Abstract

The success of an institution or organization is determined by the quality of the componentsand systems in which the components are interconnected, one of which is human resources.To achieve the goals of an organization then what managers need to do is to encourageemployees to work according to what the organization wants. One of them through theprovision of motivation to employees, because with the high work motivation in a person, itwill arise employee morale in the employee who will create a good work productivity. Howworking environment conditions against employee motivation anda how the effects of workenvironment on employee motivation motivation PT BPR. Prisma Dana. This researchincludes quantitative research because the formulation of hypotheses and variabels used istaken from existing theory, tha is work environment theory for insependent variable and workmotivation theory for the dependent variable. Research time is estimated approximately 1month, to obatin the data needed in this study, researchers conductedresearch on PT. BPRPrisma Dana Manado. As for the population in this study are employees of PT. BPR PrismaDana Manado totaling 60 peoples. And i took the sample to be studied amounted to about 30people. Analysis of the data above shows that the work environment has a significant positiveinfluence on the motivation of work PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. This is indicated byseveral tests conducted on work environment variabels. Like t test above. In simple correlationanalysis shows that there is a close relationship between work environment with workmotivation. The results of these studies prove an simultaneously answer the hypothesis thatthere is influence between the work environment on employee motivation in PT. BPR PrismaDana Manado. There is a significant influence between work environment on employee workmotivation PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. By looking at the average achievement of allworking environment indicators achieved, presumably for all employees of PT. Abstract

Common stress is defined as the pressure, tension or unpleasant disturbance that comes from outside a person. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Stress on Employee Performance PT. Bank SulutGo.   Job stress is a condition in which there are one or several factors in the workplace that react with the worker so as to interfere with physiological conditions, and behavior. Job stress will arise when there is a gap between an individual's ability and the demands of his job. Stress is the gap between individual needs and the fulfillment of the environment. Samples taken as many as 60 respondents. Data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analyzed using descriptive research method of research is research that combine anatara qualitative method (descriptive) and quantitative.  In this research, the result of simple correlation shows the relationship or strong influence between stress and achivment variable equal to 0,667% and based on that calculation then sought contribution of variable stress and achievment the result is 44,89%. From result Regression analysis showed that the individual stressor factor has a positive relationship to the employee's work indicated by the variable coefficient where stress affects the decrease of employee achievement and from the calculation results obtained simple regression equation the relationship is positive. The conclusion of this research is to show that respondents are more likely to experience stress so that influence on employee performance, the higher the employee experiencing stress then the performance will decrease. So the authors suggest that companies need to pay attention to and maintain the stability of work stress caused by organizational factors include (physical and work factors, social factors, and organization) and individual factors for employee performance can be optimal so as not to affect employee performance.  Keywords: Stress On Job, Work Achievement

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of marketing mix to the decisionof buyer of Yamaha motor at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado. The influence of the rapiddevelopment of the era makes every company should always do research anddevelopment to always be on a comfortable track. Seeing this, companies need to createbreakthroughs and strategic innovations in order to continue to increase revenue andprofits both quantitatively and qualitatively. PT. Hasjrat Abadi is the exclusivedistributor of Toyota and Yamaha vehicles in eleven leading provinces, parts of centraland eastern Indonesia. Tight competition is mainly happening on Yamaha and Hondafor the top spot. Yamaha motorcycle sales growth in December increased compared toHonda. Therefore, researchers who are interested in taking the title of the research are:"The influence of marketing mix to the decision of Yamaha motorcycle buyer in PTHasjrat Abadi Marketing mix is a combination of four variables or activity which is thecore of marketing company System: product, price, And distribution system (Assauri,2011.) According to Schifman and Kanuk (2007) the decision is the selection of two ormore alternative options In other words, alternative choice must be available to aperson When making a decision Based on the results of research on the product testobtained value (0.00) , The price has value (0,048), whereas place value (0,023) andpromotion is (0,001), the bias is said that all the variables are significant The discussioncan be summarized as follows: Products are partially positive and significantlyinfluence the decision of buyer motor Yamaha in PT Hasjrat Abadi Manado, theproduct is variable te Which affect buyer decisions. Partially positive and significantinfluence decision of Yamaha motorcycle buyer in PT Hasjrat Abadi Manado. Price isthe fourth highest variable. Variables that affect buyer decisions. Place was partiallypositive and significant effect on the decision of Yamaha motorcycle buyers in PT.Hasjrat Abadi Manado. Place is the third highest variable affecting buyer decisions.Promotion partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision ofYamaha motor at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado. Abstract

