Abstract

This study examines the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan Sunggal, Medan. Entrepreneurial orientation, including proactivity, risk-taking, and innovation, plays a critical role in enhancing MSME performance, particularly in product development and market competitiveness. The research uses a quantitative approach, with data collected from 85 MSMEs in the region. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the accuracy and consistency of the instruments. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and MSME development, with an R² value of 0.807, indicating that 80.7% of the variance in MSME development can be explained by entrepreneurial orientation. The results suggest that fostering entrepreneurial qualities such as innovation and risk-taking can significantly boost MSME growth. This finding is consistent with previous research and underscores the importance of cultivating entrepreneurial skills among MSME owners and managers. The study recommends that local governments and business development organizations support entrepreneurial programs to enhance MSME performance. Future research could explore other factors affecting MSME success, such as access to finance, market conditions, and government policies, to gain a broader understanding of the dynamics influencing MSME development.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of the Education 4.0 era necessitates a fundamental transformation in the role of educators from conventional instructors to digital leaders capable of managing change, yet significant challenges persist regarding the readiness of human resources and the existence of rigid organizational cultures that resist technological integration. This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of digital leadership and foster an adaptive organizational culture among educators at Senior High School Bandung Percut Sei Tuan. The implementation method utilized a participatory training approach involving thirty-five educators and administrative staff, encompassing needs assessment surveys, interactive workshops, conflict management simulations, and the formulation of follow-up plans for digital innovation. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated through a comparative analysis of pre-test and post-test scores as well as participant satisfaction assessments. The results indicated a significant increase in cognitive competence, marked by a rise in the average understanding score from 51.4 to 80.1, with the highest improvement observed in the aspect of digital leadership strategies at 62 percent. Qualitatively, the activity successfully minimized teacher resistance to technology and cultivated a culture of intergenerational collaboration through reverse mentoring initiatives. It is concluded that this socialization serves as an effective strategic step in preparing the mental readiness and work culture of the school to face the dynamics of sustainable digital transformation.

Abstract

Keywords: deteksi dini, peningkatan kesadaran, penderita hipertensiEarly detection of hypertension is very important in preventing dangerous further complications. However, in reality, many individuals only find out they have hypertension after complications occur. The low level of public awareness regarding the importance of early detection and management of hypertension is a major challenge in controlling this disease. In addition, although health services for the detection and treatment of hypertension are available in various community health facilities, such as community health centers and posyandu, their utilization by the community is still relatively low. Factors such as lack of information, fear, or ignorance about how to utilize health services often hinder people's access to existing facilities. The aim of this activity is not only to increase public knowledge about hypertension, but also to encourage positive behavioral changes in maintaining health. The public needs to understand that hypertension can be prevented and managed effectively if detected early. Keywords: early detection, increasing awareness, hypertension sufferers
