The number of respondents from tobacco farmers in Situbondo Regency used as a sample is 250. The results of the data from the questionnaire will be processed using a logistic regression analysis tool which is then processed using SPSS. The results of these tests, the results showed that the income variable had a significant negative effect on the welfare level of tobacco farmers with an odd ratio value of Exp (B) of 0.359. The education level variable has no significant positive effect with the odd ratio value of Exp (B) of 1.471. The variable area of ??land has no significant positive effect with the odd ratio value of Exp (B) of 1.951. The variable number of children has a significant negative effect with the odd ratio value of Exp (B) of 0.202. The variable length of work did not have a significant negative effect with the odd ratio value of Exp (B) of 0.729. The value of Nagelkerke's R Square is 0.383, which means that the probability of the welfare level of tobacco farmers is influenced by the independent variables of income, education level, land area, number of children, and length of work of 38.3%, while the remaining 61.7% is explained by the variable other outside the research model.

From the research results, there are two sources of risk, namely production risk and price risk. The highest production risk is characterized by the presence of climate warming, disease attacks, weather changes, limited capital, poor feed quantity and quality, as well as pest attacks. While at-risk prices were marked by a decrease in egg prices and an increase in feed prices. Abstract

Background: The Cassava supply chain starts from raw materials supplied by farmers and then supplied to factories. Given the vast potential of cassava, especially in the processing industry. Aim: Increasing efficiency in the cassava supply chain, industry players actively participate in increasing productivity and reducing problems from upstream to downstream. Setting: Indonesia. Method: Through field survey activities, focus group discussions (FGD), and reviewing various papers and research studies previously published in various journals, books, magazines, and others. Results: The cassava supply chain originates from farmers with several layers of intermediaries. All farmers' supply chains are traded in cassava flour, tapioca flour, or wet cassava, which is the buyer's responsibility starting from pulling, peeling, drying, and packing. Stakeholders generally support the cassava supply chain by ensuring material, information, and cash flow among all stakeholders to maximize profits and involve cassava growers, cassava mills, and distributors. Conclusion: The development of cassava processed food agro-industry is carried out on a home industry scale because it applies simple technology and is carried out by farmer groups and individuals. The cassava supply chain's development will increase added value and increase the income of farmers and the community.
