Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, motivation and corporate culture on employee performance CV. Vulkanisir Ban Makmur Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach with the type of explanatory research. The population that was sampled in this study were employees of CV. Vulkanisir Ban Makmur Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai North Sumatra with a total of 68 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out by studying documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis tools used in this study were multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a partial significant test (T test), simultaneous significant testing (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that partially (T test) and simultaneously (F test) it was known that the work environment, motivation and corporate culture had a significant effect on the direction of a positive relationship on employee performance CV. Vulkanisir Ban Makmur Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra. Analysis of the test with the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.556, which means 55.6% of the employee performance factors of CV. Vulkanisir Ban Makmur Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai North Sumatra can be explained by the work environment, motivation and corporate culture, while the remaining 44.4% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Considering the recruitment and selection process for the company is very important to support the success of the company in achieving goals. With selective recruitment and selection will provide value for the company. The quality of the company will also improve better with competent and qualified employees. The discussion in this study is to analyze the labor planning. The results of the analysis on PT. Ganda Saribu Utama Binjai in the implementation of labor planning at PT. Ganda Saribu Utama Binjai is carried out several steps, namely: Job analysis, receiving applicant data, analyzing cover letters that have been sent to the company, conducting new employee acceptance tests, interview calls, reference examinations, and granting decisions on the acceptance of prospective new employees. And there are some obstacles that become obstacles in the company in hiring employees, which among which there are prospective employees who are dishonest, there are prospective employees who are not in accordance with the company's standards, with some obstacles, the company does things that can overcome problems in employee recruitment, starting with the implementation of selection in accordance with company procedures, and making specification adjustments in accordance with company standards.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Service Quality and Servicescape on customer satisfaction at Ayam Penyet Restaurant Jakarta, Sisingamangaraja Branch, Medan. The research method used in this research is quantitative. This research starts from pre-research conducted in January 2022 until March 2022. The data collection techniques used are observation, literature study and questionnaires. The population in this study were 2,902 consumers of Ayam Penyet Restaurant Jakarta Sisingamangaraja Branch, with a total sample of 97 consumers. The type in this research is correlational (Correlational Studies). The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), Coefficient of Determination (R2). Based on the results of the service quality t test obtained tcount > ttable (9,993> 1,985) This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that service quality has a positive and significant influenceon consumer satisfactionChicken Penyet Restaurant Jakarta Sisingamangaraja Branch Medan. The results of the t-test obtained tcount > ttable (2.501> 1.985) It means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted which means service escapehas a positive influence on consumer satisfactionChicken Penyet Restaurant Jakarta Sisingamangaraja Branch Medan. Based on the results of the F (simultaneous) test, it shows that the value of Fcount > Ftable (90.854> 3.09). Thus, service quality and service escape simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Ayam Penyet Restaurant Jakarta, Sisingamangaraja Branch, Medan. The results of the determination coefficient test show that the effect of service quality and servicescape variables on customer satisfaction is 0.659 or 65.9%, while the remaining 34.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
