Abstract

One of the declining levels of corn production is caused by the presence of disease. In addition, the delay in handling due to the lack of experts in the Kutacane area itself, so that it can affect the decline in plant production levels. Therefore, an application is needed to diagnose diseases in corn plants using expert system rules in decision making. In making this web-based expert system application using the KNN (K-Nearest Neighbor) algorithm, where the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is an approach to finding cases by calculating between new cases and old cases, which is based on the leakage of weights from a number of existing features. which can provide convenience in conducting consultations like an expert. This application serves as a tool to identify types of diseases in corn plants and how to overcome them. Users can only input the symptoms experienced by the system, then the system will provide output in the form of types of corn plant diseases and provide solutions based on similarities in previous cases. From this task, the final result can be known the results of the diagnosis of diseases in corn plants through a consultation process quickly and efficiently. Abstract

Stunting is still a serious public health problem in Indonesia, where the prevalence of this condition is 37.2%, up from 35.6% in 2019 and 36.8% in 2020. The length or height of a child who is short (dwarf) is below average for his age. Stunting has a negative impact on IQ deficiencies, infectious diseases, mental health problems, and child development. Toddlers with stunting cases are detected when their growth and development does not match their age, but currently there is no data grouping based on these criteria that is of concern to parents and posyandu cadres. Data can be grouped using the K-Means data mining technique. The K-Means algorithm is often used by researchers as a grouping procedure to ascertain whether children are stunted or not. 395 datasets are used in this research data. The Knowledge Discovery In Databases (KDD) approach, a comprehensive nontrivial procedure for detecting and recognizing patterns in data, underlies this research. Based on the variables of age, weight and height, this study aims to identify groups or clusters of stunting status in children under five. The best number of clusters with K = 2 was determined by the findings of this investigation. There are 392 children in cluster 0-Shanum, Rizka, Nurjanah, and others-and three toddlers in cluster 1-Ezra, M. Abidza, and Abd Mahmud. With a total of 287 stunted toddlers and 108 toddlers with normal development, the most ideal DBI value is 0.007 which is close to 0, this shows that the clusters under review provide quality clusters.

Abstract

Kelurahan Sipagimbar merupakan suatu instansi yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan masyarakat yang pelaksanaannya masih dilakukan secara manual, sering terjadinya permasalahan yang timbul yaitu terjadinya duplikasi data, tercecernya data, tidak terintegrasinya data secara menyeluruh, serta masih kurangnya informasi persyaratan berkas pada saat mengurus surat pengantar atau keterangan, sehingga proses pelayanan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan menyebabkan pelayanan masyarakat kurang efektif dan efisien, apalagi pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dunia industri.Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan pelayanan mutu yang ada pada kantor kelurahan Sipagimbar dalam hal ini dibuatlah sebuah Rancang Bangun Website Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Masyarakat menggunakan Metode pengembangan sistem adalah Metode Prototype dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, alat pengembangan sistem berupa Flowchart, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu memudahkan proses pelayanan administrasi masyarakat dalam permohonan surat pengantar dan keterangan secara online seperti surat izin keramaian, surat keterangan belum menikah, surat keterangan domisili tempat tinggal, surat keterangan izin usaha, surat keterangan izin mendirikan bangunan, surat pengantar pembuatan akte kelahiran, surat keterangan kematian, surat keterangan belum memiliki rumah, surat keterangan Kartu Indonesia Pintar untuk sekolah, surat persyaratan pembuatan Kartu Iindonesia Sehat, surat kepemilikan tanah, surat keterangan cerai ghoib. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam menyampaikan keluhan pelayanan pada keluarahan sipagimbar. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa tampilan web pengaduan masyarakat yang memudahkan masyarakat dan kelurahan dalam proses pelayanan.

