Abstract

Sekulerisme, merupakan hal yang menunjukan sesuatu yang bersifat keduniawian, sesuatu yang dilawankan dengan selain dunia atau spiritual, dengan kata lain sekuler berarti pemisahan antara dunia dan agama, masalah dunia tetap dijadikan masalah dunia dan masalah spiritual (agama) tetap dijadikan masalah agama. Dengan demikian sekuler adalah sifat melepaskan dunia ini dari agama. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu proses, dan proses ini disebut sekulerisasi. Indonesia sebagai negara yang pluralistik, pada satu sisi memiliki penduduk muslim yang mayoritas meskipun agama lain tumbuh dan berkembang secara dinamis di bumi nusantara ini. Namun di sisi yang lain penegakkan islam sebagai dasar negara sangat sulit untuk diwujudkan. Dalam sejarah Indonesia pemikiran-pemikiran para tokoh Islam untuk menjadikan Islam sebagai azaz negara telah diwacanakan pada awal kemerdekaan Indonesia. Sehingga terjadi polemik yang panjang antara M Natsir dengan Soekarno. Perdebatan ini kemudian berkepanjangan pada siding-sidang kenegaraan yang berimplikasi pada penataan konsep kenegaraan. Sehingga pada tatanan praktis melahirkan konsep kenegaraan yang sekular dimana Islam tidak dijadikan sebagai azas utama dalam penataan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara.

Abstract

Cukup banyak metode yang telah dikemukakan dan dipraktikkan oleh para da‟i dalam menyampaikan dakwah, seperti ceramah, diskusi, bimbingan dan penyluhan, nasihat, panutan dan sebagainya. Dan tentu saja semuanya dapat diterapkan sesuai dengan sistuasi dan kondisi yang dihadapi. Namun demikian, metode bukanlah satu-satunya nyang dapat menetukan tingkat keberhasilan suatu dakwah yang dilakukan, keberhasilan dakwah juga ditunjang dengan berbagai aspek lainnya; seperti kepribadian (kekharismatikan) seorang da‟i, materi yang disampaikan, kondisi objek dakwah (audience), kondisi tempat dan sarana lainnya yang dapat mendukung kegiatan dakwah.

Abstract

In its capacity as social beings, humans tend to relate and interact with their environment. As for social interaction, it is always preceded by social contact and communication. This contact is then followed by processes that are associative or disassociative or opposition. The associative process begins with cooperation then continues with accommodation, assimilation, and acculturation. This research focuses on efforts to portray the harmonization of religious communities in the Wiyoni area of Pesawaran District. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: Social interactions that occur are more directed at dynamic interactions where the occurrence of mutually beneficial two-way interactions that result in associative interactions that are mutually reinforcing. So that this leads to the realization of harmonization in inter-religious life. While the factors that support the occurrence of interaction are mutual respect between one religion to another (Islam and Christianity), support from religious leaders, and ethnically in the village. Wiyono is mostly Javanese who culturally promote culture of mutual respect for each other.

Abstract

As a form of increasing tendency for the spirituality of the people, Indonesia has developed a wide range of orders, among which are the Qadiriyah wa naqsyabandiyah (so that they are included in the Muktabarah order). These orders are a combination of two orders (Qadiriyah and Naqsyabandiyah) performed by Sheikh Ahmad Khatib al-Sambasi al-Jawi, The dissemination of the teachings of the Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah in the Sambas district of West Kalimantan (originally Sheikh Ahmad Khatib al-Sambasi) by his two caliphs, namely Nur al-Din Shaykh of the Philippines and Shaykh Muhammad Sa'ad the original son of Sambas. In Bandar Lampung in particular TQN was held and developed in the Way Halim Bandar Lampung at the Al-Hikmah Boarding Board Foundation led by KH. Muhammad Shobari's father. After doing research using qualitative and quantitative approach (mixed methodes design). research begins with data collection activities and ends with data analysis. In data collection activities are used Quesioner Observation, Interview, documentation and dissemination methods. Once all the required data has been collected, it is analyzed using mixed methodes design. It was further concluded that the pattern of spiritual upliftment was made by the Qadiriyah wan Naqsyabandiyah (TQN) orders led by KH. Muhammad Sobari as chair of the Al-Hikmah Way Halim Bandar Lampung Boarding Foundation is emphasizing on the aspects of fasting and fasting that is practiced on a daily and weekly and monthly basis. In addition, the moral aspect of al-karimah is also a concern that is always taught by KH. Muhammad Sobari, both through the teachings of al-hasanah (in the form of lectures and advice) and through the example of trustworthiness exemplified in everyday life. So the Qadiriyah wan Naqsyabandiyah (TQN) rules are very influential to the spiritual growth of the pilgrims.

Abstract

The existence of religious institutions is a religious social institution that plays an important role in fostering the religious life of the community. The role is evident in the activities of providing education both formal and non-formal, as well as the activeness of religious institutions in charitable activities and fostering religious harmony. The community still feels the great benefits from the role of religious institutions in the formation of religious communities. Because the main task of religious institutions is to foster society with religious values; starting from the pattern of behavior, thoughts, patterns of life, then this will be closely related to the system of community development. Likewise with community development activities; it also seeks to empower people against aspects of life that are felt to be quite weak. The Amil Zakat Institution of the Charitable Area (LAZDAI) in Lampung is engaged in collecting and empowering zakat, infaq, shodakoh, waqf, and fidyah of donors. After conducting research using a qualitative approach, this institution has succeeded in empowering the Islamic community. Zakat funds are not only consumptive in nature, but are also empowered as mustahik business capital funds, scholarship funds, health funds, disaster victims' relief funds, and other social funds. While the inhibiting factors include: the limitations of human resources (HR) which resulted in socialization and information are still not affordable to all corners of Lampung, limited facilities and pre-supporting facilities such as vehicles, limited information facilities, and office facilities that are still minimal .