Retail business spread across the country is experiencing rapid development. Thisdevelopment is due to retail customers who prefer to buy different items in one place. Of themany marketing activities, supermarkets, mini markets and department stores compete to offera variety of shopping facilities ranging from services provided, discounts, payment options,and other facilities to create a sense of satisfaction for customers in shopping. The mainproblem in this research is "What Quality of Service Affects Galaxy Mart CustomerSatisfaction?". This study aims to determine whether the quality of service Galaxy Martinfluence on customer satisfaction. Talking about quality and customer satisfaction iscertainly closely related to marketing. The essence of marketing is to identify and meet theneeds and desires of consumers according to Kotler dan Keller (2016:27) “marketing ismeeting needs profitability” . Similar to retail, it can be understood as all activities involved inthe sale of goods or services directly to the end consumer for personal use rather thanbusiness use.This research type is quantitative research with technique of data analysis byusing interval scale research instrument, validity and reliability test, simple linear regressionequation and hypothesis test. Based on the results of research the influence of QualityCelebration is a variable that does not affect consumer satisfaction Galaxy Mart Supermarket.Based on the results of research hypothesis testing research states that the hypothesis isrejected because the influence of service quality has no effect on customer satisfaction. Then itcan be concluded that Service Quality does not significantly influence Customer Satisfactionthat if performance is below expectations, customer is not satisfied. If its performance meetsthe expectations of satisfied customers. If performance exceeds expectations, customers arevery satisfied or happy. Abstract

The rapid technological developments bring changes in life and its development is inevitable. Is there any influence of work environment to employee performance at PT. Maumbi Expedition Company Manado City. To know the effect of work environment on employee performance, at PT. Maumbi Expedition Company Manado City. Work environment is a place where employees do activities every day. A conducive working environment provides a sense of security and enables employees to work optimally. Performance is a perwujup and work done by employees who are usually in use as a basis for assessment of employees or individuals. To analyze a problem must have to use a method or the right approach so that will in pengajian data process. What if researchers do research on a large population, while researchers want to examine about the population and researchers have limited funding, energy and time, the researchers used sampling techniques, 39 employees at PT. Maumbi mando expedition company. From the results of simple linear regression analysis in the form of the equation obtained Y = 37.35 + 0.12 X. Significantly very strong positive between work environment variables and employee performance variables. Company expedition maumbi manado city to continue to improve employee performance by doing strict supervision so that employees more obey the rules.  Keywords: Work environment, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of brand image oncostumer purchase decision of Telkomsel sim card. This is an associative quantitativeresearch with survey method to collect the data. The population in this research was allstudent at Faculty of Social and Political Science Sam Ratulangi Manado. Sample sizewas selected using slovin formula with total 100 respondents, and analyzed usingcorrelation analysis and simple linier regression. The result revealed that brand imagehad an impact on consumer purchase decision of Telkomsel sim card. This resultrecommends the company to understand the characteristics can be more reflected thebrand image of the costumer. So the more company make the brand image better, themore consumer wull be interested to use the products in that company.

Abstract

promotion is a persuasive, persuasive, urgent, persuasive, convincing communication. The hallmark of persuasive persuasive communication is that there are communicators who plan to organize the news / information and how they are delivered in order to have a certain effect on the attitudes and behavior of the recipient (target audience). Sales is the main purpose of the company's activities. Companies, in producing goods / services, have the ultimate goal of selling goods / services yersebut to the public. Therefore, sales plays an important role for companies to make products that products produced by the company can be sold and provide income for the company. Sales conducted by the company aim to sell the goods / services needed as a source of income to cover all costs in order to earn a profit. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on sales increase in Baliem Arabica Business Cooperative in Jayawijaya Regency. The results of this study using a simple correlation and regression analysis showed that: the promotion has a very significant positive effect on the increase in sales. Thus the hypothesis that there is influence of promotion to increase sales acceptable. Pressure on industi motorcycle Consumer needs anddesires are very multiform against type or brand of motorcycles then request thecommunity againts motorcycles continue to experience increased, therefore, marketinkrekatif and put the market strategy, take advantage of opportunities that arise in themarket related to the desires of the commonity therefore companies should set theprice according to the quality of the product because the price setaffect the quantitysold is because the price of the very influential towards the success of the productsmarketed by the company. The aim in this study is whether there is a connectionbetween the market segmentation with the price of motorbikes and detect otherfactorsthat also affect the market share within the company bike motors. Thisresearch is quantitative reseacrch using a simple linear regression analysisapproach. Engineering data collection done by spreading the questionnaire filled by75 respondents and analyzed using simple regression analysis and use test resultsfrom t. Linear regression analysis is a simple variabel market segmentationneffect against prices. Hypothesis test andresults showedthat thevariables simultaneously influential market segmentation significantly to price. Abstract

The absolute necessity of a strong human resource can not bedenied in facingthis new era. Organization or company will meet a form of competition that is more complexwith variation, intensity and coverage that may not been experienced before. Therefore, organization needs strong people, who can be able to adapt any changes that occur, and able to work in new ways through their skills and duties. Sedermayati (2011:120)said that, placement means assignment of returning employees to new jobs or positions. According to sulistiyani (2011:193) motivation is part of MSDM, in the framework of coaching, development and direction of manpower within an organization. The method that is used in this research is descriptive quantitative with research that searches for the exact facts and interpretation to gain result that can be achieved using the statistics procedure or other ways of quantification (measurement). The results of this study show that replacement and motivation has a very high effect on employee performance, therefore effective performances should be more optimized.The results of this study show that placement and motivation affect the performance employees so that the effectiveness of performance becomes more optimal. The influence of placement and motivation in the relationship of employee performance has a positive impact, because the company is very good attention to the needs of employees.