Abstract

In the process of administrative modernization, it is necessary to implement an information system that can support all administrative activities in an institution, institution or company. At the Tano Tombangan Angkola District sub-district office, South Tapanuli, there is still a conventional letter archive management method where archive recording is still done using books and stationery. This often causes many problems, such as lost documents, damage or unrecorded documents. In this research, the authors try to develop an application that can record all archives in the agency. Then it will be stored in the database and can be accessed anytime and anywhere. As a result, many benefits are provided to agencies, such as more structured and neat archival data collection. The management system created in this paper is Web-based using PHP.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi dan digital saat ini, pelayanan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat sangat diperlukan. Karena masyarakat sekarang adalah masyarakat yang butuh akan informasi, di mana ruang dan waktu bukanlah penghalang untuk mendapatkan segala informasi yang dibutuhkan. Smart City adalah penerapan konsep kota cerdas dengan pemanfaatan teknologi dan komunikasi untuk mewujudkan pelayanan masyarakat yang lebih baik. Konsep Smart City juga akan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan pemerintahan dalam memanfaatkan data aplikasi, memberikan masukan maupun kritikan secara mudah. Konsep Kota Cerdas (Smart City) yang menjadi isu besar di kota-kota besar di seluruh dunia mendorong peran aktif dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan kota menggunakan pendekatan citizen centric sehingga terjadi interaksi yang lebih dinamis dan erat antara warga dengan penyedia layanan, dalam hal ini adalah Pemerintah Daerah.Empat pilar pembangunan smart city meliputi; Pilar pertama adalah people (pengguna) temasuk karakter dan akhlak, ketaatan terhadap kebijakan (compliance), Pilar kedua adalah mekanisme dan standar pelayanan, termasuk pola hubungan antar stakeholder, mekanisme integrasi layanan publik dan data. Pilar ketiga adalah infrastructure ICT, untuk mengintegrasikan pelayanan dan data (informasi) untuk men-drive semua akses online, media automatisasi seperti infrastrukur jaringan, broadband, data center/cloud, data sharing platform/big data, aplikasi, cctv, dan sebagainya. Pilar keempat adalah struktur kelembagaan smart city untuk melakukan analisator, integrator, evaluator, serta menyelaraskan IT Governance dengan bisnis proses. Kelembagaan smart city akan mengawal keberlanjutan program pembangunan yang telah diinisiasi pemerintah daerah.Kinerja pemerintah dalam melayani masyarakat menjadi semakin meningkat dan memuaskan. Seiring dengan perkembangan globalisasi, aktor dalam hubungan internasional bukan lagi hanya negara akan tetapi semua komponen masyarakat dapat menjadi aktor hubungan internasional tidak terkecuali pemerintah daerah/kota. Peran pemerintah kota sebagai aktor subnasional semakin didorong dan dititikberatkan pada kemampuan dalam menjalin kerjasama internasional. Kerjasama internasional yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah/kota seperti kerjasama sister city (kota kembar).

Abstract

Untuk membangun table routing, setiap routing protocol menjalankan algorithma routing, algorithma routing inilah yang mengatur proses kerja dan karakteristik kerja dari sebuah routing protocol. Jika dikelompokkan berdasarkan algorithma routing yang digunakan maka  protokol routing terbagi menjadi 2 bagian kategori besar yaitu vector routing protocol dan link state routing protocol. Permasalahan terjadi ketika administrator jaringan seringkali kesulitan untuk menentukan jalur terpendek dari sebuah topologi jaringan, protokol routing link state menggunakan algorithma routing SPF (Shortest Path First) atau sering disebut djikstra, memungkinkan pencarian jalur terpendek dari sebuah topologi jaringan untuk mencapai remote network. Dalam mencapai path terpendek algorithma SPF tidak menggunakan jumlah lompatan (houp count) namun algorithma ini menggunakan cost kumulatif dari setiap link antar router untuk mencapai suatu remote network.

Abstract

Advances in technology will run in accordance with advances in science which will get information easily and quickly. This is supported by information and communication technology which is growing rapidly from year to year. An example is in the management of drug data which is considered very important at H. Adam Malik Hospital. Where the possibility of falsification of drug data and not according to the availability of the number and type according to the needs due to the weakness of the system used. Seeing the existing problems is a consideration for choosing a cryptographic algorithm. Cryptography is based on an information coding algorithm that supports the needs of two aspects of information security, namely the protection of the confidentiality of information data and the protection against falsification of information. Rivest Code 4 (RC4) is one of the methods used to encode text messages in securing drug redemption data for research at H.Adam Malik Hospital. Implementation of Cryptography Implementation in Encoding Drug Redemption Data at H. Adam Malik Hospital Using the Rivest Code 4 (RC4) Method, carried out in two processes, namely the encryption process and the decryption process on the drug redemption data, where the original data (plaintext) entered can be encrypted into encoded data (ciphertext) and can be returned to the original data back as before with the decryption process.

Abstract

Processed products of palm sap are cooked for a certain duration of time to produce brown sugar. In general, the community still uses coconut/aren sap water as a raw material for making brown sugar, but currently residents of Pasar Eight village in Air Putih sub-district have made brown sugar using waste palm stems to get the sap water and then mix it with white sugar. The purpose of community service is to increase online marketing and provide education on making brown sugar that is correct and good for health. Brown sugar has its own advantages, but improper processing can harm health in order to gain unilateral benefits. Based on the results of observations when visiting brown sugar craftsmen (partners), information was obtained that the marketing of palm sugar palm sap was carried out online through social media face book and product orders had reached the Pekanbaru area, although not routinely. Therefore community service is carried out by providing outreach to brown sugar craftsmen in order to expand the marketing network which will increase sales, production and profits so as to open jobs for the community. The service method is carried out by observing and interviewing and outreach. It is hoped that the results of PkM activities can increase the knowledge of brown sugar craftsmen about online brown sugar marketing and the quality of brown sugar production and hygiene.

Abstract

Abstract

In the business world, generally users and company owners need something innovative to help support performance and make it easier to use or search for product data. The presence of this website-based internet will make it easier for all groups to be able to access all forms of information, including utilizing this media to be able to connect relationships between customers and the company's products, one of which is ordering bus tickets. Based on the various conveniences and uses that the internet has, a "Use of Information Systems in Ordering and Digitizing Website-Based Bus Tickets" was developed. This system was created with PHP, MySQL and Bootstrap software. This information system is designed to provide convenience in terms of ticket ordering services and obtaining other information needed by custome.