Abstract

Dakwah management must be carried out in accordance with sociocultural conditions of the concerned society, which is bound to a constant  progress triggered by globalization and the advance of technology, in turn often causing a multi-dimensional crisis. On the basis of this argument, this research is aimed at exploring the ways in which a Muslim adviser (Penyuluh Agama Islam) could effectively play his counselling roles in society. By focusing on a Muslim society in Langkapura, Bandar Lampung, this paper proposes the significant use of local wisdom for every dakwah management. It argues that every religious counselling activity needs to based on a well-constructed synergy between religious teachings and local wisdom of the society in which the activity of dakwah is taking place. By doing this, this research is (expected to be) able to produce a religious counselling model with a local wisdom approach, that may be adapted in another similar context.

Abstract

This article is a study of divine philosophy that more specifically discusses the concept of divinity by Ibn Rushd and Alfred North Whitehead. The method used consists of two stages: concept formation (tashawur) and logical reasoning (tashdiq). Ibn Rushd's epistemological thinking contains certain implications and consequences. First, Ibn Ruyd's concept of two sources of knowledge can encourage a meeting between religion and science, as well as religion and philosophy, but on the other hand it can also give birth to materialistic, secular and even atheistic thoughts, at least the doctrine of "double truths" as happened in Europe in medieval ages. This means that this problem must be watched out for and paid attention to. Alfred North Whitehead's concept of Divinity, is that of God, humans, animals, plants, and inanimate objects. The universal principle is the principle of "process". This principle assumes that every being is essentially determined by how he then appears in the process of becoming himself, reality is not something static, but continues to move and change in an unending process of evolution.

Abstract

Pertanda munculnya “Ingkar Sunnah” sudah ada sejak masa sahabat, ketika Imran bin Hushain (w. 52 H) sedang mengajarkan hadits, seseorang menyela untuk tidak perlu mengajarkannya, tetapi cukup dengan mengerjakan al-Qur’an saja. Menanggapi pernyataan tersebut Imran menjelaskan bahwa “kita tidak bisa membicarakan ibadah (shalat dan zakat misalnya) dengan segala syarat-syaratnya kecuali dengan petunjuk Rasulullah saw. Mendengar penjelasan tersebut, orang itu menyadari kekeliruannya dan berterima kasih kepada Imran. Sikap penampikan atau pengingkaran terhadap sunnah Rasul saw yang dilengkapi dengan argumen pengukuhan baru muncul pada penghujung abad ke-2 Hijriyah pada awal masa Abbasiyah. Pada masa ini bermunculan kelompok ingkar as-sunnah dan diikuti periode-periode berikutnya dengan bermunculan tokoh-tokoh yangmengingkari keberadaan Sunnah. Siapa saja mereka dan bagaimana respon ulama terhadap mereka  akan dibahas dalam tulisan ini.

Abstract

 Abstrak Term “Islam” yang diungkapkan dalam al-Qur’an terdapat 23 ayat yang tersebar pada 13 surat. Dan ungkapan-ungkapan tersebut mengandung makna yang berbeda-beda.Makna yang terkandung dalam kata “Islam” di dalam al-Qur’an diantaranya mengandung makna: Menundukkan wajah, berserah diri, suci bersih, salam sejahtera, perdamaian.Sedangkan kedudukan Islam dalam al-Qur’an antara lain adalah sebagai wahyu ilahi, sebagai agama nabi dan rasul, sebagai hukum-hukum Allah, sebagai jalan yang lurus, sebagai jalan keselamatan dunia dan akhirat, sebagai agama yang benar, sebagai agama yang sempurna.

Abstract

AbstractThis research discusses the history of isra'iliyyat in the tafsir book and what is the law of narrating isra'iliyyat. While in the isra'iliyyat narration there is difference whether it is permissible or not and how the isra'iliyyat narration is contained in the tafsir books. The method used in this research is qualitative literature study (Library Research). The results show that the history of Isra'iliyyat is in accordance with Islamic syari'at, then the truth of Israiliyyat can be recognized and allowed to narrate it. Otherwise if it is contrary to Islamic law, it considered unthrue and may not be narrated, but this is allowed if the position has been explained in the interpretation. On the other hand, if there is no information in the Islamic Sharia regarding the content of israiliyyat, then the step that must be chosen is tawaquf, which is not punishing whether it is true or not.   AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang riwayat isra’iliyyat dalam kitab tafsir serta bagaimana hukum meriwayatkan isra’iliyyat. Dimana dalam periwayatan isra’iliyyat terdapat perbedaan apakah boleh atau tidak serta bagaimana periwayatan isra’iliyyat yang terdapat dalam kitab-kitab tafsir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif studi pustaka (Library Researh). Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa riwayat Isra’iliyyat tersebut sesuai dengan syari’at Islam, maka dapat diakui kebenarannya dan diizinkan untuk meriwayatkannya, sedangkan jika bertentangan dengan syari’at Islam maka didustakan dan tidak boleh diriwayatkan, namun diperbolehkan jika dijelaskan kedudukannya. Adapun jika belum ada keterangan sesuai atau tidaknya dengan Syari’at Islam maka tawaquf di dalamnya, yaitu tidak menghukumi benar atau tidaknya.Kata Kunci: Riwayat Israiliyyat, Tafsir al-Qur’an, Asal usul dan Hukumnya.
