Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing digitalization of PT Then, find out the effect on the accident rate after the accident on PT XYZ Hauling Road. This research uses a qualitative approach with a focus on the implementation of digitalization to increase the level of driver compliance and reduce the level of DT accidents on the PT XYZ hauling road. Data was collected through interviews, observation, documentation studies, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results shows that the implementation of camera analytic digitization had a good impact to one of contractors PT XYZ, which is implementing digitalization of camera analytic has been an increase the level of compliance, that shown by decrease the number of violations regarding to overspeed up to 81%. And then, the Incident Frequency Rate (TIFR) from initially above the threshold, namely 13.29, can gradually decrease to 6.16 to below the threshold (7.17) with a decrease of 54%.

Abstract

Abstract: This study uses a quantitative research method with multiple linear regression analysis methods. Data collection through questionnaires using Google Form. The population in this study were all consumers who purchased Lucienne skincare products online with a sample size of 96 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that price and service quality have a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions of Lucienne skincare products. Simultaneously, both price, product quality and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Abstract: Sample selection is a crucial component of research methodology because it determines the extent to which results can be generalized and justified. However, both probability and non-probability sampling have their limitations. Probability sampling excels at generating representative data but requires large costs and a complete sampling frame. Conversely, non-probability sampling is more flexible and resource-efficient but is often questioned for its validity and objectivity. Hybrid sampling emerges as a methodological strategy that combines the strengths of various sampling techniques to minimize their respective weaknesses. This article aims to examine the concept, urgency, and implications of hybrid sampling in contemporary research. The writing is conducted with a systematic literature review (SLR) approach to classical and contemporary methodological literature. The results of the study show that hybrid sampling is able to address population complexity, cost and time efficiency, and the need to balance generalization and depth of information. Its theoretical implication lies in expanding a more adaptive research methodology paradigm, while its practical implications are relevant for academic researchers and practitioners in social, health, and marketing fields. Thus, hybrid sampling is not just an alternative but an increasingly relevant methodological strategy in the modern research era

Abstract

The solid bioslurry fertilizer (sludge) produced by the biogas digester has good quality, but is still less attractive to farmers because it is in bulk form. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out training regarding the granulation of sludge into granular organic fertilizer (POG). The long-term goal of this service is fertilizer independence at the farmer level, through the ability of farmers to process surrounding waste into more practical organic fertilizer. The specific target is that the public knows science and technology related to fertilizer granulation and has skills in granulating fertilizer. The methods used are: coordination of the lecturer team with the community regarding training activities, preparation of raw materials, namely sludge and compost made from sludge-coffee husk, socialization and discussion regarding fertilizer granulation science and technology, training in making POG, and evaluation of activities together with the community. Implementation of service begins with coordinating the lecturer team with the community regarding the implementation of activities, continues with the preparation of raw materials and tools with the assistance of residents and students, implementation of training with assistance from students by inviting pekon officials and the community, ending with an evaluation with the community to determine the sustainability of the program. The community is very interested in creating a village business with this organic fertilizer, which in the future can be managed by BUMDes. An obstacle during community service is the difficulty of gathering residents during the day due to various different activities.

Abstract

Introduction:  Hemorrhagic stroke is a type of stroke that has a high mortality rate and disability, especially in patients who require craniotomy. Postoperatively, patients generally experience impaired consciousness and an inability to maintain the airway effectively, which can have an impact on hemodynamic instability. Therefore, innovative interventions such as Lateral Position and Suction (mucus suction) are important in supporting the stability of the patient's condition in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Objective: To analyze clinical practice with innovative interventions of Lateral Position and Suction therapy of hemodynamic status of hemorrhagic stroke patients after craniotomy surgery in the ICU of A.M. Parikesit Tenggarong Hospital. Methods: This study used a case study approach in post op craniotomy hemorrhagic stroke patients who were treated in the ICU, with nursing interventions in the form of Lateral Position and Suction according to the protocol. Evaluation was carried out by observing changes in hemodynamic parameters before and after the intervention, including blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation. Results: Lateral Position and Suction showed significant improvements in the patient's hemodynamic status, especially in increased oxygen saturation, blood pressure stability, and decreased accumulation of secretions in the airway. Conclusion: Lateral Position and Suction Therapy is effective in improving the hemodynamic stability of postcraniotomy hemorrhagic stroke patients. This intervention can be used as one of the independent nursing measures in the management of critical patients in the ICU room.
