Abstract

The use of Android phone data frames is growing rapidly in today's world. He is known for his ability to retrieve data quickly and accurately, especially during crises. His one of human information needs is information about medical facilities. The purpose of this article is to provide an Android-based application that helps an individual obtain data from his Tuntungan Public Health Authority in various ways. The method used to improve the framework in this review is his waterfall model consisting of five phases: requirements identification, system design, code preparation, program testing, and program implementation. In addition, program development using Visual Studio Code, Flutter SDK, Mobile Emulator, Mobile Emulator and Firebase integration as information base. During this inspection, the use of the Geographic Information System "GIS" was found to be inadequate. Because the people of Tuntungan ran well according to their ability. This Android-based application system can display a map showing the location of medical facilities on the Internet and detailed information about medical facilities in Tuntugan Province.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Frontliner di PT XXX Medan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metodologi survei melalui kuesioner. Sampelnya terdiri dari 56 Frontliners dari populasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Frontliner, organizational citizhenship behaviour berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Frontliner, dan pelatihan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Frontliner. Selain itu, pengaruh gabungan dari kepuasan kerja, organizational citizhenship behaviour, dan pelatihan ditemukan signifikan terhadap kinerja Frontliner

Abstract

The training activity of making chips for housewives of Silalas village in West Medan conducted at IBBI University is one of the activities of the partnership-based UMKM development program. This training activity was carried out from the presentation and strengthening of material on entrepreneurship and also finance and sanitation for housewives. Activities other than transferring entrepreneurial knowledge and also direct practice of making chips are also a place for friendship and have a positive impact on broadening the horizons of academics. The results of the training activities carried out are expected to increase entrepreneurial interest among housewives and also improve skills to create small businesses and increase family income.

Abstract

This activity is a partnership-based UMKM development program wherethis program provides activities to provide tempe training to housewiveslocated in Silalas Village, West Medan by bringing in resource personswho are UMKM assisted by the UMKM development program who alsoact as mentors for community members, especially mothers. households inthe Silalas Village environment to foster entrepreneurial interest andprovide ideas for business activities that can be carried out so as toimprove the family's economy. Apart from that, the resource person canalso share tips for successfully running a business using enthusiasm,tenacity and perseverance with housewives.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi kewiraisahaan ini merupakan salah satu kegiatan  Hibah program pembinaan UMKM berbasis kemitraan. Pada kegiatan ini, tim  program pembinaan UMKM berbasis kemitraan mengundang  anggota masyarakat di lingkungan SiIlalas Medan khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang berada di lingkungan Universitas IBBI untuk menumbuh kembangkan minat  kewirausahaan, serta memberikan ide-ide untuk kegiatan usaha yang dapat dilakukan oleh mereka sendiri, sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Tim program pembinaan UMKM sebagai narasumber memberikan pemaparan materi tentang kewirausahaan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat kewirausahaan dan juga memberikan  kiat sukses menjalankan usaha dengan bermodalkan semangat, ulet, dan ketekunan.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi pemnfaaan media sosial ini merupakan salah satu kegiatan Hibah program pembinaan UMKM berbasis kemitraan. Pada kegiatan ini, tim program pembinaan UMKM berbasis kemitraan mengundang mengundang UMKM binaan  Universitas IBBI untuk meningkatkan promosi dan  penjualan dengan cara memanfaatkannya untuk menjangkau khalayak yang lebih luas dengan penggunaan media sosial sebagai alat dalam mengembangkan usaha sehingga membuka peluang bagi Usaha Mikro, kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dengan penggunaan media social bertujuan untuk menambah nilai, membantu dan menerbitkan konten yang bagus maka pegikut atau pemirsa (audiens) media sosial kita yang akan bekerja bagi usaha kita.Tim program pembinaan UMKM sebagai narasumber memberikan pemaparan materi tentang pemanfaatan media untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk yang dihasilkan UMKM binaan.

Abstract

Konsultasi Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL) adalah sebuh proses yang dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa suatu kegiatan usaha yang direncanakan pada sebuah lingkungan tidak berdampak negatif dan memenuhi persyaratan hukum yang berlaku untuk mendapatkan izin penyelenggaraan usaha atau kegiatan tersebut. Dalam pembangunan fisik seperti sekolah, proses pembangunan serta operasional lainnya kemungkinan besar akan berpotensi membawa dampak terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Oleh karena itu dengan melakukan kegiatan konsultasi publik terlebih dahulu sebelum pembangunan dan operasional Sekolah Pendidikan Dini dan Dasar Y.P. Putra-Putri Naihongga Cuillienta di Desa Sampali Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang nantinya akan berjalan secara berkelanjutan dan minim dampak terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat sekitar

Abstract

Every year, the Bau Nyale festival always has a unique concept that attracts the attention of domestic and foreign tourists. Tourism has become a leading sector of Central Lombok Regency in order to realize social welfare for its entire community. This can be seen from the program launched by the Regional Government to become a major tourist destination, not only for local tourists but also foreign tourists. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the Bau Nyale festival as an effort to improve the community's economy in the trade and service sector in Selong Belanak beach destination. The research used the descriptive method with qualitative analysis and data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The secondary data were collected from documents and texts related to the research topic, be it books, articles journals, or others. The results of this study show that the contribution of tourist attractions and Bau Nyale festival at Selong Belanak Beach has a natural impact, namely increasing the number of tourist visits and increasing employment opportunities for the community and has an effect on the economic income of the local community. This can lead to new business opportunities and open up job opportunities, the needs of the population are met, control and ownership can be fully held by the community. Village government and regency government must provide support to MSMEs around Selong Belanak Beach by improving facilities to improve the community's economy, further campaign for the cultural tourism by managing various facilities and infrastructure that can facilitate tourists in visiting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand awareness, event sponsorship, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian air minum kemasan merek Aqua di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji determinasi. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 160 pelanggan Aqua di Kota Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, brand awareness memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian air minum kemasan merek Aqua di Kota Medan. Demikian pula, event sponsorship dan kualitas produk masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, variabel brand awareness, event sponsorship, dan kualitas produk bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian air minum kemasan merek Aqua di Kota Medan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya memperkuat brand awareness, mengadakan event sponsorship yang tepat, dan menjaga kualitas produk untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian oleh konsumen.

Abstract

Research related to brand loyalty is important, especially in the period following the Covid-19 pandemic. At that time, many tourism destinations and businesses were destroyed and tended to go bankrupt, so a strategy was needed to revive brand loyalty in tourist destinations in Indonesia which were famous as world tourist destinations. This research aims to provide a tourism marketing perspective with a destination brand experience. The brand experience felt by tourists is a series of efforts, activities or products received by tourists starting when tourists have a desire to travel. This research uses quantitative methods, data collection by questionnaire with a sample of tourists, the range of this research was conducted from January to May 2023 and by using a questionnaire on google form. The number of samples included in this study was 200 respondents, the sample determination was carried out by purposive sampling. Respondent data was analyzed by Structure Equation Model with Smart PLS 4.0. The results of this research found that destination brand experience has a positive effect on destination brand authenticity, destination brand satisfaction, and destination brand loyalty. Meanwhile, destination brand authenticity and destination brand satisfaction have a positive effect on destination brand loyalty. The results of the indirect influence show that destination brand authenticity and destination brand satisfaction mediate the influence of destination brand experience on destination brand loyalty.
