, educators observed improved student participation and collaboration. The main conclusion is that heutagogical approaches significantly contribute to fostering autonomous learning environments, aligning with the goals of the Merdeka Curriculum. This research contributes to the educational field by providing empirical evidence supporting the implementation of heutagogy in national curricula, offering practical insights for educators and policymakers aiming to enhance student engagement and self-directed learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Dimensi Kreatif pada Kurikulum Merdeka Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Giriwoyo Kabupaten Wonogiri Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas dan siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Giriwoyo. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahaan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi teknik dan tiangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas dan inovasi siswa dalam menciptakan ide orisinal terinspirasi dari imajinasi serta pengamatan terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Dengan adanya kebebasan mengeksplorasi lingkungan, siswa mampu menciptakan karya seni dari limbah botol plastik. Guru berperan memberikan dukungan tanpa perlu banyak mengarahkan, sehingga siswa menunjukkan inisiatif mandiri mereka dalam menghasilkan karya seni orisinal dan kemampuan siswa dalam menganalisis, memecahkan masalah, mengambil keputusan, serta mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang mereka hadapi tanpa tergantung pada guru.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve teachers' knowledge and skills in designing and making learning evaluations based on the Merdeka Curriculum. The number of participants was 30 teachers spread across Kepanewon Semin. The training method used is introduction, practice, and implementation. The results of the service that has been carried out are that teachers' skills have improved in designing and making evaluations, both formative and summative assessments. Teachers' skills improved in terms of modifying assessments according to student needs.

Abstract

The implementation of learning that utilizes interactive technology-based learning media is a form of technological development in the world of education. This can help teachers in implementing fun learning. So the role of learning media is becoming increasingly important. Thus, teachers are required to hone their abilities in creating interactive learning media. The creation of learning media can utilize applications. This can be proof that technology can be an intermediary in delivering learning so that learning objectives are maximized. This community service aims to train teachers to create interactive learning media. Thus, learning activities can carry out learning activities more interestingly. This activity is carried out for 1 week. The Community Service Program uses the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method. The PLA method is implemented through three stages of activity, namely socialization, discussion, and practice so that it can increase the involvement of community service participants actively. The results of this community service increase teacher creativity in creating learning media. After the training, teachers became aware that teachers can use all the features on the Canva application for free if accessed with aku belajar.id. The conclusion of this community service is that the Canva application has proven to be a potential tool for improving the quality of learning, as long as it is supported by good resource management in the school environment

Abstract

Lack of activity and learning outcomes in mathematics is due to the learning model applied being less effective, causing students to be less interested in participating in learning. The purpose of this study was to improve the activity and learning outcomes of grade III students in mathematics subjects at SD Negeri 03 Polokarto Sukoharjo. The type of research used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of 2 cycles. The research subjects were 23 students consisting of 13 male students and 10 female students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, documentation, tests, and questionnaires. The instruments used were student observation sheets, teacher observation sheets, test questions, and questionnaires. The indicators of success are the success of student learning activity through a questionnaire of 75% and the indicator of student learning outcomes through a test of 75% of students who meet the KKM 70. The results of the study can show that the Application of the Snowball Throwing Learning Model to Improve the Activity and Learning Outcomes of the Remaining Mathematics Subject of Class III of Elementary School 03 Polokarto, Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency, Academic Year 2024/2025 can be concluded that it can increase student learning activity in mathematics subjects of class III by 47.46% in the pre-cycle, in cycle I it increased by 69.85% and increased again in cycle II by 82.39%. The application of the Snowball Throwing learning model can also improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects of class III with results of 30.43% in the pre-cycle, in cycle I it increased by 65.22% and increased in cycle II by 86.96%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Wordwall educational games on the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN Jenggrik 2 in the ecosystem topic. The research was motivated by low student achievement and the limited use of interactive media in science learning. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design was used. The sample consisted of 27 students in the experimental class and 29 students in the control class. The test instrument consisted of 10 multiple-choice questions that had been validated for reliability. The experimental class applied the PBL model integrated with Wordwall media throughout the learning process, while the control class used conventional lecture-based methods. Data were analyzed using an independent sample t-test with SPSS version 26. Results showed that the experimental class had a mean score of 75.19, higher than the control class with a mean of 62.1. The t-test showed a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. It is concluded that the use of the PBL model assisted by Wordwall has a positive effect on improving student learning outcomes in ecosystem material.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the cooperative learning model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) using crossword puzzle media (TTS) in the IPAS (Integrated Natural Science and Social Studies) lessons for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Alasombo 02. The research used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving both teachers and students. The findings indicate that the TGT model with TTS media successfully created an active and engaging learning environment. The lesson began with a conducive opening, followed by material delivery using interesting PowerPoint slides, and ended with a TGT crossword puzzle tournament. This approach successfully enhanced student engagement in actively and collaboratively understanding the material. Although there were some challenges, such as limited time and technical issues with the projector, overall, this model encouraged students to actively participate, improved their understanding of the material, and developed their social skills and enthusiasm for learning. The provision of rewards further strengthened student motivation. The TGT model with TTS proved effective in creating meaningful and enjoyable learning experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of implementation and the factors that influence the success of the Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) Project in fostering environmental cleanliness awareness through the dimension of mutual cooperation among 4th-grade students at SDN Tepisari 02. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the P5 project at SDN Tepisari 02 was implemented as planned, with students actively participating in environmental cleanliness activities. The mutual cooperation activities, such as cleaning the school, sharing tasks, and maintaining cleanliness, successfully fostered a sense of environmental care and social responsibility. Additionally, this process reinforced the values of mutual cooperation among students, evident in their willingness to help and collaborate within groups. Teachers played a crucial role as facilitators, providing guidance and serving as role models. The study concludes that the implementation of P5 at this school is effective in promoting environmental awareness and mutual cooperation values among students, with strong school policy support and active student involvement.
